Wells Electric Service LLC not only delivered the most professional presentation for a whole house generator they also squeezed me into a busy schedule today to come out to help me identify our problem. Wells installed my 220v service for my car, on March 10. I sent the following feedback to them via email and with my payment, but did not receive a call or a response. --------------- I received the invoice for the installation of the electric panel and NEMA 14-50 plug. I am very excited to be able to use that to charge my new electric car. I will get the payment processed this week.

I want to share some feedback. There are some items I was disappointed with. I know this was a tough install and your team made every effort to make it work. I have included some photos as examples. 1. Plug location: I asked to have the plug in the middle of the garage. This is critical so it can reach the rear charging port on my car and service both cars.

I have included the photo. The X is in the middle of the garage. The plug is 4 feet right of center. It barely reaches the rear of the car. I have to pull the car further forward than planned to make this work. 2. Plug Installation: The plug was upside down. I had to take it out and flip it over so the cord could hang properly. 3. Quality of Finish: The PVC up the garage wall is 2 types of PVC. This is not quality finish work and it honestly is not ok. It looks like they ran out and just dropped a scrap piece in.

Wells Electric came out and installed a whole-house generator system, switch and wifi - was very happy with everyone involved, very good experience with all - would/will use them again!

We had Wells install a Generac whole house generator February 2020. They had a great price and wonderful customer service (Tracy is great!). We have used the generator about 6 or 7 times. Wells was recommended by a family member. They had a generator installed by Walls. We chose to have them install ours. It was a very well installed job, and clean. The first power outage was last week, and within 12 seconds, the generator kicked on. Power was out for 8 hours but we had power the entire time. It was the day we had 3 inches of rain, so we would have lost the ability to use the sump pump, water, and toilets as well as heat. Best investment ever--and the financing options were perfect.

It is very refreshing to see that customer service is still at the forefront of Wells' business plan. The professionalism and care for specific needs left me very impressed.

We recently hired Wells Electric to install a generator. The job was a bit tricky, as the gas had to be run from one end of the house (that task was subcontracted to a plumber) and the electric had to be run from the other end of the house.

Once again, Well's Electric has exceeded my expectations. I don't often bring a contractor back to my house, as invariably, they do something to lose my trust, but I would definitely call back Well's Electric if the need arises.
