Nature's Best

One of their trucks decided to try and run me off the road at a merge spot on Russell St right by spirit of Halloween. That is about as unprofessional as they come. Almost caused my to crash due to this guy's unprofessional attitude. They should really consider the quality of their employees driving their trucks with their company name on the side of it.

Critical: Professionalism The owner of this business, Craig, is a hostile man with an anger problem. Extremely unprofessional with a large lack of decorum for others. Would not recommend based on the behavior of this individual alone.

Having read some not so good reviews but understanding that some people just cannot be pleased, I decided to try Nature's Best. From the moment I was on the phone with Lori, I was impressed at the full on business like responses to my questions and the quick replies by the departments requiring my requests. I was given two contacts for my needs, Craig with the Yard Clean Up and mowing and weeding and Jake to address my lack of proper equipment (sprinkler system and maintenance of same). Jake was by in a day and Craig in two.

So far, I am impressed. Jake and I discussed the installation and maintenance of a new system at my house beginning next spring. We will discuss this at a further date. He made some suggestions which helped me to rethink some of my outdoor design and helped me with the nuances of Montana winters and underground sprinklers. At the designated date and time, Craig showed up with his crew, truck and trailer.

The jungle that had become my yard was quickly and efficiently tamed into a shadow of it's former glory. As this is a rental property and the ball got dropped at some point in the last few years while my husband and I have been on the road with the management company, it had come to our attention that the alley behind the house was getting smaller and smaller and the weed patch growing exponentially.

Even the garbage truck guys were thankful the next pick up day! There was a tree in dire need of pruning the same said garbage truck was having issues getting past and an abundance of suckers becoming a giant shrub under my Lilac bushes and inviting wandering vagabonds to use for laundry storage or what have you. I have a ways to go, but with the help of Lori, Jake, Craig and the crew, I hope to have a lawn worth sitting upon, trees without little green bugs, a sidewalk to walk on without ducking wayward branches.

So far, I am giving Nature's Best a 4 star rating. I have a small patch of sod yet to get picked up for the 5th star! You all are great. Maybe even Missoula's best kept secret! Thank you for making the beginning of my little space happy again.

Could tell from Nature's Best website and by the services offered we wanted to have them help out with our landscaping and yard care needs. We called early summer and they were booked out until later August. We met with Jake in early summer to go over the project details, get a bid, and to get on their calendar. We were thrilled when they arrived in early September to begin the work and over a 3 week period transformed our front and back yards with more rock/edging/plantings that exceeded our expectations. Great crew - Jake/Nate/Zack/Craig!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Twice now an older man working for naturez best, urinated on the building of our apartment complex where kids and families could, see.they also cut, some of our flowers that were nowhere near the grass. Their VERY unprofessional

I was gone most of the summer and needed a reliable lawn care service to take care of my lawn. A friend set me up with Nature's Worst. They mowed my lawn once. A month later my friends called and said my lawn was a foot deep. I called Nature's Worst to let them know to please mow my lawn weekly. A month later I come home to a lawn a foot deep. They failed twice to put me on a weekly schedule, marked up my new fence with mower tire's and then blamed it on a computer glitch. Stay away from this train wreck.

Had a manager come by for a quote from Nature's Best. After looking at my corner residential lot, I was quoted 165.00 to 195.00 dollars per mow for my yard based on two people at 65.00 dollars an hour. So, for the period of time I needed service, they would charge as much as 780.00 per month. I contacted others for quotes and selected another well known service for 50.00 dollars a mow. When, contacted by Natures Best the manager said, "well they must be hard up for work".

Basically saying, we have plenty of work therefore we can gouge you far above the national average if your willing to pay. I urge anyone to take time and research contract work here in Missoula. With the influx in construction, some contractors will gladly take advantage of you.

Jake and his team at Nature's Best did a phenomenal job for us. They worked quickly, professionally and were meticulous about the details. They just really wanted the project to be done right and to make sure we were happy with the end result. Can't recommend them enough. Nature's Best is the most professional crew I've ever worked with, and I've worked with a few. Always diligent in making sure customers needs are met, yards are not skipped, neglected, or otherwise forgotten because of their amazing organization and management.

Nature's Best came through for us in a pinch. We had a concrete project going on which presented us with sprinkler line conflict. Time was of the essence and even though they had a full schedule they still sent Matt out to assess the situation. Matt was fantastic and worked to get the project taken care of in record time. We are extremely happy with the service, you now have a life long customer.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I can honestly say you should give other landscape services in Missoula a shot before calling Natures Best. From June 1st till today, they've only mowed my lawn to a satisfactory level once. They've broken electrical conduit brackets, branches off of trees and fruit trees, bent wire brackets that protect trees, mowed the front but not the back, left the gate open multiple times, tore up grass with their mower because it's too big and they're lazy, and edged so short it will likely kill the grass.

To top it all of they talked back about getting called out for leaving the gate open. All said, my expectations are that they mow, trim, and close the gate. I'm not expecting Fenway park level quality, just consistency and professionalism.

They are a joke.they break stuff, forget to mow after weed eating, in general just dont care.in the winter the plow drivets scrape the lawns 4 feet back under the snow.do not use this company

PUBLIC PAY ATTENTION -ABUSIVE & RETALIATORY Well I was hoping I could come back after a few months and this business would have taken responsibility for their actions/non-actions. I would have deleted my previous post and pictures if they had any integrity and dealt with their actions professionally. Sometimes (actually all the time), it's simply the best thing for your business to simply apologize when you make mistakes.

Believe it or not, it actually feels better than what you are feeling now. I'm sure you're feeling more anger at my new post. Not to mention, then the people you are working for actually like you and give you positive reviews! Unfortunately, you have decided to retaliate against our entire complex. I guess you think you can because you are paid by our landlord, Tamarack Property Mgmt.

I just want to remind you that there are old and disabled people living here. Somebody could get hurt because you don't shovel our walkways, you don't salt the ice, you literally drive a plow through here, back it up and drive it through the second driveway without lowering the plow once. I have video of this. Would you like me to post that with the other pictures?

You may be fooling the gps or your boss or whatever you think you're doing but my cameras are recording all this. You think it's just me that wants you to quit your nonsense but I am in touch with every single tenant in this complex and they are all willing to drop your services for a teenage kid to take over. We may as well pay for the services we receive. Teenagers come with the same poor attitude but at least they have an excuse. Saves everyone lots of money and frustration, don't ya think?

If you don't respond to this post and fix this abusive behavior, I hope the public will notice. Consider yourself lucky I'm giving you this chance to redeem your karma at all. Next post is a video. I think that's fair.

Well, they finally turned the water on at our apartment complex in the last week of August, 2018. I don't think the bushes will survive the winter unless they are attended by someone who knows what they are doing. They skip mowing the individual yards and only tend to the one large piece of community grass, they don't take care of the fallen leaves with their leaf blowers, they don't trim edges around fences on either side, they don't pick up garbage and these are all part of their contract.

The owner survey's the property with the guys in tow for his instructions every time they get a complaint but I suspect his instructions to his workers consists of something like, 'I don't care about this property', to put it nicely. Considering they have this commercial property and many, many other commercial properties with Tamarack Property Mgmt, you'd think they'd have a greater respect for keeping their word and holding to the contract they've agreed upon.

I would think they would want a positive relationship with all their clients and properties they "care" for but years of this same nonsense says differently. This lack of respect and care for Tamarack Property Mgmt properties doesn't help Tamarack keep their promise to their tenants either, but Tamarack can't send a babysitter out on all of their jobs to make sure it gets done.

I just recommend Tamarack find someone who will treat their relationship and tenants contracts with respect and kindness. Quality work for quality pay. Tamarack's getting ripped off. And so are their tenants. Nature's Best. No. "Nature's Nothing" but a bad attitude, disrespectful, irresponsible, entitled to not fulfill contracts, and my bet. They will never respond to this post. Nature's Best goes above and beyond. They are excellent to work with and do very clean work & they stand behind their service. Broke a sprinkler and they were out the next day to fix it.

This place did the lawn in my back yard, but not to our agreed upon specifications. They left the water running every two hours for over two weeks. Things were flooding and I had to call them to get them to reset the system. The owner to look at the issues and was rude and nasty to me. He used the word "pissy" three times. I'm a respectable woman and he tried to intimidate me. Will not recommend at all!
