Website says free quotes available. We call for a quote so we could PO for the money to get the repair done. There office said they would have to charge us $85 for the free quote. When we mention that there website states free quotes there office said well it's still going to be $85 for a quote. This was a few weeks ago an I just checked there website again it still states free quotes. Beware.

Ways Electric is my go to company for all of my electrical needs; I would not trust anyone else. I specifically requested Frank as he has worked on my home before. Frank and Jesse showed up and showed out. Frank and Jesse were punctual, professional, friendly and of course knowledgeable and able to explain everything to me in everyday language. They were mindful and respectful of my home, my time and the fact that I work from home.
They completed my project effectively and efficiently, performed a quality check, cleaned their work area and were on their way. As I continue to upgrade my home I will continue to reach out to Ways Electric for all my electrical needs!

We had a complete home electric failure this summer. The people at Ways were so caring and responsive. First, they rearranged an entire day's schedule to send as a service tech that day. The quality of the work was excellent. But, it was the customer service and level of caring that stood out the most. Our service techs, Franklin and Jeff, were amazing.
They stayed at the house, working until after 10 pm so we could have AC. They never uttered a complaint or gripe throughout the project - which was intense and inside a hot house. Really appreciative of everyone at Ways, including the front office. It was a stressful, difficult time for us and Ways had our backs throughout.

I called to setup an appointment, and since I didn't get a confirmation I called to make sure something was scheduled so I didn't miss work for no reason (which I had to do since they have appointment windows like Comcast). The same person I spoke with last week, who was half asleep, confirmed there was no appointment and I would have to wait another week. So I waited a week and almost missed work for absolutely nothing.

I've had many electrical companies come out and do work for me. Ways Electric is by far the best electrical company. They are punctual, reliable and the best thing is that they actually know what they are doing. I've had 2 different electricians have done work for me but I usually get Jason who is great. If you call ask for Jason that's who i can vouch for since he has done most of my work but, i'm sure they are all just as professional.

I needed a fan installed as well as an outlet in my crawl space. I looked for reviews for electricians in the area and found Electrical Contractors Atlanta ("Ways Electric") and one other company rated 5 stars on google reviews. The other company didn't service my area, but Ways Electric did. The person I spoke to on the phone was really nice and was helpful in booking an appointment for me at my earliest convenience. Mike came out and did the instal. The job took about an hour The work done was what I asked for and the price seemed fair.
