Let me start by saying I cannot say enough about Mike the 1st time he was out very professional. Very knowledgeable and the price was right I love love my garage door I can't tell you how many people just stop and ask about it thank you so much I appreciate it.

Mike from Coastal Garage Doors is one of a kind! Extremely professional and all about customer service! Our garage door malfunctioned one afternoon and Mike made time to stop by for a quick repair! Would recommend him to all for any garage door needs. We absolutely will be using him again.

Mike is an indepepent businessman who truly cares about his customers. He installed a new garage door opener unit for my mother in Aug 2017. In Aug 2021, her opener and wall opener did not work so my brother in Los Angeles called a San Diego company to service the new unit based on their yelp reviews, as he did not know that Mike had previously installed 4 years before.

The supposedly excellent rated company sold my 92-year mother a high end wifi unit and SHE DOESNT USE A CELL PHONE. They quoted my brother $700 then upsold my mom somehow and we got invoiced for $950. Mike has been nothing but responsive providing the details of his work and the paperwork needed to help us with this situation. Had my brother or I been with my mom, I don't believe the other company would have even suggested this sale because we of course would have known better. Very disappointed that this happens so frequently with our seniors.

Our garage door had partially collapsed and bent out of shape. We had to call someone urgently. The other company said that there was no hope of fixing it and the whole setup had to be replaced. We called Mike for an additional quote to replace our garage door. Mike looked at our photos and said he could fix it. He did! Our old garage door is working better than it has in the last few years. Mike saved us a lot of trouble, time, and money. Amazing work.

We had a door rail clearance issue while installing some cabinets, called mike and he had it fixed in ten minutes! Highly recommended!

Several rollers were off the track and was severely out alignment. I was previously quoted a 4 hour minimum job by another company. Mike showed up exactly on time as previously committed and got straight to it. Had it up and running in about 35 minutes! Whoa! Mike and his guys are simply the best. We just had a brand new glass garaged door and Lift Master motor installed. Mike was great and price, the timeline to get a custom door ordered was only about 3 weeks even with Covid. He got us on his scheduled as soon as he new our door was coming in. Great experience working with Mike. He installed our garage door over 10 years ago, and when we had some minor issues with the electrical componentry, he was able to very quickly make the necessary repairs. The cost was very low, and he was extremely helpful.
