Very knowledgable and thorough plumber. Harry took the time to do the job right and suggested items to watch. He is also very reasonable with his pricing.

Showed up as promised. Called when he was on his way. Very reasonable rates. Did what I needed without trying to sell me on other stuff I didn't need or asked for. Had my drain unclogged within 20 minutes and was on his way. Will definitely use again!

Harry was awesome! He was able to diagnose and fix the bad heating element in our hot water heater. He also replaced the cheap extension piece in our bathtub faucet with a durable metal extension piece. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

We have a few little projects going on at the house, especially outside, and we have had some issues with the exterior faucets being leaky or broken. My boyfriend found Harry and was immediately taken with his honesty, professionalism and directness. When I called to have Harry come out to check on our hot water washer hose and another annoying faucet, he was pretty busy before a holiday weekend but was able to make it out and fix the problems.

He showed me the problems and fixed promptly with no BS. He also didn't charge an arm or leg and instead of telling me I needed to "replace parts or else" he was honest that something may need to be replaced in the future but not needed right now. I really appreciated that. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend him.

All I Can say is that Harry's Plumbing & Heating is top notch. I am not good with names, but the gentleman that came out to fix our outside water spicket was professional, informative and took the time to explain how it all works. He even walked with me to find where the water main was on the street, which is covered all up, so that will have to be cleared out.

I highly recommend this company and we will get them to do future work for us. Honest and dependable people deserve to get the recognition and Harry's was beyond what i expected. Thank you for great service and pricing!

I didn't have Harry do work, however, based on the initial conversation we had, he left a great impression. I will absolutely use him in the future based on the conversation alone. Took time to explain what he thought would need to be done, and gave an honest estimate even though I ended up not getting the work done.

I've hired Harry a few times for various plumbing jobs (kitchen sink, gas hot water heater replacement) in my century-old house. He is always professional and timely (if he gives you an arrival time, you can expect him to be on time or a few minutes early). He is clearly a Master Plumber and is comfortable working in old homes. He's my go-to plumber from here on out; I recommend him without hesitation.

Harry came to fix my toilet which was starting to come loose from the floor. With 4 kids in the house we needed this fixed quickly. He explained in detail all the options and possible outcomes. I had an emergency. Harry called back within minutes and fit me into his busy schedule. He called early when on his way and arrived much earlier than I expected. Harry taught me some things and made some suggestions regarding the renovation of my older home. He is very pleasant and professional. All this and his charge for the work was more than reasonable. In his own words, he doesn't like to charge high prices that take advantage of people. A rare find these days. I highly recommend him for all plumbing needs!

Great overall experience given a not so great plumbing situation. Harry's arrived at our house about 5-10 minutes early from the schedule appointment and had the courtesy to call about 25-30 minutes in advance to give us a heads up. He was very knowledgeable but explained the situation and solutions in ways that could be understood and repeated. The company stands behind their work and seem very candid when answering any questions you may have. We plan to use them for future plumbing needs/issues/installations.

I called Harry's Plumbing and Heating the other day because I had no hot water. Harry the owner was the one that answered the phone and I was impressed right off the bat because he sounded really concerned with my situation.

Even though Harry had a full day scheduled he still fit me in. He arrived at my house around lunchtime. Harry was very professional and new exactly what he was doing. Also a very personable and pleasant guy to talk to. He fixed my problem quickly and his rates are very affordable compared to other larger companies. Harry is awsome and he will be my go to plumber from now on. I urge anyone who is looking for a good honest plumber to give Harry's plumbing and heating a call. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I will absolutely call Harry again. He is reasonable, honest and very knowledgeable. He was on time, and the total was less than he estimated it might be (I;m sure many plumbers would have charged the higher amount).

This guy was awesome! We had a major plumbing disaster in early April, called lots of companies who wanted me to wait 2-3 days without any water. I called Harry and he came the very next day. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He fully explained my plumbing problem and came prepared to do the job. My house was built in 1955 so for sure there are tons of plumbing issues to be fixed but he didn't try to "sell" me additional repairs he just fixed my immediate problem, gave me some tips to help with minor things and even offered to come back at reduced cost if the same problem occurred within the month. I hate to say this but usually I feel I've been swindled when needing repair work performed but not this time. Harry will be my plumber from now on.

I've only ever called one plumber in Richmond to come back for repeat business, and that call was made tonight to Harry, that really should be just about enough of a review. But in case you want more details, I've had bad luck with plumbers. I get overcharged and jerked around. I called Harry because, well, he had one review on Yelp, and it wasn't a bad one and he isn't somebody I had called before.

I don't think I was the nicest guy to him on the phone (not outright rude) but I did tell him I didn't really trust plumbers in the area based on my previous experiences. He told me his story, and it's basically that he worked for the big companies for years, knew their tactics, didn't like it, and wanted to do his job for an honest price.

He went to my house and unclogged my kitchen sink. Guess what, when he called me to tell me how much it cost, it was in line with what he told me when I first called him. He didn't jack the price up on me, he didn't rip me off, he was honest. He fixed the problem, he charged me what he said he would charge, and there were no additional fees.

Tonight I called him about another issue. Like I said, he's the first plumber that's gotten my repeat business and he will continue to get my business as long as I still own my house in Richmond, which I hope not to for much longer, and am planning on putting it on the market this spring, if anybody is interested. just kidding, sort of. no, not really, I am not kidding, I'm ready to sell it. I can't be a long distance landlord anymore. But enough about me, if you need a good plumber, call Harry, seriously.

We had Harry's Plumbing out yesterday to fix a clogged bathroom sink and I would recommend them to ANYONE. Super professional. Right on time. And VERY reasonably priced (the lowest end of the price quote we received over the phone). He even took the time to explain some other helpful hints and how to keep the drain clear without damaging the old pipes.

I have scanned in his card, in case we need anything in the future and so I can forward it over to all of my friends and family. Good Work Harry's Plumbing!
