We have been using Cypress Lawn & Tree for about a year now and overall we are happy. We had a mite problem due to having sloped, south facing lawn which was causing dead grass. Cyprus was able to come out and diagnose the problem promptly and I appreciate the communications with the front office via text. The only issue I have had so far was the mite control treatment in the fall which we received.

Since we do not get a heads up that they are coming, the front yard was covered in leaves so the mite control application was sprayed on the leaves, not the grass. With this same application, the side fence to the back yard was not closed properly so when we released the dogs into the yard later that day, it resulted in a fun game of chase around the neighborhood. Overall would recommend though.

Kerry is a delight to work with. He's professional, easy to communicate with, and does a superb job. Never had a better looking lawn. We have a lot of lawn, and he handles all the chemical needs: fertilization, weed control, mite control, fungicide, and revitalizer. He also aerates the lawn in the spring. This is a large collection of tasks that I no longer need to be concerned about.

I was never very good about remembering the schedule for each treatment, remembering to search out and buy the materials (and having to store them), adjusting the spreader correctly, etc. Some of the treatments are done with a truck-mounted sprayer, which I couldn't afford and would have no place to store. I highly recommend this service!

We have used Cypress for several years now. Kerry and Cheryl are knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and responsive. Further, they really brought our grass back to life. We continued to use them upon moving to a new house that had many mature trees and bushes. Kerry kindly walked the yard with me and named all the many varieties and what I could expect from them. Our grass looks so good that our next door neighbors began using Cypress too.

This is a great company. Kerry, the owner, is very friendly, professional, and communicates regularly. I appreciate that he completes services himself and pays close attention to what is going on in my yard - unlike the rushed and impersonal services that I've experienced with the "big" companies that send a different tech every time.

We have used Cypress Lawn & Tree care for years. First, we noticed a neighbor whose lawn looked great (and weed-free). We asked him about it and he told us about Cypress. It was a pleasure to meet Kerry and to interact with his wife Cheryl; they are a wonderful example of caring, professional, dedicated, local small business owners. Kerry and his employees are always professional, on-time, and friendly.

And our lawn and trees look great! Cypress thoroughly killed the weeds while protecting our grass and landscaping plants. They also fertilize our trees and apply a spray to protect against the beetles. Before Cypress, we lost at least one Pinon pine every year to beetles. But ever since we hired them, our trees have survived and are lush, green and thriving.

Kerry is very knowledgeable and friendly. Cypress Lawn and Tree Care has a small business, personal care feel with a very organized and well communicated service schedule and very friendly. They are way better than Swingle and another local company here in Aurora. I've used them for over 5 years on our ash trees to keep the ash-borers at bay.

With his high level of knowledge in lawn, tree, and other plant care, Kerry has improved the condition and health of my yard considerably. He is always very professional, reliable, and responsive. Services: Weed control, Lawn pest control
