Atlas Appliance

This was a referral from a trusted neighbor and it did not disappoint! I had a slow leak coming from my refrigerator. From start to finish this was a seamless interaction. They picked up the phone right away, asked MY preferred day, and when they called back they gave me two, two hour arrival windows, I chose 7:30-9:30am. The technician arrived at 7:30! YES!

After a short description when Joe arrived, he was able to determine the issue was likely a clogged drain line which it was. Unfortunately. because my fridge has the bottom freezer, it made the job more labor intensive to get it done. Nonetheless. it was fixed, cleaned up and he was on his way before the end of the hour. Gave me a few tips too about my washer! Folks, get your appliances fixed by this company.

Large appliances should not be disposable if at all possible, it's worth having the expertise of this company and you will have peace of mind it was done right. Plus, making the right choice for the environment with one less fridge in the dump pile. Thanks Joe!

I never do reviews like this but feel it is well deserved! I've used Atlas twice. Both times I was met with great customer service. Cheryl ( I hope that was her name!) on the phone is always courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Christian came out to do the repairs for me both times. He is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. It's nice to see people care so much about their jobs! I will continue to use Atlas for any issues that arise. Thank you to the staff for making situations that could be stressful feel easy.

Would absolutely recommend this business to anyone. From the owner, Joseph, to the appliance man, Christian, to even the scheduling lady that called me first thing this morning. THIS COMPANY AND THEIR ASSOCIATES ARE THE BEST!. I had made a post on Facebook, just yesterday, in the Sewell/Turnersville chat that I was having issues with my dryer and immediately received tons of suggestions and ideas on the likely source of the issue.

I was lucky enough to even be recommended to Atlas Appliance for questions and service. Joseph reached out to me right away and discussed all probabilities that could be the cause of my issue. He gave me reasonable pricing and even promised to schedule me right away. Come to today, the company scheduling lady (so sorry I didn't write down her name) called me around 9am and said she would have someone out today. Christian, my service tech, immediately called within the hour with his introduction and then followed up with a call later in the afternoon alerting me that he would be arriving in 15 minutes.

I was sooo fortunate to have gotten him since the item most people recommended on Facebook was the wrong part. Christian luckily had the correct piece in stock and within a matter of 30 minutes the job was done. Incredible work, incredible prices, but more importantly excellent people. Will definitely be using them again (I did warn them that I own the modern day "Money Pit" LOL)

Christian- is professional, prompt and knowledgeable repairman. My immediate issue with water leaking from my refrigerator was taken care of in less than an hour's time. A part needed to be ordered and it came in quickly. And I found out they replaced garbage disposals too. And both my fridge and garbage disposal are all fixed. Called today and had service arrive with in hours to replace our oven ignitor. Christian was so nice. Glad we called Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair

Chris came as scheduled and instead of allowing me to pay a fortune to get my dryer fixed he explained what it would cost. This was a 2 week old dryer and he talked to the store that I purchased it from and we worked out getting a new one. Service: Washer/dryer repair
