They literally made my carpet brand new! I wish before I moved in I had them clean it because I didn't realize how dirty the carpet was until I moved out of the apartment and they got every single stain out! The man who did it also got the part that was sticking up to go down again which made me happy because I knew my apartment complex would have took deposit for that!

Very good experience. From Yvonne who answered the phone and scheduled our appointment, to the confirmation e-mail, to the text messages letting me know when they were on the way, to Paul the Cleaner, everything was easy and top notch. The carpets at our office came out nice. They arrived on time and finished on time! Great service, great price, great communication. I would highly recommend!

Kyle came to my house and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed the area to be cleaned and provided me a quote that matched what the initial phone call estimated based off of my measured square footage. He was very pleasant to work with and even went over my upholstery again because I requested one more quick round of cleaning. We are delighted to have engaged the services of Brian, owner of Esteam Carpet & Tile Care. I imagine that all his operatives are equally reliable and thorough. His office staff communicate well, informed us that they had a cancellation and could therefore fit us into their very busy schedule, and Brian arrived on time. He used a special device to measure rooms, so that he could inform us of the cost which turned out to be excellent value. Esteam's Covid 19 sanitation protocol is excellent, and he proceeded to do a superb job with remarkable care and attention to detail.

This system is excellent, and uses top quality products that are 'friendly' to the environment, pets and humans. Our carpets dried in 5 hours and have never looked better although they're over 20 years old. I fully recommend 'Esteam' without hesitation, and in fact have already passed on details to friends. We will always call Esteam when we need carpets, upholstery or tiles cleaned. Thanks for a stellar job, executed with respect and honesty.

I cannot recommend Esteam highly enough! We have had them out twice now, and each time they have done a fabulous job. Not only did they make the carpets look like new despite some worn stains and other issues, but the staff members they sent are so kind and professional - they all went above and beyond on both visits. Love Esteam - will continue to use them as long as we're in Petaluma!
