Alpha Omega Carpet Care

I received this as a gift & am actually scared to see what the outcome is going to be. So far they were very nice on the phone & I am praying for a great experience. UPDATE Whatever chemicals they used on my carpet gave my dogs a terrible rash. I ended up at the vet. Nice people, just ask what they use as far as chemicals go. Service: General carpet cleaning

I called to make sure they would be available before I moved out, the night before they were supposed to come, I received a call that they would not be able to clean the stairs that they agreed to or anything on the second floor that they had said they could, but would look for someone else who could take the job. The next morning I heard nothing, and when I finally reached out to find out what was going on, I was told they wouldn't be able to complete the job on time or as agreed upon. I will never recommend this company.

So disappointed. Scheduled 8 days in advance. Never got a confirmation. No one showed up on time so I called. They said they had a 2 hr window. And then no one showed up. They said they were running late and then no one showed up. Then no one answered my texts so I had to get my husband to call. They finally, after prying, told them they probably wouldn't show up today at all. We had prepped our house and I had been waiting around my house. So un professional.

First off after I hear from the company I hope to edit this review to something better. I called to schedule an appointment and ask about the Groupon, because it was the next day he said to just paid him directly, which is totally fine. The $39 Groupon was for three rooms up to 1500 ft. However of course it ended up costing $100 for a quote-unquote deep clean with enzym, for a 10x13 bedroom minus where the queen size bed is, a 8x4 hallway and half of the living room since under the furniture was not done.

I will show pictures of after he left. One young guy showed up he was very friendly and he did a good job on the open areas with no furniture. He did not move furniture or even go under furniture, I even stated I would move furniture for him since he was the only one. I also in the bedroom put the bed in the middle of the room and took everything off the floor to help out, so the middle of my room did not get cleaned.

If I would have known that up front I would have paid a little more and gone somewhere else. With our home carpet cleaner I could have gotten the same results and cleaned under furniture. Matter of fact after he left I spot cleaned a couple the stains he left and got them out. I hope to edit this review like I said, after someone gets back to me and either send somebody do the rest of the rooms I paid for meaning under the furniture or whatever it may be.

DO NOT USE! Absolutely the WORST carpet cleaning company in San Antonio. The owner Randy has NO clue what his workers are even doing. They didn't even show up to the appointment and then when I contacted them after the weekend, he gave some sorry excuse about him being at his ranch and not knowing! Then when Mark finally arrived 4 days later, tried to upsell me on everything they had in order to make more money.

After they left, our house smelled HORRIBLE! Randy "tried" to make it right by saying they would come out and treat and all I had to do was pay for the price of chemicals. Then he said to contact Mark directly who told me, I don't know what you want me to do about it. Tried contacting Randy again, NO response, ignored my texts, calls, and would not even call me back. HORRIBLE company! DO NOT USE!

I was very impressed with their speed, professionalism and quality. I'd bought a Groupon for three rooms and a hallway. As other reviewers mentioned, this is just for a steam clean and they recommended that I upgrade services for a deeper cleaning with enzymes in the two most trafficked rooms. Multiple dogs and muddy yard, it makes sense. The revised price was fair and I agreed, and I am so glad I did. My house looks and smells fresh and new. Both techs were polite and efficient. I will definitely be using their services again.

I found this company via a Groupon, I had no issues with scheduling the service. My concerns are with the experience I had. As I pulled up to my drive way the technicians were onsite ready to do the job. As they approached me all I could smell was cigarette smoke. The smell of cigarettes lingered in my non-smoker home for the rest of the evening after they left.

My overall impression was the technician's lack of respect for my home. My door front door was left wide open during the cold. I had to ask for one of the technicians to close it as much as possible so my respiratory issues would not kick in. During the cleaning one of the techs leaked solution on my walls/baseboards followed by a significant amount on my tile floor.

The tech did not acknowledge or even attempt to suck this solution back up, not even after he saw me on my hands and knees cleaning it up. The other tech just walked over the puddle and proceeded to walk on to my just cleaned carpet like nothing was wrong. I was told that for my next service I could just call directly and they would match the Groupon price. After my experience I will not be calling back for another appointment.

Alpha Omega was great! I got a Groupon before checking the reviews here, so I became concerned initially. However, I must say I had an awesome experience with them. Scheduling was very easy. I had to reschedule because unpacking our boxes took longer than expected and they accommodated my request without any issues. On the day of the appointment, I got a call verifying my address and giving me their ETA. Ryan and Doug arrived on time and were very efficient and polite.

They recommended upgrading for a deeper carpet clean (key word recommended, they weren't pushy about it at all) which I agreed to. Right now, our carpet looks and smells clean. I would've preferred if they also moved furniture to clean even the "hidden" areas of the carpet. but that's not a deal breaker. I am not sure what happened with the other negative reviews but we had a very positive experience and will definitely avail of their services again in the future.

Saw them on Groupon but did not purchase due to when I called they were offering the same specials. Was able to get them scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. They did not show up in the time frame in which was scheduled and after my husband waited for 30 minutes after the scheduled time I got the phone call while at work to find out when they would be there. Was told that the guy was on his way.

They showed up about an hour late. They were not there but maybe an hour to do 3 bedroom the upstairs landing and stairs. They did do our master closet with no extra charge. Husband stated he was not impressed. House did smell good when I got home and most of the spots look good considering how old my carpet is. It has been over a month since the service and almost all the spots have come back. Was not an absolute horrible experience but will most definitely have someone else do the cleaning next time.

If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. I too, did not read the reviews before purchasing the Groupon for carpet cleaning services. We scheduled services because we were expecting family visiting from out of town and wanted our carpets cleaned. When we scheduled, we set a date to confirm the appointment, which they did. But they didn't show up or even call when they missed the 4-6pm window we set up.

I called them and the girl Liz answered and seemed surprised, and offered a call back to find out why they hadn't showed up. When she called back she proceeded to blame the owner of the company, and even said " yeah, the owner of the company messed up". She was so quick to throw him under the bus. I don't care who is at fault either fix it or don't waste my time.

I immediately called Groupon and they were able to refund my money. I filed a complaint through Groupon for the terrible disservice. Don't waste your time with this company. I'm glad they didn't render services, I feel like I dodged a bullet.
