Jim Steiner and the rest of the Sunbridge Solar group are fantastic to work with. They take the time to educate you on all the options for your solar and battery-back up systems. Their work was completed ahead of time and the crew was very professional. I would highly recommend consulting with Sunbridge if you are consider a solar or battery back-up system for your house.

Sunbridge Solar installed 20 panels on my residence March, 2018. I chose to install a new roof prior to the installation, and they worked with my roofer to install the bracketing in conjunction with the roofing. Every interaction I have had with Solar Bridge personnel, on site and through the office, has been refreshingly informative and positive. They have stood by their product and inspired confidence at every step. Highly recommend.

We are grateful to have the professionals at Sunbridge Solar design and install our new solar system! The entire team is so wonderful! It is amazing they could get anything done during this pandemic era. but they "shined" radiantly like our new solar system does!

There are numerous solar companies out there. After much research we decided to contract with Sunbridge Solar. They proved to be the most honest, professional, and affordable company. They kept us informed all along the way. I would recommend this company highly.

A good company hires great people. I am impressed by each of the teams politeness and attitude. They were timely, cleaned up after themselves. Got the system installed and running in three days. The longest part is waiting for the utility inspection! Highly recommended.

I love supporting local businesses. Sunbridge is a local, owner operated solar installer. I learned more about them and they are a B-Corp, do international service projects, and work with schools and non-profit organizations in Portland to help them get solar. They are very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to battery back-up systems to go with your solar panels. I highly recommend!

I recently referred my father-in-law to Sunbridge Solar, and he had nothing but good things to say! Jim Steiner, the estimator, was a total professional and was able to answer all of my father-in-law's questions. The first appointment was pretty good. Jim the estimator was very knowledge about the solar panel. However, after meeting I have been calling him to get an estimate several time. They never got back my response. This is almost over month. This is the sign don't want to work with them. No customer support what so ever.

My wife and I decided after tons of environmental and economic research to get bids on a whole home solar system. We received 5 bids - one that included a new roof and system, the others only solar. I can tell you that the one that included a new roof was incredibly high and the sales team was beyond pushy and I am a sales rep. One of the other companies had a guy come out who just started to complain about his day and was not personable.

That left two others and Sunbridge. Mike our sales rep from Sunbridge came in and broke down all stages of the quote and was very responsive when we had questions. They were not the cheapest (cheapest is not the best. usually) but when we learned how they give back to third world countries and their amazing staff it was a no brainer. The crew: They clearly communicated how they were going to make conduit runs and ask for my approval. They cleaned up very well at the end of the day and did a great job. I would highly recommend Sunbridge if you are considering a solar system!

We recently had Sunbridge Solar install a 12KW solar system on our house. These people are awesome. From the salesman Jim, to the owner Jordan and all of the people that installed our system the process was great. The install was done on time at the exact price quoted. Jim explained clearly what the system would provide and each person that we dealt with was on the same page.

The installers were top notch and kept us informed and gave us opportunity to make decisions during the install. Everyone was respectful of our property and left no mess on their way out. They even installed 2 solar attic fans for us at a very reasonable charge. The follow up after install including the necessary paperwork to get our incentives from the state and federal governments and the PUD loan funding is being handled by the Sunbridge.

If you are looking for a solar installation I would highly recommend using this company. We did our research and received 3 quotes. These people are reasonable, local and easy to work with. Don’t be fooled by the out of town folks.

Sunbridge solar was a great company to deal with and our new solar power is awesome. It took about three weeks from the solar evaluation to the financing to the installation to producing power. They handled all the paperwork for the state and local incentives. Everything was seamless. I am impressed that the company gives back by installing solar power in other countries that are less fortunate. Solid, hard working company. I highly recommend them!

From START to FINISH, SunBridge Solar was efficient: Timeline was literally WEEKS ahead of competing bids we received; various employees/ staff from bid to completion were, actually, fun to work with, and they always answered our good (and stupid) questions; follow-up on concerns were taken care of (e.g. online monitoring wasn't working at first); and they took care of ALL paperwork (e.g. did ALL registration for WA State incentive.all we had to do was sign the documents).

Can't imagine what more any other competitor could possibly do (i.e. bring donuts for our morning coffee) to come anywhere near the level of service we received from SunBridge!

We choose Sunbridge to install a Solar system for us in 2015. They were very thorough throughout the whole process, from planning all the way through installation. They simplified the paperwork and stepped us through the incentives. Our system has now been in place for three years and it is working great. Even after three years, Sunbridge keeps in contact to ensure that we are receiving all the incentives. I highly recommend them and if I need another system I would not hesitate to use them again.

Sunbridge Solar is a superb contractor. Professional installation, on-time, great customer service, and Adam Walters checks back every year to make sure we are still satisfied, answer any questions and keeps us posted as to what is happening in the solar political arena. Absolutely top-notch compared to the many other contractors I have hired.

All we had to do was be home to open the garage door. They made all the information very easy to understand and access; had clear and timely communication with us.

Our personal system was installed in two days and inspected and metered in two more - not usual timing, as both the inspector and local PUD had to fit us into their schedules, but that is amazing: 4 days total. They are a socially responsible company, installing solar in Nepal and Columbia. This is one of the best companies we have ever done business with!

Sunbridge Solar was very attentive to the three solar installations they installed at Kailash Ecovillage. They were notified of production issues with some of the microinverters and did the necessary trouble shooting and repair. I have had access to many of the employees, and even some of their customers, and find that they are very good at what they do and are very intent on giving the customer what is in their best interests...not just selling another system. This company is fantastic. If you are even remotely thinking of getting Solar, DO IT. These guys are the absolute best, hands down. We started thinking about solar and within 30 days we were watching the energy roll in. They are fast! They do the paper work for you, they source their solar panels locally (can't say that about the "big" names in Solar) and they have better warranties then their competitors.

Their free monitoring software is awesome! It really makes it rewarding to see how much energy your are making at any given time from your phone. As a company, they also do great community service that I think makes them a cut above the rest.

Everything the first salesperson said came true. All of the information that we received from them, including that first postcard we got in the mail, came true in the end.

We love our new solar panels! At each step of the process, everyone we worked was informative, professional and always took the time to make we didn't have any questions or concerns.
