Master Cleaners went above and beyond. They did a meticulous job cleaning my three rugs. Arrived on time, took outstanding care of the furniture needing to be moved in order to remove the rugs. They completed the cleaning when promised, returned with a professional, friendly, and skillful crew and carefully placed the rugs and all my furniture exactly where they were prior to removal.

They are very friendly and responsive by phone, and truly went the extra mile to be sure I was 100% satisfied with their work. Master cleaners is fabulous and there are simply not enough words to describe the outstanding experience I had with this company.

Master Cleaners took care of our large wool area rug. I purchased this rug second hand and used it for a couple of years before getting it cleaned. There was a wax spill on the rug, and some areas where furniture had compressed the fibers. No matter how much I tried, I couldn't get those areas to 'lift'. There was also dog urine on one of the corners. Looking at it now, the colors are vibrant and beautiful.

The rug has been restored and it looks better than ever! Having a wool rug washed isn't inexpensive, but having it done properly is worth the investment. I would return to Master Cleaners. You can trust their work to be top notch.

In addition they employ master weavers and recently cleaned, repaired, blocked and attached weights to the bottom of very valuable, antique, European tapestry. I recently took two rugs into Master Cleaners to be cleaned--after I had used a spot cleaner that left several obvious lightened spots. Peter and the Master Cleaners crew restored them to look like the new ones we had purchased in Turkey some years ago--not a hint of the faded spots remained. Thanks to Sheila for the prompt notification of a quick turn-around. 'Truly quality service.

I can't thank the technician, Kyle and the Master Cleaners team enough! My dog peed on my brand new reclining sofa and I felt like it was the end of the world. Calling Master Cleaners is the way to go, they had great customer service, reasonable pricing during Covid, and ensured that the stain/odor was out within a week. Master Cleaners did a great job, one call to Sheila (so helpful and efficient) to set up my appointment within a day with Jose who came to my house, explained all the options in an easily understood written estimate. A few years back I had my very dirty rugs in my master bedroom cleaned by them and they came out looking brand new! I highly recommend them as they their craft well and can deliver!

I just picked up my beautifully reconstructed 100-300 years old tapestry cushion from Peter Malfi, owner of Master Cleaners. I was so pleased to see how artfully and precisely this piece was rebuilt. I had not imagined how carefully the stitching would be performed and the color of the yarns picked so complimentary to the cushion's ancient design. Peter and Shiela were delightful and very clear about the project before we started. I'm pleased to say that I believe we were all surprised and grateful at the outcome. I would recommend doing business with this company and am so very pleased with the beautiful job they did for me and the delivery was almost a week early!

I have been using Master Cleaners for the last 15 years. I highly recommend them. They are very professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job cleaning and repairing my rugs. I had a small hole in my rug and they repaired it without charge! I have expensive rugs and I wouldn't use anyone other than Master Cleaners.

Our Persian rugs were covered in dried river mud from flooding on the Russian River. They were unrecognizable. We brought them to Master Cleaner and now they look better than preflood! We are so glad we didn't lose these rugs. Thank you for your great job and expertise. It meant a lot to us.

We recently had two large wool carpets cleaned and treated for stains. Neither had been cleaned in the nineteen years we have owned them. Recent pet accidents prompted us to take them to Masters Cleaners. We were told not to expect miracles, but the carpets are like NEW! I forgot how soft they were to bare feet. Our party guest spilled a large glass of red wine on our estate sized, over dyed light blue and cream colored wool and silk rug. Peter and his team treated our rug as if it were an emergency room patient. We received detailed updates while they cleaned it for nearly 5 weeks (without exceeding the original cost estimate). I don't know if we've received such professional and dedicated service.

Peter was awesome. These people fo way above an beyond. I called the office for an emergency cleaning. I had a pizza sized blood stain on a thick carpet and was unable to attend to it for 12 hours. Peter came out to the property cleaned the heck out of it, and called to let me know he had it managed all within a day. I was blown away by Master Cleaner's customer service, attention to detail and fast service. These guys are the best. Worth EVERY penny. Thanks for saving my neck Peter. - Bud

I wouldn't trust my Milo Baughman loungers, set of Danish scissor chairs, and Tibetan carpet to just any cleaner. We have used them for many years for many pieces. These guys are the best in the business. Ttop of their game. Honest, ethical, reasonable. Great customer service with excellent results.

A few weeks ago I posted a negative review of Master Cleaners. I had hired them to repair a rug that had been attacked by moths. I was deeply disappointed in the repair job, and let them know it. To their credit, the owner (Peter) made good on the repair. The shop redid their work, and this time they did a very good job. Peter also offered to professionally wrap all of my rugs for my upcoming move - free of charge.

While it was nice of Peter to offer to re-do the repair and wrap my rugs, I would not go there again. The stain removal they did left a bleached spot and a gouge on my Chinese wool rug. The repair on the side of my Bokhara rug fell apart within a month, and the cleanup on my silk rug was sloppy. I know Peter does not like negative reviews, but to get positive reviews he will actually have to do a good job - not say he's done a good job when he hasn't.

I was very disappointed with their customer service! I spoke with Sheila towards the end of Oct. and was told that they were very busy with their regular customers that had been affected by the fires. I told her I understand, and to please give me the next appointment. She gave me Dec11th. She then called me twice on Dec 7th but did not leave a message.

When I called her back, she told me they were not coming on the 11th, that they had a big job and would try to fit me in some time after the 1st of the year! With no apologies! Though I am very sympathetic to all affected by the fires, this is just bad business! Very unprofessional!

This is my first time writing a review on yelp, or anywhere, but I had to put in my two cents! I can't recommend the enough! They are the best. I have a large carpet and it was infested with moths. They came picked it up and had to move some heavy furniture. When the delivered it back, they placed it, moved the furniture again! The carpet looked great and didn't have a bad smell. 8 months later, I noticed a few moths flying around, I called them.

They came right out and checked my carpet. They were willing to take it back and treat it again! As it happened, we decided not to do that. I really appreciated their knowledge and professionalism.

This is the second time I have used Master Cleaners. I confess that after the first time I went with another company that was cheaper. I will not do that again. I have 5 oriental rugs. They come as a team of 2 to pick up the rugs. The cheaper place was 1 guy and he asked me to help him move my furniture! Master Cleaners got my rugs cleaner than the other place! They look like new rugs. I couldn't be happier with the results and will always use them. The owners are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them.
