Will not use again!, Technician came Friday morning said he was gonna be here at 8 o'clock 4-15-2022 in the morning technician did not call nor give anyone a response on an ETA after 8 o'clock showed up two hours late to look at the job that they needed to do was here for approximately an hour if that to replace two outside house bids, Check for a leak underneath the bathtub drain came Monday morning as of 4-18-2022 said they would be here around nine-ish did not show up until 10:30 AM $1500 to change and replace house bib and fix so called drain under the bathtub came in the house and said by the way your water pressure sucks and you need a new cartridge in the shower nozzle, Just for them to come out it's $50 on your issue that you called about, couldn't give another estimate while here and didn't even bother checking though water pressure at the bib that they replaced and installed two new ones,

Dave, the general manager, and the rest of the guys were a life saver. Called them with an urgent need so that I could finish a project and they were at my home the next day. Definitely will call them again if I need any plumbing work, and I highly recommend everyone to consider them when in need. Excellent service all around.

Will not use this plumbing again. One installer repaired pipe, which was not done to code and said they unclogged the drain. The drain was still clogged the next day, a second installer came out and denied that the first installer did the repairs, said that they would send the first installer back to on Monday, only for him not to show up. Went with a different company Tuesday and repairs were completed under an hour.

This company did such a horrible job at a retail chain in their ladies room that water was bubbling out of the toilet or pipes every time a toilet was flushed. It was so bad that it caused a woman (me) to fall, go get x-rays, be injured, then left holding the bills! I wouldn't hire them to fix the plumbing in a sinking boat!

We had a drainage issue. House had old copper pipes. Chris thoroughly explained what needed to happen, cost involved, warranty and completion timeline. He returned the next morning, completed work, inspected every room to ensure everything worked properly. I'm thoroughly satisfied and would use them again without hesitation.

My toilet was clogged bad and it was even coming up through the tub. I called M A Williams to come out in hopes to get it repaired. I paid the $50 fee for them to come out and was told that from his experience getting him to pull the toilet up might not work HE DIDNT THINK THE CHANCES OF IT WORKING WERE HIGH and that they were not responsible for the mess that it may cause.

He Suggested the other option which was going out front and doing a jittering service job which would range from 1400 to 2000 dollars! He also made it very clear for us NOT to have anyone come and remove the toilet smh Luckily my husband decided to call around and get another opinion. MR.ROOTER DID A AWESOME JOB FOR LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE I RECOMMEND THEM AND THEY DONT CHARGE TO COME OUT JUST TO LOOK AT YOUR PROBLEM! And FYI Mr. Rooter removed our toilet no mess made. Mr. Rooter even cleaned up the mess that the clogged had made with no extra charge!

I have called MA Williams twice in the past 6 months - once for a leaking water line to a house and once for a clogged sewer line at another house. Pros: They came the next day. Cons: Both times I asked for a written estimate (which I always do when work is expensive or complex). In both cases, they did not provide the written estimate in spite of my follow up emails or calls. I used USA Pipe Repair instead and they did a great job at a lower price.

M A Williams was asked to come out and find/fix a washer leak as well as fix commode that would not fill. The technician was nice enough however the first time a tech. came out they were three days early. When a tech did come on the schedule day he was 45 minutes late. This appointment had a 2-hour window. The technician spent most of the time in his van.

He never found the leak for the washer. Charged an outrageous price for a valve as well as wanting to cut and reroute hoses and valves that had nothing to do with the issue. Service manager was no help when called. Will not call them again!

UPDATE: I've used M.A. Williams plumbers twice now and they do excellent work! ORIGINAL: I am giving M.A. Williams plumbing a 5 star rating for their honesty. After a home inspection in 2014, we were told that pipes needed replaced and another company told us this would be a $5,000 job. We got a second opinion from M.A. Williams, who told us those pipes that needed replaced were not in service!

For a small fee, they wrote us a document to provide the inspector so we could meet code requirements. Even though we didn't have work done that time, I will call them again because of their honesty.

On Sunday Dec. 30, 2012 I called your company about an overflowing in my bathroom, you told me that you were going to send someone. Within a few minutes I was called back with a response. Troy came out and I want to commend him for his patience, and hard work. This is a person who cares for someone he is trying to help.

My septic tank was serviced today by Ernest Prescott. In all of my years of dealing with M.A. Williams, both professionally (property management with Drucker and Falk Real Estate) and residential, I must say that this employee provided exemplary service. Ernest was very professional and has a great attitude.

Please commend your technicians who made necessary replacements for my plumbing, water line and sewer line. Each were most polite, professional, and efficient in the respective job they did to resolve the issues. I so appreciate having those that can be trusted to do the work and in a timely manner. I'd like to refer to each by name., but don't want to have an oversight.

Recently we had a major plumbing issue - our main sewer line under the house was clogged and backing up. Mike Huffman came out and saved the day. He was professional, yet kind. He thoroughly rechecked everything (another plumber had already been out but didn't have a Hydro Jet). He informed us of what could happen with the Jetting and the fee structure.
