I was born and raised in Santa Rosa, graduated from Montgomery High School in 1990, and am in the process of raising two beautiful children here. I have developed a relationship with an area rug cleaning plant of excellent quality. Due to the fact that I bring in so many area rugs to them they have extended me a very reasonable rate which I can then pass on to my customers.

I am certified in Stone, Masonry, and Ceramic Tile Cleaning. People often do not think of cleaning their tile floors, showers, and counter tops. This type of cleaning really has the Wow Factor! Customers are often amazed to find out they have a light colored grout instead of the dark gray, brown or even black grout that was actually dirt building up over the years.

I do quite a bit of property management and tenant turnover. I started using Dennis for carpet cleaning about a year ago and every experience has been 5 star. He will meet you at the property and give you an estimate prior to starting the job. Also, he will let you know ahead of time if he sees any problem areas. He is prompt, always answers his phone, returns calls as promised.
He has been in the business for about 25 years and really knows carpet, even to telling you about the approximate age of your carpet (in case you need to know!) Every carpet he has cleaned for me has been a perfect job! I can highly recommend Dennis and Pristine Clean!

I needed my carpets cleaned right away. Dennis is the only one I could get to answer the phone. He was able to come out the next day and did a great job. He did the master bedroom, hall and stairs. I didn't think the stairs could be helped much, but they sure look great now! I'll certainly call him again!

Did a good job however, I mentioned a problem area which had a deep rust stain (probably from metal feet resting on a damp carpet after the last tenant moved in). Dennis mentioned that he had a special cleaner for rust which worked fairly well but not guaranteed to completely remove the stain. I returned that afternoon to find the rust stain had not been worked on at all. Looked pretty bad so I tried plain water using a towel and to my surprise, 90% of the stain was removed (only a slight discoloration). Dennis probably forgot to deal with it.

Great service, nice guy. Has come to clean our carpets a couple of times and is very good and friendly. I will only go with Dennis to have my carpets cleaned from this point forward. He was able to come over with short notice and was very accommodating with my super busy schedule. If you are looking for a great honest guy, Dennis is your man.

Dennis just left a couple hours ago after cleaning our carpets for the third time and he is amazing. Somehow we managed to choose a house to rent with carpets that get dirty incredibly quickly, not to mention owning a big dog. No matter how bad the carpets get, he manages to make them look brand new in just a couple hours.

Dennis was prompt on time, got us in with in a reasonable time frame and did a fantastic job. I will use Pristine Clean for all my carpet cleaning needs. I was extremely busy and crushed for time between appointments and he worked around my schedule while I was trying to get ready and juggling pets while he was here. Dennis provides fast, amazing service. My mother had a serious fall in her apartment, went into the hospital and I needed someone to clean her carpets before she returned home. I called Pristine Clean Monday morning, explained that my mother was coming home that day and we needed clean carpets for her. Dennis was so cooperative and agreed to meet me at 12:30 to do the job.
When he arrived he could not locate a hose bib near her apartment wall, stretched across the driveway and solved the problem. he did a great job on short notice and she was delighted at how clean her carpets were. So was I. I highly recommend him. He was the only one of 3 companies I called who even called back. I will call no one else in the future.

Anytime I need my carpets or furniture cleaned I always call Dennis! If you have pets & stains, he's got the magic carpet cleaner to make your house feel new again. Great work, love this guy! He's done 3 different houses for me when I moved out & came on the fly when ever my pet had an accident. This guy has helped me get all my deposits back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
