Scott is a delightful person, in sync with natural world, ( I cringed at the way he marveled and delighted in a spider as we walked the area to be treated, he even picked it up) This is a guy who treads lightly on the earth but can effectively manage critters you don't want. He did not skimp on the time spent, he participated in the art of active listening, and was respectful of our pets feeding areas as well as social distancing protocols. Within one day our ant and roach problem was completely gone, I feel good knowing that Blue Planet Pest Control got our business, they deserve yours too!

Best pest control I have experienced in a long time. And it's non-toxic. Scott at Blue Planet is personable and efficient and his treatments have not only been more effective for longer periods of time but they are incredibly low odor. The most important thing for me however is that his treatments have been effective. I had recurring ant issues in and around my kitchen for instance but after switching to Blue Planet, that has been completely nipped in the bud. Highly recommended.

I switched to Blue Planet Pest Control after using a couple of larger exterminating companies in the Austin area. Scott answered my phone call himself and did our first pest treatment himself. What I liked about his service is his passion for what he does and his knowledge of pest control. This comes through in his work. At our last pest control treatment he showed up with a long tool to remove wasp nests that could be hanging from the exterior roof. I would highly recommend Scott's service for all your pest control needs.

Really effective treatment and thorough! We've been using Scott at Blue Planet for about 6 years. We put off getting treatment for a long time because we didn't want the toxicity of insecticides in our house, and we doubted that any non-toxic options would be very effective, but we were wrong. Once last year when we couldn't get on Scott's schedule right away and I found a huge ugly looking hairy spider in the house, I used another organic pest control service in Austin, and it was so disappointing.

I don't think we ever got bug-free for any of the time after we had service until we had our next treatment with Scott. With Blue Planet, we get close to a year before we start feel like we really need treatment again. So probably about every 8 or 9 months would keep things under control. I've appreciated the prices haven't gone up over the time we've been using BP. Scott is low-key, very personable, polite and professional. We got lucky with trying Blue Planet first and will stick with them from now on.

Blue Planet and Scott are great! They are knowledgeable, courteous, honest, very fair in pricing. They are prompt and reliable! They will fit you into their schedule--they were at my house 24 hours after I called. You cannot go wrong with them! Definite 5 Star service!

We originally found Blue Planet through their listing with Wheatsville Co-op. We love that they are going to start with the best method for the planet but won't stop without actually dealing with the issue! Also, their memory of previous visits to our home is really nice. Keep on, keeping on!

Blue Planet has my vote. Owner is sincere and pleasant to work with. He's a one man show and he did a great job on my ant problem. Recommended. Will call again if needed.
