I recently bought a house and this company wired it back in 2007. I have found shortcuts that really only benefit the company, so that is a red flag if you are looking to hire this company for your residential service. The workmanship from whomever was physically here is subpar at best, and I am surprised they passed their final inspection by code standards.
I would highly suggest doing your research if you are working with a builder for your home. Make sure you ask plenty of questions, until you have a clear understanding of what you are getting in your house. This is how you are going to find those shortcuts a company is trying to do. Which you are getting charged for anyways. So it equates to more money in the companies pocket.

Mark was courteous, prompt, professional and his rates were more than reasonable. I had a home inspection done and there were many electrical items that needed replaced. He was very honest and guided me through what actually needed done and what didn't. He also saved me over $200 by servicing my air conditioner in the same sales call. I would highly recommend using M & S Electric!
