At the estimate Alex had excellent solutions and when he was talking about drainage solutions in front, he had his assistant bring a shovel and dig it out right then and there and when I wanted to pay for the work, he refused. That\'s when I decided he was the one to do gutter replacement in back. I thought-here is somebody who is after long term customers, NOT quick over priced profit.
