I can't imagine the negative review on here actually happened if it was the same company I used. Nothing but professional and attention to detail. I had a leak in one of the heads, called them and the were there the same day. No charge! Winter blow out was done and spring start up done. They even let me record the start up so I didn't have to call them next year.
They were also less expensive than 3 other Companies, two of which wanted to charge more money and not set heads across the sidewalk, rather spray over the sidewalk. I Highly recommend these guys!

Called to inquire about a weekly lawn maintenance job and was told they could do it. I was also told they would be up to look over the lawn and they never showed. When I finally got in touch with the owner he told me they did come up, which was a lie, and then gave a very high quote. When I questioned him about coming by the house he abruptly said he was passing on the job. Not the best sign when a company tries to establish a professional relationship based on a lie.

This company winterized our sprinkler system and when we started them up in the spring there was a huge problem with constant leaking. Numerous requests for service were ignored. When I finally spoke with the owner, he flatly refused to even try to assess the issue. I had another company for a service call and it was repaired. The problem was directly caused by Advanced Lawn Care not closing all the valves in the valve boxes during the winterization process.
I requested a refund of my winterization fees which the owner agreed to send to me. That refund has never arrived. Do not use this company as it appears that they will not stand by their work and I believe they are not be trusted.

I called to get my sprinkler system fixed. I explained my problem to Richard and he told me how to fix it myself over the phone. He said if I had any troubles to FaceTime him and he would walk me through it. Great service and free! If I ever have any additional needs I'm 10/10 going to advanced lawn care!
