I recently had a home solar system installed by Synchro Solar and they did an amazing job from beginning to end. I got bids from several companies and although Synchro was not the cheapest option I appreciated that John actually took the time to come out to my house and meet me in person and take measurements from the roof. They were also able to work with us to modify the system in order to meet our needs and find a price we were comfortable with.

The team communicated well throughout the process and was able to get the project done sooner than I expected. The installation team did a great job communicating with us while they were on site working. Synchro also has an electrician on staff who was able to swap out our old electrical panel as part of the project during the solar install. After the installation they kept us up to date on the inspections and next steps.

Now the system is on and working great. Installing a solar system is a large and costly project and I'm glad we trusted it to a quality company like Synchro Solar. Thank you!

Spoke to John at Syncrho this morning about a solar expansion project on my home and adding to my existing system. He thoughtfully and thoroughly explained the different options that I currently have left since my prime solar producing roof real estate is already full. He went far beyond what was needed, and even explained the finer details of buying a virtual net meter community solar system that resides elsewhere in the state being more beneficial to me than adding panels to my home that might cost more than the power I get from Portland General.

It's rare that you have an experience that goes so far above and beyond good customer service, but my experience with synchro solar was just that. I was nervous to be general contracting between the roofers who were installing a new roof, and Syncho, who were removing and re-installing the solar system. Synchro gave me good advice and understanding the whole way through the process.

We had to change our plan halfway through the project, when the roof came off, and we discovered issues with the way the panels were originally mounted (by a different company). I was really worried, and asked both the roofer and Synchro for options. Synchro gave me several reasonable options, and we went with a strategy that Synchro the roofer, and I all were comfortable with. Also, it didn't increase the cost of the project while being a robust solution and installation.

Bottom line, it wasn't the simplest project, but these guys are absolutely top notch. They communicate clearly and in a timely manner. They are technically competent and do the highest quality work and very reasonable prices. And they are legitimately good people with the highest levels of integrity. I wish every consumer interaction I have could be as good as the one I had with Synchro Solar.

I needed help with my off grid system and contacted Synchro Solar for my unique tiny home project. Brion, Justin and their team did an amazing job. I got bids from 5 companies. Synchro was the most knowledgeable and caring. Multiple visits to my home. Answered all my questions and more. The cost was similar for all the companies. Install was magnificent. They had one team on staff and the team was smart and diligent. They customized panels for me so mine are all black, no diamonds. Apparently that's more attractive. Panels have been up 3 months and so far working fine.

I had a Solar City array installed in 2012 on a roof that was deemed sufficiently new to survive the lease period. 3 years later, we had a leak, completely unrelated to the solar installation. Solar City agreed to remove and replace the unit for $500. When the roofer removed the shingles under the solar, they found evidence of massive leaks due to the installation.

They documented the situation and provided a professional assessment. I provided this to Solar City, but they refused to accept responsibility. Forward three years from replacing the entire roof. I put my house on the market and received an offer in a day and a half. The inspection revealed an active leak under the solar. I contacted Solar City yet again, and not only did they tell me that the installation is not covered, but it would cost me $7,000 to remove and replace the solar (I paid $8000 all in advance for the unit brand new).

I considered this extortion, so I went looking for a 3rd party. I was 3 weeks from closing on the house, and was desperate for help. In steps Synchro Solar! They listened to my sob story and agreed to send some folks my way the next day! I was so impressed with the gentleman I spoke to (Thank you John)! His comments about the owners commitment to customer service and his desire for giving people a positive impression of the solar industry renewed my faith!

I love the solar, I simply can't stand Solar City/Tesla. After dealing with Tesla, I swore I would never get Solar again. Synchro Solar has changed my mind. They are a company who stands behind their work! If you have a Tesla unit, and you need help, call these guys! They truly care!

Synchro Solar did an outstanding job designing and installing my Net-Zero Solar system on my house. Everyone from start to finish was extremely professional and I would recommend Synchro Solar to ANYONE who is interested in solar for their home.

I got four bids and they were the best. Good communication, quick and efficient. Really happy with the final system. They don't offer in-house financing, but most people are probably better off with a HELOC anyways.

We selected Synchro Solar over the other bidder for our 9.9 kw system, not because their price was lower (was about the same), but because we got a good recommendation for them from our neighbor, who had installed solar a few months before. We had an unusual installation, in that it was a ground mount some distance from the house. Synchro Solar was creative and resourceful in finding the best solution, taking various factors into account.

They came out several times to make sure we had the plans right. Employees were always professional and considerate. They were also pretty fun at times.
