I selected Baker Roofing for my roof installation after getting multiple estimates. I was contacted by Jason Leftwich who came out and inspected my roof. Jason was very professional and detailed in explaining to me all my options. He worked with me through the process up to the day of install. He answered all my questions and concerns promptly. I was totally satisfied with the work and cleanup.

Would definitely recommend Baker Roofing to anyone needing a professional company for roofing and siding repair. P. S. They also replaced siding on one side of home, perfect match and workmanship.

When I initially spoke to Andy Tart, he seemed genuine. I could tell that he was very confident in the quality of work that Baker Roofing company provides. We had some water damage beneath where the original door had been installed because it wasn't sealed properly so we were really concerned about quality. When the work started, Robert Allen and Marcos Jimenez took their time installing the new door and replacing the damaged crawlspace beneath the door.

Along with that, Marcos went the extra mile and painted the trim to ensure our new door was aesthetically pleasing as well. I highly recommend Baker Roofing Company. They are easy to work with and very thorough.

After living in my house for 13 years, my new siding finally makes it feel like MY home. Gone is the old faded pink hardie board, replaced with beautiful blue vinyl siding. When I looked for a business to do this work I wanted someone I could trust and Baker came through. The salesman, Andy, was upfront and friendly during the consult. And he worked with me through the COVID supply chain delays, always keeping me informed on what was happening.

Once the work started, Robert was amazing to work with and his crew, lead by Santos, delivered top quality work and service. The siding is wonderful but it's all the trim and attention to detail that really make the house pop. I've had most of my neighbors stop to tell me how great the house looks now. I couldn't be happier with my choice to work with Baker!

Baker Roofing replaced the siding on our home along with new shutters and all the work goes into that. We are very satisfied with the work and most importantly the way it was conducted. Robert Allen was the Project Manager was was terrific. Marcos Jimenez was the siding installer and the work was top notch and the job site kept clean and neat for the duration. Rob Holt was our sales associate and also was on top of everything. I would highly recommend the team at Baker Roofing.

Baker was one of 3 companies I got bids for replacing my roof and repairing wood damage. The salesman, Chad, because of his experience in construction, was able to suggest alternatives for what I wanted to do that saved me money! The workers respected the property and the site manager answered all my questions and responded to my concerns. They also worked around the painting contractor's schedule to install the gutters after the house was painted. It was a very good experience, the price was reasonable, and the quality of the products and workmanship was great!

Baker Roofing was top notch start to finish! They recently replaced the roof, skylights and gutters on my house. Nathan did my estimate and communicated very well during the entire process. I had 1 issue that had to be corrected and Baker did that very well and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Baker Roofing. They were more expensive than other companies, but for me it was worth it. Their reputation, their customer service and their work were great! Thank you.

Great problem solvers. We have had issues with gutter overflows that no one could fix. Baker took a wholistic approach and solved the main problem rather than addressing the symptoms. They are very responsive and do a detailed analysis. They listen and explain issues well. Their follow-up is excellent also. We have used this company several times.

Light weight unorganized company, Had one person come by for an estimate, then they fired him. Then another came by, he basically scolded me on the condition of the roof, he then gave an unwritten estimate of twice the written estimate I got from a competitor. Baker actually called and said the job was too big on a 3 bdrm ranch house and refused to do the job, never sending an written estimate.

The roof was completed for $10K less in total than what baker gave me with their estimate in 2 days with 4 guys by a competitor, ** get another estimate from another roofer, or don't even bother with baker Too bad I can't put zero stars here, ,

We were so pleased with all things Baker! From the start of the proposal to the end of the project, Baker was everything we hoped for in a professional company. They removed the old, faded siding on the front of our home and replaced it with stone. They covered our landscaping and the project was clean at the end of each work day. They kept us informed on what work was happening day to day and accommodated our WFH schedule with special consideration.

They certainly over-delivered in a time when a lot of companies do just the opposite. We would like to thank the fantastic team of Andy Tart (sales), Josh Kelly and Wayne Stanfield (project managers), and the full siding crew led by Santos. We would happily recommend, and strongly suggest, Baker for any project you may be considering!

When I contracted Baker Roofing they sent out a representative immediately. My husband and I liked the samples they sent in my email and we needed some questions answered. We signed a contract and we were on our way. Jason who was in charge of the job was very professional. He told us exactly when the workers would arrive and exactly what they would do.

We had the plywood replaced with radiant barrier plywood and the whole roof. It was a big job that would take them 2 days. They worked after dark the first day to put a tarp over the entire house. On the second day they arrived and continued to finish the roof. During the entire job, Jason kept me informed of what they were doing. The job went very smoothly and we were pleased with the entire installation. The team worked hard and were very professional. I would highly recommend Baker Roofing Company to anyone who needs a new roof.

I absolutely loved working with Baker! I had a leaking rooftop deck and they just finished replacing it, I couldn't be more thrilled with the work. My operation manager William Price was so kind & prompt in getting his guys out as soon as the materials came in. Tommy Penny, Jose Pena, Megal & David replaced the rooftop deck in only two days. They were all extremely professional, knowledgable & kind.

I am so grateful to have worked with everyone at Baker & cannot thank them enough for my beautiful new deck. I will only use baker moving forward and highly recommend them to anyone seeking roofers.

I typicality don't write reviews but I wanted to write one for Baker Roofing. After speaking with several people who have had roof leaks, I learned that it's not as simple as one would think. And of course, mine would one of the more difficult ones. The source of the leak was hard to find. Brandon at Baker Roofing went above and beyond. Each time I called, he was very responsive.

He even sat in my attic for an hour during a rain to try to find the source of this leak but no luck. Then after a 2 day rain storm, the ceiling partially collapsed. William at Baker Roofing said they would cover the cost for repair and send a person they worked with, Jose, to do the job. Baker Roofing did just what they said and I am happy they kept their word. Jose was very nice and very clean with his work. I highly recommend Baker Roofing.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the quality of work that Baker provided. We got all of our old siding completely removed and new siding installed. We got our front porch's ceiling replaced with wooden beams. Everything came out exactly how we wanted it to look! I had a scheduled appointment with Baker Roofing but they no showed on me. When I called the customer service number to figure out what was going on, I was told I must have written the date wrong but they'd have someone call me. Blaming the customer rather than admitting that they screwed up is not a good sign. I received two messages and both stated that my appointment was scheduled for the 7th.

I had a doctor's appointment scheduled 6 months ago on the 7th so knew that was bogus as I wouldn't have scheduled on that date. My choices for the repairs were August 27th or August 31st. When I called back they gave me the line about that is not the way they do business but from my perspective that is the way they operate as they do not value the customer's time or schedule.

I had to take the day off work and they expect me to take off another day for their mistake. I'd suggest finding a professional and reliable company to do business with as Baker Roofing is unprofessional and unreliable.

Baker Roofing did an excellent job on my reproofing project. Jim who did the evaluation/quote was very thorough and explained everything clearly. Kelly who we the project manager did a great job of communicating the project's planned completion and kept me informed on a regular basis. It was very hot but they completed the job in the 2 days they had projected. Thanks to Jim, Kelly and the crew!

Top rate customer service. I needed a couple of shingles replaced due to wind damage, Steve Bartz from Baker arrived to survey the damage and offered to make the repair for free in the rain. Very unexpected and would highly recommend Baker Roofing for your roofing repairs and replacement. Great company!

They were on time. Of course, they have an excellent rep so I had to get in line but once my turn came, they were fast and efficient. They damaged nothing as far as I can tell. They installed a perfect roof in two and a half days. They cleaned up the considerable mess so well that I couldn't find any debris at all left on my property and they put everything on my deck back where it belongs.

No plant damage. My roof is beautiful. Perfection, however, doesn't come cheap. I guess it depends on how much you value the role of the roof in the life of your home. If you can afford it, I highly recommend their services and product.

In spite of dealing with persistent summer storms, heat indices of 105 degrees some days, and Covid-19 restrictions, Baker Roofing took the time to do a first-rate job on our house. We have a large, multi-angled roof with various pitches. We needed new shingles and new, larger, gutters and downspouts. Baker replaced two skylights and some siding on dormers.

Everything looks and functions beautifully now. The Baker crew, headed by Pete Mandic, was efficient and careful. They cleaned up everything each day and left us very satisfied. We had estimates from three companies before deciding to use Baker. They were somewhat more expensive, but not overly so, but we know we received quality work

We have been working with Baker Roofing company through our HOA. We had initially been told by a different company we needed a complete replacement, but were told by Baker they could repair the damage without a complete replacement. We had a continued issue with leaks affecting our breaker box two weeks after Baker Roofing completed their repairs and assured us that our roof was in good shape.

They continue to insist that they did good work and not at fault for any of the issues we are having. We had a third opinion from a private contractor who gave us the following picture and evaluation.

After looking at a number of Roofing Contractors in the Asheville, NC area, we chose Baker Roofing for the complete tear-off and roof replacement of our 10 year old Custom home. This was a significant project which also involved an extremely complex roof design. From start to finish Baker was absolutely superb. They had a well thought out plan in place prior to the start of the project and were careful, clean and professional throughout every step of the process. Baker Roofing is the epitome of a well run, customer focused organization with highly qualified and caring employees.

Everything they did from start to finish was top notch. It's no wonder that they have survived and thrived throughout so many generations in the roofing profession. We would not think of using anyone other than Baker for our future roofing needs. They are the absolute best of the best!

Very disrespectful management and could not fix our problems. Poor communicators. I am a tenant so I do not have a choice in who to use, but will never chose them if I had a choice.

I recently had my roof replaced by Baker. The front line salesperson was excellent and the workers did a decent job. However, the clean up was very poor. I swept up dozens of nails off my driveway and my deck was not covered leaving it a mess. I requested several times that Baker clean it and I was told "I will check". Needless to say there was no followup. Too bad the last impression was a poor one

Everyone, including Baker themselves, said they were a little pricier than other roofing companies but their work and service was better. Well, actually they were not more expensive. They are not full of gimmicks and tricky roof systems, I received quotes from 4 different companies. They are hard workers period and you pick the quality of shingle you want.

As an owner of a 118-year-old house, I knew there would be challenges and that they could nickel and dime me on overages that I could not argue with. They didn't! Thank you Baker Roofing for putting a new crown on this old house!

We recently had a negative experience with Baker Roofing. They did a sloppy job with replacing our roof. We experienced a leak immediately after the install and the shingles installed had not been aligned properly. They had to come out multiple times to get the job fixed by redoing the work and so much of my valuable time was wasted because it wasnt done correctly the first time around. They boast about being their good work and being in business for over 100 years, but I was very disappointed in their poor workmanship with our roof replacement.

We had Baker Roofing replace the roof on our home & detached garage. They also replaced a skylight & added gutters and gutter guards to the house. They did a wonderful job from beginning to end! Their salesperson, Chris was spot on with his estimate. The project manager, Kevin kept us informed throughout the process. The crew was hardworking and professional. Would absolutely recommend!

Very happy with the new roof Baker just put on. Already withstood heavy rains. Both our sales rep, Ignacio, and the project manager, Marvin, were great to work with. They seemed to really care about the work and our satisfaction.

I have attempted to contact Baker Roofing three times. Once by email, and twice by telephone to have a roof repair done on my home. I did this because of their excellent reputation. The problem is not once have I received a follow up call from anyone in this organization. Baker's may have a great reputation, but their customer service very much lacking, lm sorry to say.

After high winds took a section of shingles off my mother's roof, it left a bald patch behind. After a bad experience with a company who never came out to complete the job they started (they simply threw a tarp and duct tape over the bald patch) I called Baker Roofing on the recommendation of a contracting company as well as reading the YELP reviews here. Baker Roofing did a great job.

They completed it in a timely manner and I can't even tell where the old shingles (2006 built) meet the new shingles (2015) in the patch. I worried that the patch shingles would be obvious compared to the old ones, but I didn't have to worry at all. It looks great. I would recommend Baker Roofing and will use them on my own house if I need roofing work done.

I might have had 5 roofers come out and take a look at my roof. Prices were all over the place. Even though bakers was not the cheapest the guarantee there work, so did the others. But bakers has been in business the longest out of all the guys that came out. And they have awesome reviews. Let's just say like everything else in life you get what you pay for.

I've had my roof "Patched" a handful of times since bought my house. Twice by local contractors, twice by a commercial roofer and once by a "Friend" from church. Well, after a major ceiling fix, it was the fix by the friend at church that held up the longest. 4 years later I'm noticing a wet spot again. I would have gone to Trademark Roofing again, except they don't do roof repairs anymore.

I went straight to Baker Roofing this time, no messing around with local contractors or friends. This was money well spent and a small number of rain storms later, everything is still dry. On top of that, Baker has guaranteed their work, unlike an "end of the driveway" guarantee I've had in the past from a local guy. Cleanup is one of the things I consider about the professionalism from these guys - no materials left laying around, no roofing nails left in my driveway, they didn't dump any trash in my own trash bin and aside from a drier house, one would hardly have known they were ever there.

Hands down - the best roofer in town! We had a horrible experience with a local roofer and contractor last year and actually had to re-roof the whole house again! This time we did our research and hired Baker. They were professional from the moment they stepped foot on our property. In addition, they were considerate of my wife and young son. There was ALWAYS a supervisor on-site who provided frequent communication on progress, issues, etc. There is a reason this company has been in business for almost 100 years. They are the best! Would recommend to anyone!
