Aardvark Electric

Aardvark installed a network of smoke detectors that became problematic with in two years. While on vacation, the detectors began going off indicating fire and smoke but there was no fire or smoke. I was in Flordia and was called by the person staying at my home concerned and did not know what to do. From Florida, I called Aardvark and they, without hesitation, went to my home at 9:00 pm that night and removed all of the defective detectors.

Two weeks later, they reinstalled better units to replace the known defective units without question. I can not say enough good things about the way I was treated by Aardvark during and following this event. THANK YOU!

Aardvark was super quick and responsive to my request for a electrician to come look at our weather head. They did a full inspection of our home and provided us with great insight into what all is needed but not being pushy to sell us on services. They offered an immediate potential solution and provided us pricing for it the cheaper immediate solution was not something that would work longtime. They were knowledgeable, trustworthy and timely and I would so far highly recommend working with Aardvark.

We contacted Aardvark Electric to give us a full estimate on all the concerns addressed in our home inspection. Manny and his apprentice were punctual, professional, polite, friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns. They spent at least 90 minutes thoroughly looking over everything brought up in the home inspection, a couple more concerns of our own, and at our request they helped prioritize repairs based on what is most critical for a safe home.

They gave us estimates to do all of the work at once, each one on its own, scenarios in between, and explained their financing options. We're also very impressed with Aardvark's thorough and frequent training of their employees and the fact that their employees seem very happy and proud to work at Aardvark Electric. The person who answers the phone at Aardvark is also always very prompt and cheerful in answering calls. Aardvark really seems to have a great team of people who sincerely care about the service they provide. When we're ready to get these repairs scheduled we will very likely call Aardvark. Ronnie changed an outside outlet and cover on 8:30PM Friday night. He is an excellent communicator and licensed electrician. Ronnie explained what had happened, and why it happened. We contacted Aardvark after the electrician that we often use told us he was booked out 2 months. The work we needed was the installation of 2 chandeliers and 4 ceiling lights. I initially was thrown of by the service charge just to have someone come out for a quote but felt better when Manny arrived and let me know that it included a walkthrough and health check for the electrical system.

The price was a bit higher than the other electrician but Manny was very professional and said he could start work that day. The job took a little more time than expected with one of the chandeliers being higher than the other so Manny had to return the next day with a taller ladder. Blake joined Manny for the final part of the install and was just as professional and considerate of our time. Overall, very happy with the results and would use Aardvark in the future.

This is the best electrician company I've worked with and I've worked with a handful. They originally did a bunch of work at our house back in February and everything was good quality, very nice electricians, and they showed up on time. 7 months later, a few small things came up with some of the products they installed (related to manufacturing. defects with the products, not their service).

When I called to tell them, there was no argument, no challenge, etc. They expedited us in their schedule and fully honored their warranty and even upgraded us without charge for the inconvenience. They really are a trustworthy and hard working company - Ellie in particular was fantastic. I'd highly recommend. They're now my go-to, without question.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I had some tough installations - ceiling fan and chandelier with very high ceilings. They did a great good. This is a great example of a local and family-owned business that is committed to quality. They put their customers first!

Elie was a fantastic technician. He is very professional and well versed in his knowledge. We have a branch fall on our power line and he was so helpful to us being that it was our first time encountering this problem.

Ben did an excellent job. We have a larger older house with a circuit at the opposite end from the garage. Ben routed the liners under the house then under the eaves to the garage and the installation is neat and clean. The charger was provided by Aardvark at cost and works fantastic. Happy customer. Eric installed some recessed lighting and replaced a ceiling fan in our living room. He was very helpful in giving his expertise and opinion on placement of the lights. Eric was professional and respectful of our home, and notified us every stage of the work. I'm happy with the final product. Great customer service.
