I was just shopping around to decide if I wanted a bathroom update because mine is in good condition; however, I would love a new look. James Douglas was the representative who came out and he did a wonderful job of explaining the quality of service and products I will receive. I will definitely keep luxury bath in mind if I begin my bathroom project.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr James from luxury bath of Raleigh. He was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, he helped me to realize what I needed as well as what I wanted. I can be quite indecisive sometimes. I have other projects that I will be working on as time goes by and Mr James will be my first call. I would recommend him and luxury bath of Raleigh. Very impressed with them, I felt no pressure as I did with another company.

We haven't installed the bathroom yet but our 2 consultation meetings with James have been superb, from him explaining to my husband and I how the process works, him taking measurements and listening to our vision of remodeling our master bathroom, to coming up with a price quotation. we have had a positive experience to this point and would definitely recommend Luxury baths form our experience so far!

I most certainly would NOT recommend Luxury Bath. The installers brought the wrong pan for one of our showers (drain on wrong end) also cut the acrylic wall covering too short and had to add a band around the top while using the wrong caulking. We also bought 19 new triple payne windows that have fogged up. They replaced one slider at no charge which now looks worse than the first one.

Now they tell us while laughing at us they will replace all but we must pay shipping at over $700? We were never told this during our sales appt. Why pay to replace when the product is no good? Lastly we also had them replace our old siding. After the workers finished it has come away from the house. Their contractor's crew actually got in a fight in our yard.

Very unprofessional! We let a lot slide due to the owner's father being in the hospital and not doing well. I will never be as considerate again. Be very careful! We spent a lot of money there but very disappointed!

We had a bathroom remodel for our master bathroom. Luxury Bath told us that they would not start the project until ALL materials were in their possession. Initially we were to have the shower installed in January 2022 but because of supply chain delays, it did not happen until April 2022 and is still not completed. We were told that ALL materials had arrived and were in their possession.

When the work started in April 2022, we learned that this was completely untrue. In fact, they did not have the correct materials. I was told by the first installer that the person that measured the cabinets initially measured them in correctly and that it was the problem of the person that came to measure. That person named Brandon was fired so this could not be confirmed. Finally, I was told that the fixtures and marble had to be ordered because they were not ordered properly.

Two weeks later, they came to install the marble again. I received a call from the scheduler (Kelsey) that they wanted to come at 8 AM with the materials, but that same day she told me a story that when they went to the warehouse the marble was not there. And now they would have to wait until the AM to get the marble. Now, the marble is here and the new installer says that it does not fit and it is too short.

The slabs of marble sat in my house for two weeks with no one asking any questions about them. And the bathroom does not look professionally done at all. In fact, they had a fly in the marble counter top. I am extremely disappointed.

Great work! Thanks y'all. Took my dream and made it a reality. But I hire a company I don't hire for the cheapest price, a higher for the best value. These folks proved it.

Luxury Bath and Kitchens replaced my shower and did a wonderful job. Safety was the most important detail for my new shower. I told this to the person who came to show me the materials, etc for me to choose. He listened to my concerns and addressed them all very respectfully. It took a little longer than expected for the materials to come in due to the chain supply troubles everyone is experiencing now, but Luxury Bath kept me informed and I never felt as if I was forgotten.

The installers were all polite, respectful, and professional. Their customer service cannot be better. Whenever I called, the person who answered was always polite and answered my questions and responded to my concerns in a very timely fashion. I am very happy with my new shower.

We hired Luxury Bath of Raleigh to remodel our Master Bathroom with a walk-in shower (to replace a standard 1980s original tub-shower). Met with Luxury Bath in July 2021 and went over design choices and materials to better understand what options would work best with our current layout. Due to COVID and supply chain effects, our walk-in shower was installed in January 2022, which was understandable. Gary and his team (installers) came over to deconstruct the original tub, and install the walk-in shower.

I appreciated the extra attention-to-detail during the installation (many measurements, leveling, etc.), especially the extra time getting the panels just right and aligned for not only aesthetics, but also functionality (waterproof shower = peace of mind). The base of the shower is very comfortable to stand in for a long period of time, it is very easy to clean, and it is nice to look at!

The team provided a lot of great education during the installation about the product, which not only taught me more about the remodel, but also illustrated the experience they have in installing these showers. We have a lot more peace of mind while taking our shower, that we haven't had in a long time. The limited lifetime warranty a welcome weight off our shoulders I'd like to also mention that the administrative staff at Luxury Bath of Raleigh have been very friendly and attentive to our needs throughout the entire process, and we appreciate all they have done to coordinate and manage this project from the ground up. They are very deserving of this 5 star review, and we look forward to continuing to enjoy this shower!

This past Saturday marked 53 weeks since we signed a contract on February 13, 2021 with 'Luxury' Bath for our "5-day" bathroom remodel and it's still not completed. Due to COVID, manufacturing delays and shipping delays, work didn't even start until August 27. Since then, we've had multiple issues (wrong windows were ordered and no one noticed until they came to install them and my husband brought it to their attention; window screens were defective and our FOURTH set have been ordered again; vanity wasn't what we ordered; sinks weren't what we ordered; hardware for windows wasn't what we ordered; etc., etc., etc.). Measurements were off for shower glass when they came to install, so that had to be reordered and was another 4-week delay.

We've had to micromanage EVERYTHING to make sure that we receive what we're paying for, that it's the quality we're paying for and that it's installed correctly and operates correctly. For the money we're paying for our 'Luxury' Bath, I would expect the company and management to be doing their OWN quality control instead of us having to do it once the materials are in our home and ready to install.

Our experience with 'Luxury' Bath (and HomeCraft Windows) has been time consuming, frustrating and exhausting. No one from the company seems to care what the experience is like for the customer. We've sent several emails to the owner detailing our experience and he forwards them to someone else to take care of. Not once has he reached out to us to discuss all the issues we've had or to try to make things right.

That speaks volumes to a customer. Lastly, I find it odd that they have only wonderful, 5-star reviews on their company website (most recently from two years ago). So, either no one has left a review for the past two years OR they delete ones with anything negative to say like mine did. I find it extremely hard to believe that we are the only customers who are having all these issues.

If so, you would think management would care a little more about making things right or at least acting like they care. Will not be using 'Luxury' Bath again and absolutely would not recommend them.

We contracted with Luxury Bath over ten years ago to update our master bath. The quality of the products used and the expert workmanship were superior. They have held up beautifully and as advertised. We have had to contact them very infrequently over the years for minor maintenance. Most recently the shower head started leaking, and with only one phone call to Luxury Bath they put me in touch with the manufacturer.

The free replacement head was shipped to us immediately. Even though it's over 10 years, Luxury Bath will come out and install that replacement shower head and perform whatever routine maintenance they see on caulk, etc. That was the smoothest customer service interaction I have ever had with any company. The staff at Luxury Bath go above and beyond to swiftly remedy any problems or answer any questions. It was a pleasure doing business with Michael C. Schweitzer, Luxury Bath, and we highly recommend.

Terrible experience. Rebuilt shower and started leaking from seams within in a few years. Luxury came out multiple times to repair to no avail. Overall process was terrible, final install did not match original design or timeline. Years later I'm forced to completely gut the area and rebuild due to horrible work. Service: Remodelling

We were referred to this business by a reputable person and our experience was less than professional from start to finish. The sales person misrepresented the truth and the owner made idle promises which never materialized. Furthermore, installation was substandard, messy and lacked professionalism. When calls were made for correction, they were extremely hard to reach and offered a multitude of excuses.

We had three servicemen come out before any real changes were made. Please trust me, this group is not to be trusted nor do they provide services according to code. We're still disappointed.

We've had several issues with communication (lack of), timeliness, delays, and ultimately, an unfinished bathroom that we have to get another contractor to complete. Luxury Bath's website shows beautifully renovated bathrooms that look like they were professionally done. What we were left with looks NOTHING like anything we've ever seen on their site or FB page.

We met with Rich (salesman) back in January of 2021. We explained our vision, provided pictures and explicitly stated that we wanted a turnkey, fully renovated bathroom. We thought we were all on one accord and signed a contract exciting about our soon to be "luxury bathroom". Due to COVID delays, the project start/completion was set for May, with a 7 workday timeline.

When May came and went, we had not heard from Luxury Bath and it wasn't until reached out to them July that we heard anything from them, after several attempts to get a response. Our project finally started in September, again with a 7 day timeline. It took about 2 weeks to get the initial work done but another 3 months to correct issues with the design.

There was a serious breakdown in communication when a major part of the custom vanity was altered without any discussion with us. Ultimately, Luxury Bath says that their works is complete as of December 20, almost a full year from the time we signed the contract. We asked for consideration for the delays but were told that they were having to absorb "additional cost" for having to fix the design problems. It's extremely disappointing that based on the cost of this "full renovation", we still have to find someone else to finish the project.

Another review mentioned that the pricing is expensive and they were right. We just thought that it would be worth the investment (it wasn't). For anyone considering doing business with Luxury Bath, here are a few things to consider: 1) Be sure that if you are doing a complete remodel that you have them list every single detail of what will and will not be included in the work and be sure that the salesman speaks to the project manager and the actual contractors to ensure they all understand the design before you sign the contract. NOTE: Turnkey, doesn't actually mean turnkey. 2) Be very wary of the timelines that you are quoted.

Once the work starts, you are at the mercy of Luxury Bath until your space is completed. We actually did a competitive bid for the renovation and had another company that had great rating but we went with Luxury Bath because they offered a substantially shorter timeline. 3) Communication with the company is challenging. We had to initiate all requests for any updates on delays. 4) PAINTING IS NOT INCLUDED!

Per the owner, "We do not paint nor involve ourselves in that trade. I would encourage you to conduct a local search for well regarded painters, contact them, receive estimates, and decide which one will best serve your need." (Even though other reviews indicate that paint was a part of their projects). 5) Cabinets and drawers do not come with handles, pulls or knobs.

We also had to purchase those out of pocket. 6) The final product may not look like anything you've seen on the site. It's really unfortunate that such a huge investment ended like this. It was a struggle to decide on what rating to assign. I would love to be able to give Luxury Bath a 5 star rating but the finished product fell way short.

It feels like a bait and switch. In no world is this the bathroom that anyone would want to end up with (and again, it doesn't look like anything I've ever seen on their site). The experience with Luxury Bath has been one that we will never forget. If it wasn't for two sub-contractors (Chris and Alfonso) that actually did the work, the rating would be lower. Chris and Alfonso did some really hard, quality work.

As just a team of two, they removed our old shower, tub, floors, built a new linen closet (which also doesn't get painted) and installed the new shower and vanity. They were on time and professional but ultimately, it was Luxury Bath that left us here.

I still can't believe the horrifically unprofessional experience I had with these contractors. - I told the main installer, Danny, that I wanted him to please wear a mask because my household contains high-risk members. He argued with me and repeatedly took his mask off in the home - I supplied my own fixtures and emailed the models to the business months in advance and was told they were fine.

Day of, they tell me the faucets are wrong and will need to be replaced. I waste time looking for replacements and they reverse themselves and say they aren't needed - I'm told they may have to break my mirrors to install the countertops, and then later they reverse themselves on that as well - They fail to install lights and have to come back to do it, the new person who comes back ALSO TAKES DOWN HIS MASK WHILE IN MY HOUSE - They installed shower doors with one coated side, one uncoated side.

I'm still not sure which is supposed to face the shower interior, but they are installed in opposite ways, so one door has a coated side facing the shower interior, the other has the uncoated side facing the shower interior. They promised to get back to me about this and never have - They left a circular piece of my showerhead dangling off the faucet, were supposed to come to fix that and its been weeks I am absolutely shocked at how unprofessional this place was, if I can help anyone else I would look elsewhere.

COVID created a delay to start the work. However, once the material arrived, Luxury Bath scheduled the work. The crews (installers, painters, shower door) were professional and very clean. When writing up the contract they worked with us to install the toilet and mirror we selected. The minor issues that showed up were quickly resolved. Excellent work, high recommended.

Critical: Punctuality I had an appointment for 2 PM for their representative to come to my house. I received a phone call at 5:15 PM saying they wouldn't be able to come today and want to reschedule. I should have been notified prior to 2 PM they couldn't make it so I didn't waste valuable time.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This company was just awful. I am experienced in doing all sorts of home projects and have hired many with over 4 homes at the present time. They are not honorable, terrible in projecting a time, not responsive, and would never deal with such a company again! Services: Remodelling, Drywall installation, Water fixture installation

Hi. We used Luxury Bath to replace our one piece bathtub with a shower. They did a good job, showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards, etc. The installers, (Warren & Danny), were good and finished quickly. However, we had a leak the first time we showered. Luxury Bath was quick to respond to the problem, fixed the leak, repaired and painted the living room ceiling.

It's nice to see a company not give the run around when resolving a problem with their product/install. We would recommend Luxury if you are considering a remodel, however a couple of things to keep in mind. Make sure they get the right size drain pan. Our salesman said we needed a 30 inch wide pan, but the installers said it should have been 32 or 34 inches.

They had to add a filler strip, but it looks ok. Also, we selected some trim for the wall panels, thinking that the trim was part of the panels. The trim is not. They are separate pieces that are attached to the wall panels. This was not explained by the salesman. Other than that, we are happy with the new shower. We would give Luxury 41/2 stars

Overall happy with the bathroom makeover. The quality of the materials and the timeline to get things done are not worth the hefty price. Their customer service and attention to detail were not ideal, but I believe it was because of unrealistic expectations established at the beginning and they had to constantly backtrack. Measurements were off on the products installed and the installer had to think outside the box to make things work. I am excited to enjoy a leak free bathroom and have clean surfaces.

Late service and I had to keep calling to get the installation date. The contract wasn't what I ordered, I ordered a different countertop and 2 toliets and different shower accessories which were not provided. The best part was that the installer was super friendly and professional. I feel like I was taken advantage of by the saleman and the company.

Another saleman had to come and confirm the flooring because part of the original order was lost. They advertised 0%interest free for the first year which is the only reason I chose them but then didnt honor that either. I gave the same review on their website but they only approve the high reviews so its not an accurate review on their site. I do not recommend them

I can't speak to the quality of their work, because I fired them immediately, before work was done. I made an appointment, and 2 days before the scheduled appointment, the calls started. It was like a horror movie. Brenda called me three times and emailed me twice in ONE DAY asking that I confirm the appointment. I had already made the appointment, and had every intent of keeping it.

I didn't appreciate the harassment on their part to confirm an appointment that I ALREADY CONSIDERED CONFIRMED. They didn't even give me the time to call them back before they were calling me again.!3x in one day + 2 emails!. IF they had so little respect for my time, I don't doubt that they would have been disrespectful of my home and the work I needed.

If they can't even manage a simple appointment, they can't manage a whole project. *Edited to add: When I made the original appointment, she kept insisting that my husband be present during the initial consult. (That should have been a non starter for me.) I had to explain to her several times that I was the person authorized to do repairs on my home, and I would be selecting materials and paying contractors, not my husband.

We contacted four companies to come out and look at a bathroom remodel project. This is not a major project, more of a face lift. Remove a tub, resize a shower larger (1-2 inches in each direction), move vanities to center on wall. Three of the companies we contacted we felt could do a good job, so it came down to some material differences and price.

We chose this company. The sales/design guy was really good. Even went back and did some research on something we wanted to do to see if it really could be done. Turns out it just really isn't possible, but at least he did the legwork. It wasn't really a deal breaker, it was more of a cool feature. One of the other companies told us the same thing, so this is not their fault, the product just isn't made in the size we were looking at. Installers were great. Did a good job. Were happy to answer questions and didn't mind if you kept checking in on progress. Knew the products they were installing too. Subcontractor for the shower glass was great. Called to be sure they could come early.

Put the glass where we wanted it on the threshold. Weren't satisfied with the install as a seal was kinked and a washer/shim was missing from the door, so scheduled a return visit to fix the issues. Didn't wait until we pointed out the problem, they showed us the problem. Parts were overnighted and problem solved in 2 days. The goal of the project was to fix a cracked shower wall and get things so they didn't look strange (the vanities off to one side).

These were the issues we had: - Wrong vanities were ordered. Not sure how it happened because we measured counter height with the sales/design guy and he changed pages in his book to get the right ones. - Were promised a one piece white marble threshold by the owner. He said a matching grey color would be two pieces but the original was white (one piece) and we liked that break up of the rooms and he told us that one piece in white was no problem.

They showed up with two pieces to install and said take it or go with metal (after they had already installed marble at the other threshold which would have looked really stupid). - We asked for a larger shower. The walls are 1-2 inches larger than the old shower, but the shower pan (which is really the size of the shower) is the same size as the old one (the new pan lines up with the markings on the old wall where the pan was).

You cannot say that there is a required overhang of the material because they aren't consistent (1 inch in one direction and 2 inches in the other). - This one isn't their fault, but worth mentioning as it speaks to the quality of products they use. The sinks we got are inset cultured marble sinks. There were many manufactring imperfections.

Because of the number of imperfections, the sink was remade rather than repaired on site. You would think they would check the second one before they brought it here. They didn't. Second one was almost as bad as the first, we wouldn't let them install it. The third one was finally acceptable. - Customer service isn't that great. They want as little contact with you as possible.

More than once we were promised a call back that we never got. We had to contact them multiple times to get answers and updates. When there are issues like they didn't write down the correct height for the vanities or the threshold will be two pieces instead of the one that was promised, they should call. What should have been a 4 day project turned into a 6 week ordeal.

All in all, it looks good. We didn't get rid of the strange look, we just moved it from non-centered vanities to a shower with a 1 inch overhang in one direction and 2 inches in the other. It is a noticbale difference. We have 2 other bathrooms and a house full of windows to get done because of issues with inferior building materials and we won't be contacting this company again.
