Very impressed with both the pre and post service of this company. We had a very easy 30 minutes with a knowledgeable salesman. I am a fan of the store and their employees. I originally went to see Tiania for a washer/dryer. She was great and knew her products. Delivery was within a week and no issues, nice crew. I spoke to some of the staff on their bbq's and learned a lot about a newer brand (XO) on the market. We wound up upgrading the grill as well!

Buying a new washer and dryer was a great experience because the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Delivery and installation happened a few days later and went completely smoothly with the crew being in and out in less than hour. We had a great experience with our County sales rep, Craig. He took the time to answer our questions and show us what we were interested in. The delivery of our washer was in a timely manner and we recently learned that our dryer will arrive sooner than expected (it had been backordered). From the sales rep to the delivery people, we've been impressed by their professionalism.

I'm a County TV & Appliance repeat customer. They had the model dishwasher I wanted in stock when no other stores in the area had it. Their prices and installation charges are on par with area appliance stores. Brandon processed my order in person efficiently and in a friendly manner. Anthony and his assistant installed my machine. He informed me when he was coming and was respectful of my property. He was efficient and double checked that the installation was done correctly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

He came to the house the day we called that our refrigerator wasn't working. The refrigerator wasn't cooling anymore and the freezer was reading well below zero. The icemaker wasn't working either. He determined the problem, gave us instructions for correcting it temporarily and promised to return Monday with the necessary part to complete the repair.

The technician Isaac, was prompt and kept me informed as to what was happening at each step. He coordinated the arrival time so that I didn't have to sit at home all day just to get my refrigerator fixed. During the investigation phase he discussed with me what his intentions were and how he intended to proceed.
