Kalahari Electrical Service's customer service is outstanding. The customer service representative was friendly and eager to provide reminders and updates as to when the electricians would arrive. Luis and Kory arrived on time and were ready to start work immediately. They assessed the situation and gave me a cost estimate detailing all procedures needed.

Both were very knowledgeable and professional. After starting work, they noticed a change in their initial assessment that would save me money. I was very impressed with their integrity in reducing the price of work. Integrity is essential to me when choosing a contractor. They also did a 12-point electrical inspection and made some recommendations to improve the overall electrical safety of our house. I will definitely use Kalahari Electrical Service in the future and recommend them to anyone needing Of electrical services.

I've had previously good experiences with Kalahari so I requested them again for a ceiling fan installation. The technicians, Kory and Ruben, were quick, efficient, and polite. They called ahead, arrived right on time, and were out the door before their estimated time frame. I definitely recommend this company as they are transparent about pricing and very fast. Thank you!

We chose Kalahari based on online reviews. I'm happy to say the reviews were spot on! Kalahari made an emergency visit when we lost electricity in part of our house. Jan was extremely polite, professional, and patient. He explained all our options and specifically recommended one that was NOT the most expensive. He even recommended a few thing he said I could do myself to save money.

I would HIGHLY recommend Kalahari Electrical Services. It's good to have professionals you can trust. As far as the workers, Luis was polite and professional, he answered all my questions, he showed me what he did, and he cleaned up the area. I couldn't have asked for more!

As a resident in a condo complex it is at times challenging to find someone to assist you with large electrical challenges that occur. We had such a challenge for over a 2 day period with a number of electrician coming out to assist us in repairing our issue of power outage in one section of our building. Every single one came and said that it was something they couldn't work on.

Even our primary utility company gave us the run around. However, when Tyson Miller showed up that all changed! He wad very helpful and he took on the challenge like it was no big deal, he walked me through what was happening and assured me as well as my neighbors that we would have power back. He knew it was a big project, on a Saturday nonetheless, but he took it on and even his boss came to assist.

They stayed late, worked hard and got us power. He even followed up the next day to make sure we were back up and running. In a time where customer service can be hit or miss, Tyson went above and beyond to help us out. I recommend him and Kalahari to anyone who will need electrical service, they're top notch and knowledgeable. 5 and highly recommend. From my neighbors and myself thank you Tyson!

Tyson, Andres and another young man handled my job and did a wonderful job in doing so. They were on time, very polite and ready to work. They did a great job with cleaning up after the job was completed. These young men are an asset to the company. I could tell they love what they do. I have additional items to be done in the near future and will definitely contact this company again.

I have dealt with many contractors and these guys are just on a league of their own. Communications, responsibilities, respect and cleanliness. They have done two jobs for me and not only their main office communicates before they arrive, they also explain everything as they go on and ask to make sure they're doing the job the way I want it to be done. I will for sure use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work!

I had a same-day service appointment, Luis and Zelaya arrive on time they did a great job. They were very professional. The service was great, fast and seamless.

Jan did a fantastic job! I was so thankful at how fast he and the young men that worked for him got stuff done. They worked very hard all over the house and got everything done in a day. It was really nice having all three of them here, because I didn't have to arrange to be home during the rest of the week when I have work. He also showed things to me and explained them to me which I really appreciate because this is something I have little knowledge on. He was kind, professional, on time, and I would super highly recommend him. 11 out of 10!

Jan and Gideon possess the most extraordinary work ethic and care for craftsmanship that I've experienced in quite some time. Tyson and Nelson are absolutely delightful and true rock stars! The attic is really not built for adults to work in, so they weren't the best working conditions. Thankfully, I got lucky on a Google search and found this company after I just moved into the area. Their good reviews is why I called them first. The reviews were awesome, but I don't think does justice to the service I got. Tyson Miller and Nelson came out to give me an estimate within two days of me calling. Both guys were outstanding. Tyson. broke everything down and explained everything to me.

There was no up-charging or hidden fee's. They then completed the work the same day! Halfway through the job, I added additional items which were installed without a hitch. Everything looks fantastic! I really cannot say enough good about the company. From the lady who answered my call to Tyson and Nelson doing the install, everyone was professional and accommodating and extremely easy to work with. I would give them a higher rating if I could.

We found Kalahari when searching for help with an electrical outlet that was turning out the lights in our room and hallway. We were very concerned that it would start an electrical fire. The first call was so pleasant and the person we spoke to was able to schedule us in the same day. Tyson Miller was very nice. He was able to quickly diagnose our issue and get it fixed for us. Amazing experience. I called on Friday and two technicians were able to come out that Monday. Very transparent about pricing and all that is entailed in each price. Very knowledgeable and provided a lot information and options. Once I accepted the quote the technicians were equipped to begin work immediately. I will be needing more electrical work done in the near future and I am only calling Kalahari Electrical Services!

Let me just start by saying that the entire experience, from the office person answering the phone and scheduling the appointment to the same day prompt service with no up charge. Everything was amazing. They are a family owned business that cares about what people think about their services. The main word that I would use to describe their work and their business practice is: Honest.

Apart from quality, honesty is the most important thing I'm looking for in a company that I want to hire to do work in any capacity for my home. What struck me is that they have a book that states general prices of repairs that includes labor and supplies/equipment. There is no ballpark figure or arbitrary price assigned to a job. It is all there in black-and-white.

They were eager to get as much done as they could today, even though the main appointment to have major work done was more than a week away. Additionally, they did some extra things that they did not want to charge me for. I was actually blown away by the fact that Jan went out of his way to refinish a cover panel that was weathered and rusty but still usable. That completely did it for me and I will recommend them to any and all that need electrician services performed.

Jan and his crew installed a ceiling fan and chandelier. We have 20 foot ceilings and they did the job safely and quickly. The fan looks great with Philips Hue smart bulbs which let me change the colors from the app. They also installed 3 LED flush mount ceiling lights with 3 way switches in our guest bathroom, and 10 new outlets with conduit in my workshop. They cleaned up after the job. They are very professional and do high quality work. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

Strap yourselves in, this is a novel If I could give them 0 stars I would. We dealt with one tech and then directly with the owner and boy was the owner horrible. Rude, condescending, made excuses for everything, interrupted you all the time. We called because we were having an issue with an outlet. The tech (Sean) was very professional and was. able to fix the issue.

While he was here, he ran a sweep through the house and told us what he recommended we get done. One of which was to replace the electrical panel. We had not replaced it since we had bought the house over 20 years ago and we doubt the people before us (original owners) replaced it either. So we scheduled for Sean to come out.

I woke last Sunday morning to nearly half my house without electricity. Due to the cold weather, I needed this problem fixed immediately. I called around and found Kalahari Electrical Services. Jan (owner) came out the same day and resolved my issue. He also took the time to explain what happened and went the extra mile with preventive measures. I was most impressed by the follow-up call the next day to see if all was still working fine. Very good work and great customer service!

Last summer (on a Saturday) we had a weird short that would occur over and over again for several weeks.was affecting only part of the house but randomly. Called the EMC out and they discovered that massive amounts of water had gotten into our outside electrical box and it had been arcing over and over again for several weeks and was basically. one good spark from setting our house on fire.but they couldn't fix it because it was our property not the EMC's we contacted Kalahari Electrical Services by phone.

They quoted a price, but when they got here it was more extensive than they realized. They stood by the quoted price, they were here within an 1:30 of the call and they did some preventative measures to keep it from happening again. I HIGHLY recommend them. Professional, quality service.

Came home after a long day at work to the smell of burning plastic and a popping noise coming from my electrical panel. I made the call into a 24-hour emergency line and was immediately connected to Ruben. He was very polite and accommodating and was able to be at my home within the hour. He and George arrived promptly and were very friendly and. professional.

They took the time to review with us their plan of action to evaluate what was going on. After a thorough inspection, Ruben provided me and my husband several options. I appreciated him taking the time to walk us through each option and that he could immediately fix our issue. He was also priced fairly. I have used Kalahari Electrical a number of times over the years. Jan has replaced a stove, moved a doorbell, added kitchen lighting and most recently put in recessed lighting. I will continue to use them because of his professionalism and value. Highly recommend.

After a friend posted about this company, I knew who to call for my loose outlet and broken ceiling fan. Jan with Kalahari quickly figured out that my fan wasn't broken at all, but that a lightning surge had shorted out the electrical component that operated the remote to the fan. After a quick run to the hardware store for a new box and remote, he fixed the problem. And I didn't have to buy that new fan after all! Great service!

Kalahari Electrical Services are simply awesome. From the first phone call to the final finished job, everything was done on time, on budget, professionally and to perfection! I was given excellent advice by Jan and Joe, they provided the most up to the minute and technologically advanced fittings and installed everything I wanted on the same day.

Excellent customer service is hard to find these days; however Jan has it down to an artform. I had company in from out of town during the 105 degree days and he came out the same day/stayed until midnight to get it fixed and he was leaving for vacation the next day.not to mention the rates were very reasonable. I will never use another electrician.

Kalahari has done a number of electrical repairs and installations for us over the years. They are very professional, they do things the right way (rather than cutting corners). I trust their work and also trust them in my house without having to stand over them.
