This company installed a new roof which ended up being defective. That defective roof was replaced with a better quality shingle. Six months later a leak has left a large hole in the roof decking. After making multiple calls and leaving multiple messages, being told someone would be on it, and just getting nowhere, the owner called me and asked if I would be his policeman by letting him know if his employee didn't contact me within 2 hours. Two hours later and the owner isn't answering and has a full mailbox.

I would suggest using another company for your roof repair. The work done was shoddy and have called for weeks about roof warranty and have yet to receive a callback. Avoid this company at all cost. Several companies in town are close in price and probably offer better service. Test it for yourself and call their phone number and leave a message and see how long it takes them to contact you.

Good people, good pricing, good quality what more can you ask for would recommend this company to everyone. Call them and forget the rest because they are the best.

Craig came out to do an estimate for roof repair, didn't even get on my roof but told me I needed an entire new roof, even though I just got it fully inspected. I've already had a couple companies come out and give me an estimate on the repairs so according to them the repairs can be done no problem. The repairs consist of tacking down a few raised shingles and replacing the flashing and shingles on the back side of my roof.

When I told him I did not want to replace the roof, he said "well I'm gonna pass then, " and turned around, walked to his truck and left. I was taken aback at the rudeness and shortness of my interaction with him! I understand not wanting to do the job because some people I'm sure don't have the skills to do it. but what about people skills? Burnette contracts their roof repairs out to this guy because they only do roof replacements.

They may be good at roof replacements but I would not recommend them for repairs if this is the kind of people they send out. I will not be reccomending this company to anyone!
