They sell a Honeywell home t6 pro as their smart thermostat at a price of $450. It's $118.99 on Amazon. Response: -yes, the technician installed a new thermostat because my house was 45°F during the winter in Alaska. He told me my current thermostat didn't work, so I didn't really have many options other than to buy something right away. So no kidding I felt buyer's remorse. -if what you're saying is true, then you charge $330 for a service that took 30 minutes tops, which Google states should cost less than $60. Capitalism is sweet, but not when you get exposed to the public trying to take advantage of the community you claim to be helping.

I left a voicemail message and email Sunday evening and someone called me back the next morning. I was fit in for repair service the same day. I wasn't solicited with any extras, just the service and repair. The company is fair and does quality work Service:Heating system repair

I'll start off by saying I usually never write reviews. I would be remissed if I did not give kudos where they are due. The crew that came to install a new gas line for my gas stove were extremely personable and professional! They took the time to answer all my questions and even walk me through the various steps! They went up and beyond and I will be recommending their services to anyone and everyone who needs their assistance.

Dimond Heating came out to check on my boiler the same day I called, while I had COVID. The technician said he didn't want my family to be without heat even though I was sick and had to isolate from him on the second floor of the house. He was very thorough, respectful and professional and fixed my problem within an hour. Clear billing practices and very trustworthy. I was so stressed out being sick and having a problem with my heat in the middle of winter. I will always call them first in the future.

The entire process from scheduling estimate-to getting the estimate- securing financing- and the actual installation was actually pretty amazing- everyone I dealt with was extremely polite and professional. By far and away the nicest group of people I have ever dealt with during my time as a homeowner here in Anchorage- My old furnace was 45 years and ready for retirement- and the estimator/Joe took his time and answered all of my questions- which was refreshing and greatly appreciated! CeCe in the office is a complete gem- she is a dynamo and a real credit to Diamond Heating- they have someone really incredible working for them!

The installers were early to arrive- upbeat and very friendly- and the removal and install was over and done in 3 hours! They took the time and showed me how to program the thermostat and they answered all the questions I had regarding my new Trane furnace! Best experience EVER! Would I use them again and would I recommend them? YESSSS!

My first encounter was with Keith and he was phenomenal. He walked me through trouble shooting some things over the phone to avoid having an after hours service, which I very much appreciated. He did finally end up coming out and the interaction was great. My next interaction was with Joe and he was also great. He has responded quickly to my questions and provided quotes.

I have been been pricing and comparing with other companies and so far I am very please with my experience. I have one quote from another company with comparable product quality and warranties but lower cost and hope to make my decision shortly on which company to go with.

I am really impressed with this company. From the receptionist making all arrangements clear and no delays. I needed an inspection done on our boiler system and my daughters forced air furnace. Tom came out and was very professional, Explained what he did and completed both jobs in a timely manner. He was considerate of our houses and did not leave a mess.

He never came across as a 'know it all' but shared concerns with us. He did not push us into a sales pitch nor did he degrade our systems. My daughter needs a new furnace. Tom contacted his office for us to get a quote. Office called the same day. Arrangements are already made to have a sales person come over to help my daughter in what options she has. A safe, comfortable and a job well done experience.

AirTemp Alaska was quick to rectify the scheduling error. Their technician seemed knowledgeable and was able to identify things wrong with our HVAC unit that other technicians couldn't. Looking forward to receiving their full quote to repair our HVAC, that I hope is heading my way today.

Tom from Diamond came by this morning for our annual check-up. Prompt, polite and friendly. As with all our dealing with Diamond heating he was very professional. We have had nothing but great service from Diamond and when I was still selling real estate I referred many of my clients to them with excellent results.

Mike did our thermostat he was knowledgeable and very friendly.

Their service was exceptional. My new water heater stopped working during a time when Plumbing and Heating companies were busy with fall winter heating issues. All companies I called were not available for 1 to 2 weeks. Being without hot water was challenging enough. It was suggested by Bruce Roberts Company that I call Diamond Heating. Diamond Heating/Air Temp worked my issue into their schedule the day, I called.

The water heater was under warranty and the main heating element needed replacement. No parts were available in Alaska.They worked with me and the Rheem Company to resolve the issue. It took several days due to shipping from the lower 48. Diamond/Air Temp and Rheem exceeded my expectations. If needed, they will be my first call. Kudos to this company and Rheem for outstanding Customer Service.

We really like Tom. He came out in under an hour to fix our furnace. He was professional, pleasant, and seemed to know what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem, had the part that we needed to fix it with him, and had it installed quickly. We would definitely use him again but hope we don’t need to!

Very responsive, highly qualified and excellent workmanship. Everything one should expect from a top-shelf plumbing/mechanical company. Got our furnace back up and running very quickly and performed some preventative maintenance at the same time. Would highly recommend.

Dana & all their staff have been excellent. We have had them repair & maintain our furnaces & the one in the garage, our rentals & installed a lovely new gas fireplace in our family room. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience dealing with Joe and Herman. Both were very professional Joe had all the tools to give me a estimate for a new furnace along with various options etc. and was able to print it out on site. Herman showed up and installed the new furnace with all the options that I wanted. Herman had all the tools and knowledge and skill to get the job completed in one day.

In 2009, your company installed a 95% efficient new gas furnace and on-demand gas water heater at our residence. Your technicians did an excellent, prompt and professional installation. The system continues to work perfectly with no problems.

Craig Chenery's (Comfort Consultant) knowledge & professionalism led us to go with Trane & Diamond Heating. Despite 2 other bids, one of which was lower, for a new furnace. We went back to Diamond Heating, because of Craig, to purchase and have installed two Panasonic Fan/Light units a year after our furnace purchase. We give Craig our highest recommendation.

Our contractor was excellent. He took time to show us how to operate everything as well as maintain filters and take care of our investment. I was pleased with his promptness and his knowledge.
