Jonathan and his team did a great job on our installation process. Getting a competitive quote was a painless process and they were able to validate and provide the equipment I was leaning towards that came with a great warranty. They had the plans done and submitted to the city and we're ready to roll in a couple weeks after the initial site survey.
We had to wait a few weeks for our HOA to approve but as soon as they did, the guys installed the next day! Couple issues with the solar production came up but they worked through it and everything is working great now. Smooth process and they did everything they said they would. A+

I do not recommend this company is the worse not professional took olmost 1 yr. To put the system very bad rude customer service. Alex Marques told us they will give us 1000 for going solar and 500 for the trouble we went through liers not professional the people came to my house were young and smell like weed. Don't do it look for a professional company.

After calling a few different Co's. This was the best interaction I had out of all the others. Plus they are Fwy close to go almost anywhere! They always were on time and are making a special trip @ no charge to install the WiFi kit which was somehow shipped on a different day probably from different location. This Co. is a 5 STAR operation, believe me. Everyone is professional and keeps you in the LOOP by a phone call or email even. Try them 1ST.

Update, my electric bill is now over $5400.00! They "offered" to pay only $3,000 towards my bill severalmonthsago, and still NOTHING. But, my equipment, per Edison wasn't working properly since ONLY 2-3 months into our installation, WHICH, was almost 3 years ago!. My husband has Parkinsons Disease, and it sucks, that STILL, NO PROGRESS!, AND to fully get caught up with Edison, so our electricity doesn't get shut off for that big bill, after this whole pandemic episode is over.! I AM STILL SO FRUSTRATED!

I do not recommend this company, they are irresponsible people, I signed a contract with them in November 2020 and in December they put the solar panels on me and until now they haven't turned them on because they can't find a part and so they've been deceiving me. this time please report this scam company so they don't steal from customers

From start to finish it was an easier experience than I anticipated. Everyone involved was great and easy to work with. They knew exactly what I was looking for and succeeded in all aspects. Thank you Sunergy team for this great and easy experience. I'm glad I chose you guys over others, my home has now increased in value and looks great with the system installed.

After complaining multiple times and speaking to 3-4 different representatives, I was called and told that they wanted to send me a gift as an apology for the inconvenience. Have you mind, I was already paying the loan I got to get the solar and they promised solar would kick in so I didn't have to double pay my utility company as well. I ended up double paying for 3 months and got nothing but transfers to different reps.
When they called me to remedy the issue, I was given a 20 dollar gift card to Starbucks. After purchasing an entire system from them, they said we want to make this right and sent me a gift card. A huge slap in the face and after all the calls and messages, I never got a follow up after the fact to see how I was doing. If I can leave you with anything. Be careful and do your due diligence. They will do anything to get you to sign but as long as they get the solar up and get paid, they will not care about you after that.

These guys are possibly worst the contractor out there, you should absolutely avoid them at all costs. First, In the process of pulling down my roof they demolished our gutters and broke most of our landscape lighting. Then they didn't pull permits or obtain a business license in the city. So the work had to stop in the middle of our roof getting torn out.
In the meantime, they refused to cover our roof when we had a rainstorm. We called and begged them for 2 days days to send somebody out to cover the open and exposed roof because rain was in the forecast. Our house has a high pitch so we couldn't do it without safety gear. Finally, on the morning of the rain, right in the middle of the storm one guy comes out, looks at the roof and proceeds to tell us that he can't cover our roof because it's a two-man job.
He waits another hour for somebody to arrive to help. Our house suffered significant water damage. So what do they do? They refused to fix anything and blamed us for the damage. Alleging things were like that even before the rain. Here are some photos. You be the judge. If you're comfortable with a company like this then at least you've been warned. I'd steer clear of this company. This was in May. To date, our solar still isn't turned on. It's November. We chose the wrong company. Don't make the same mistake we did.

During this COVID-19 time. Sunergy had no communication with us. We had a lien on our house from the installer. The company Sunergy opened July 5, 2020. We finally contacted them August 10. They never try to communicate with us. We had horrible service. There is a new manager. Her name is Erika. Please do not deal with this company. We were stressed out for six months.
Solar Panels got installed March 13. 2020. The only ones that got in contact with us was the loan company. The loan company worked with us. sunergy had the excuse of Covid 19. During the time. But to get paid. They sent someone a month later to do the inspection fromSunergy. Edison gave us as much information as they could. But Sunergy left us out in the dark. they also installed a copper spike a foot away from the side of our house.
There is a gate to get into the side of the house. Where they installed it it is very dangerous. We have kids and relatives that go through there and ride their bikes. They said not to worry about it. But it could be moved. But now Erika from Sunergy is saying that it's not their problem. She is very unprofessional. There is no excuse for any company at this time to do what they did to us. Please go elsewhere!

This company is a joke. Installed solar pannels a year ago, they were late to every appointment, didn't give me enough pannels to run my house and failed inspection for the same issue 4 times. Now a year later my pannels are not working per their monitoring system and they claim they are working fine! Been dealing with this issue since December and they are not willing to help and fix the problem just point the finger. No one ever returns calls and when they do they just argue with you. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!

Nice and friendly, of course, they want you business. Never told us about the end of the year Edison bill. They were told to contact me but let our panels go one for over 5 months underproducing while they left messages on my husband's phone. (Maybe get a clue if the person never calls you back, they aren't getting the messages) Then I was told by a Rep to send him a copy of my $520 Edison bill and he would fix things.
He promised a check and I never got one. Here I am 11 months later with nothing. Panels began having issues a few months after install. We have had three people over to fix the problem. I'm not saving much money, but have these ugly panels and a huge box on my house in the back. Not worth it.

My husband & I were very skeptical getting solar system but finally decided to do it with Sunergy Construction and we were very happy for their service. Our electric bill very low now. Sunergy also installed our new roof, workers were great, they finished our roof in 2days very clean and tidy. Sunergy Construction is highly recommended for Solar systems and roofing.

Here is my honest review. Everything from A-Z is was wrong and disappointing. At this point after my final inspection (failed) I'd give them 0 stars. I found Sunergy on Yelp and they were the first company on my list based on their reviews. Erik the sales rep was nice and explained everything, after that I started calling around for price shopping.
I got quotes from many companies but Sunergy beat them all. I negotiated better Panasonic 330 Watts panels with the latest SolarEdge HD Wave converter backed with 25 years warranty on labor and equipment. Signed papers and after that everything went wrong. - I had two large vents on my roof which needed to be changed out for flat ones. Originally I was quoted couple hundred bucks but end up paying $400.
I just went with it knowing that I still have a good deal. - the plan submitted to the city was wrong. Electric switches were on the other side of the house also show the cheaper Hanwha panels were showing on the plan. (They eventually changed it) - they wanted to install the panels before the HOA approval. My HOA would make me take off everything without their approval. Erik fixed this issue however pushed back the installation by a week. - the day of the installation.
The installation crew confirmed that the pan is wrong and they have to rearrange the panels on the back of the house also I went out to check on the Solar Panels right before the installation and guess what they were not the Panasonic 330s they were about to install the much cheaper Hanwha panels. Apparently the installation crew had no idea about the whole situation and they almost put up the wrong panels.
That was the point when I started to be furious. I called Erik, he apologized for everything he said his boss going to call me on the next day. I ended up talking to his boss and he gave me $200 off of the final price he also ensured me that nothing else will go wrong beyond this point. Another 5 days delay because they have to buy the Panasonic Panels. - the inspection happened two weeks after the installation instead of couple of days.
The inspector supposed paint the conductors to match the house color(required by the HOA). He did a horrible job like he gave absolutely 0 effort. Paint all over the converter, part of the conductor is not painted he also forget to screw back the long screws on the panel. also we didn't pass the inspection due to a equipment recall. I called Erik again he apologized and he said he's going to send someone else tomorrow to fix the other guy's paint job.
Here I'm, I really don't wanted to leave any reviews for them but at this point everybody deserves to know who are they dealing with. You have to pretty much micromanage the whole process. I'm still not done with the paint job fix, the inspection and the switch over by Edison. Probably I have to hire a third party company as well for a re-inspection. Well. You got what you pay for.

Customer Service here is 100% on point with no gimmicks! We interviewed 4 Solar companies and Jose with Sunergy Construction hands down met our every need for us to go solar and not being taken advantage of from rising energy costs by SCE. You have to buy energy but you don't have to be ripped off for delivery charges that are almost half the cost of energy on you bill compared to what energy you actually use so please look at the delivery charges you're paying verses your actual kw usage that's only going to continually rise. So very happy this company does business on the up and up!

In the solar industry the biggest thing customers need to remember is, who are they trusting to install one of the biggest investments on there roof? Are they customer obsessed? Are they financially stable? And last but not least, do they have other happy customers? The answer to all of these very important questions gets answered when working with Sunergy Construction INC, I've never met a more professional, credible, and easy to work with group of individuals then the professionals at Sunergy.
This is the only company I would entertain in trusting with my business at all, when it comes to making your home more energy efficient and affordable for your budget look no further then Sunergy Construction INC.

I did a lot of research on solar companies and was pleased to see what I found from some of my research. They are A rated, and have all the licenses needed to complete the work legally and up to code. They are guaranteeing my system, inverter, and MY roof (to not leak where they installed or altered) for 20 years. From the very start I was a little skeptical, but the Anthony the salesperson who helped me was very honest and didn't pressure me at all.
He walked me through the whole process and showed up at my house at 730 at night because that was the only time I was available. He stayed until after 10 pm(at our request) when my wife had a bunch of questions and needed her mind put to ease. After the sales process, there was a site analysis where someone came out and surveyed our house. I requested a few things as far as location, and he wrote them all down.
He took all the information to the design/engineering team. Engineering made plans and sent them to me for approval. After I said yes, they had to get permits approved from the city. After all was approved it was time for installation. Everything went better then I expected. The install was super clean. They installed it, had it approved by the city and connected in 3 working days and everything was completed from sale to installation in less than 2 months. In my opinion this was an A+ experience and I would recommend this company to all my friends and family with no reservations
