Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I recently purchased my home in Murrieta and had Secure Solar has the existing solar company. Tried to communicate with them on my panels, upgrade, etc by just getting shuffled around multiple times. Finally had someone call me and giving me wrong information. Could never pinpoint who to talk to at this company and when I finally did they didn't have the correct information/answers.

Found out my system was undersized and no one ever got back to me about it?. The communication with Secure Solor is unbelievably poor. I finally gave up and still have got nowhere with them. Not sure where to go from here unbelievable. customer service just falls on deaf ears. I'm so over it there's way better companies out there.

I could not recommend Secure Roofing and Solar enough. Our roof replacement was not supposed to start for a month later but the rain was destroying my roof so I called them and they had a team over to replace the roof two days later. They went above and beyond and we were extremely grateful for that. Our new roof looks great and Tony the foreman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process and even afterwards. One of the most professional and highest quality companies in Poway hands down.

We got a new roof and solar from Secure. Dave Massey was great to work with. Their options and their prices were better than other estimates we got. The new roof looks beautiful, and we love saving money with the solar. Highly recommend.

These guys are great! I can't recommend them enough! They delivered everything they said they would and more. Their price was very competitive. We had a roof with shingles as well as torch down and solar installed. It took a while to do but it was a very good job. Very professional. They even brought a porta potty for the workers. Great crews and follow through. I highly recommend them.

I've had my roof + solar installed by Secure Roofing and Solar 5 years ago (April, 2014). They replaced the roof, rain gutters and installed a new solar system. The roof and rain gutters have worked perfectly with zero issues. The solar has been great, especially as the power company raises rates. I've only had 1 issue with my solar panels. When my system was about 1 year old I noticed that power production was about 1/2 of what I'd expect.

I made a mental note to call Secure and ask them to come fix it. However, before I even had a chance to call they sent someone to my house and began working on it. Amazing customer service! I highly recommend them.

David Massey and Secure Roofing put a new roof on my home in October 2009. It has a lifetime warranty against product and workmanship defects. One of his employees came out and inspected my roof, found the problem, and told me it would be covered under the warranty, and that the office would call me for a repair appointment. They never called. So far, I have left five messages.

They never answer their phone and they never call back. Back in 2009 and 2010 they did very extensive work for me; redoing two showers, a new patio and pergola, new windows, and even a doggy door. For the most part, the work was of good quality, but Dave failed to keep several of his promises. Don't use them if you want any follow-up later.

Had Secure roofing do a roof for my home, they did a great job, were on time finished when they said they would and cleaned everything as if they were never here I appreciate the job and recommend Secure Roofing to all.

A first class company, very impressed. I am a realtor and called Secure because of a small leak on a client's condo. Secure had reroofed the property about 10 years ago and were great about coming out and repairing it at no charge. While they were there, I noticed another potential problem from the reroof and they came back out and fixed it, also at no charge, before it could cause a potential leak. Kip, the repairman, and Dave, the owner, went above and beyond to take care of my client and through Dominic in the office they were in constant contact with me via email or phone.

That is not the norm in the roofing business, as I have grown up knowing the roofing industry as my dad and uncle had a roofing company in Los Angeles for 50 years. Do not hesitate to call Secure for any of your roofing needs.

The workers from Secure were great to work with. They were very conscientious and processional, cleaning up their mess every day. They replaced my roof, put in solar, painted the entire house, and performed some needed repairs. They took my input and answered all my questions. They were very easy to work with and the quality of their work was very good. I was very happy with the final results

Reviewing a number of solar roofing companies in San Diego, I found the solar roofing professionals at Secure Roofing and Solar to be hands down the most knowledgable in the business. Their 30 years of roofing experience really made the difference when considering a new solar panel system installation.

$35,000 for solar, skylight, new breaker box and roof redo last Feb. Skylight broke 2nd time I opened it and they still haven't fixed it. They say they will get back to me and then month goes by with nothing and when I call again it is starting all over again. Was promised a 200amp upgraded box and only got a 100amp- the same as my old breaker box they replaced. Was promised annual inspection and cleaning of panels.

No one has been out but instead got a email notice that my system monitoring is offline and I have one month to fix it or I will be charged. Still finding nails on ground around the roof and few roof tiles on edge have broken and fallen off. I love clean solar energy and the salesman Dave Massey was great but the experience with this company has been horrible ever since they got my final payment. I hope they can turn this around and stand by their promises and guarantees.

We have always wanted a solar system and as soon as we owned our own home we went to find a good company. We went with Secure Roofing because we needed a new roof as well and they did the whole thing. Financing was easy, the work went without a hitch, the workers were all extremely nice and they always cleaned up after themselves. The roof looks amazing and the solar system works great. The city inspector mentioned to us that he seldom sees a system that well installed. We are happy.

We had 18 panels installed last October/November and I wanted to wait for 6 months to see how the system was working. And I can now say so far so good! The system has been up and working everyday since the installation was completed. The installation team headed up by Jose was efficient, knowledgeable and professionsal. They did exactly what had contracted for and the system has been working as advertised. I highly recommend Secure Roofing and Solar.
