Do not use this company. They do not adhere to their quote. They charged $6000 over for work without any approvals or communications. Customer service is bismal.

Professional, professional, professional! Last year my father deeded me the family home and my HOI advised I needed to replace the roof. Of course during this pandemic it was easier for me to get a small home improvement loan than find a roofer. Construction is booming right now. Fortunately, I came across Tallahassee Roofing Inc. after meeting with 3 other roofers.

I received 3 quotes, an information packet about the types of shingles, warranties, and color, wind mitigation documentations, etc. This information separated them from the other roofers that I met with and my decision easy. On Dec. 28th, the crew arrived at 8, lunch break at 1, and was cleaning my yard and porch by 5. I have to say the new roof made my new old house look a whole lot better. Now for some windows, huh.

We were told we needed a complete repair with new parts when we were quoted by this company. Whoever we talked to on the phone was extremely rude and they hung up on us when trying to schedule the repairs. We ended up going with a competitor and they came out and it took them 30 minutes to fix as we only needed sealant and not any new parts!

I have not gotten my roof done by these people but their advertising technique is disgusting and distasteful! In their advertisement they show real time video of old men trying to repair their roofs, only to fall off a 20 foot ladder and injure themselves. This isn't one clip, it's atleast a minute long compilation of men falling off huge ladders and it shows them falling and everything.

When this came on my television I was shocked, only to find it to be an advertisement for a roofing service. Who thought this was okay? And not only thought it was okay but thought it was brilliant enough to pay to advertise it on platforms like YouTube. This is a disgusting and selfish way to advertise your company.

Tallahassee Roofing was the only company that actually showed up after Hurricane Michael passed through causing damage to my home. Thank you to John and your crew, they did a great job roofing my home. You and your crew were professional, courteous and had a general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the clean up that was done at the end of each day.

I wanted to take a moment to express how disappointed we've been with the work done by Tallahassee Roofing. To begin, we were told our repair would be put on the schedule only to find out a week and a half later upon our follow-up that it had not been scheduled. We were finally given a scheduling date only to have them re-schedule without notifying us after we had taken off of work in order to be home.

The repair was not rescheduled until I once again followed-up. When repairmen finally showed up, there was a discrepancy between what they're understanding was for the repair according to their boss and what they noticed at the home. After the repair was completed, we have found multiple pieces of shingle and multiple nails thrown haphazardly throughout our yard. Thankfully no one has been injured on these, but leaving our home in that state after completing a job is unacceptable. We will not be choosing to use Tallahassee Roofing in the future.
