Mike and his team are seriously the nicest people you will ever meet. They installed a new roof which was in pretty rough shape. We had several leaks and a lot of rotten wood and it looks like a whole new house now. They also added gutters and they are so heavy duty and a great quality. They also were very careful with all of my plants that I have around the house and on the porch. Everything stayed protected and they were very thorough in their clean up. We are so happy with their work and definitely recommend them!

Josh and his crews inspected, repaired and replaced wind and hail damaged roof, repaired hail and water damaged window and leak as well as set up internal ceiling repair and repaint and copper bay window ornamental roof caps. They also found a gap between roof and guttering that had to be sealed and brought to code. All done quickly, cleanly, on cost point and worked with insurance company and me all the way. Super job and super efficient!

Carolina Roof Consultants made this whole process very easy- from dealing with the insurance company, submitting estimates, scheduling the roof replacement, to the actual day of having the roof replaced. CRC Representatives were super responsive throughout the process, even when we had random questions. The workers were quick, kept the property clean, and were accommodating. Before making my selection, I thouroughly vetted by direct interview several reputable roofing contractors. I found Carolina Roof Consultants to be technically competent and administratively professional. Their roof inspection was the most thorough and detailed. Their representative, Phil Mascolo, was very efficient and professional in acting as my advocate with my insurance company.

The project included a complete new roof, a section of standing seam copper roof, new gutter guards, replacement of 8 shutters, and interior drywall repair and painting. In short, I was most satisfied with Carolina Roof Consultants.

Mike and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. Mike worked with me every step of the way and guided me through the process from start to finish. In addition he went above and beyond to helped me navigate the insurance paperwork along with being onsite during inspections and installation process. Mike was always quick to respond back to my calls and text to answer any questions that I might have had. I could not of asked for better customer service.

This company really has all the best qualities: professionalism (this concept includes all the organisation, they promised to approach the problem in detail, excellent work with insurance, fantastic communication ) I had a special case unfortunately. the inspector wrote that the roof of my house had no problems. Even he told me that do not worries, I did not see any problems. it was strange for me that the inspector did not come at the appointed time and did not meet with representatives of the company Which i work with. Philip and Josh had the roof inspected before he visited and they said that roof was in big trouble.

I did not understand anything :the inspector said there were no problems and Carolina roof company representatives said that there were many problems. Of course the insurance refused me. I decided not to do anything, but here Phillip insisted that this was not the right thing, the inspector was not doing everything professionally. and asked my permission for him to work with the insurance and prove that the roof has problems.

I said ok. The insurance had two additional inspectors (usually only one) and both confirmed that the roof of my house was in trouble. I got 100% coverage for this job. the work was done perfectly everything was well organized. all the time I was informed what the next work would be. my family and I are very glad that we worked to this company. I haven't seen that work for a long time. I'm not the kind of person who likes to do reviews. for this company I had to do only because, unfortunately, in ours time there are very few companies that you can trust.

I recently had my roof inspected by Roman B of Carolina Roof Consultants and I was extremely pleased with his professionalism, patience, and willingness to carefully explain in detail all of the particulars of the entire process from filing my claim with my insurance company to assisting me in understanding all of the paper work and choosing the appropriate shingles for my home. My new roof looks beautiful and has added to the overall beauty and increased my home's value. I highly recommend working with him; you won't be disappointed.

This company is first rate. From the moment they start talking to you about roof replacement to the time they are finished. This well oiled machine is accurate, efficient, provides great quality and does what they say they will do. I wish all my experiences with contractors went this well. I can't say enough about what they do and their commitment to quality. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

I received a free roof inspection and truly did not know the state of my roof. To my surprise, the team (specifically Josh D.) that came to look at it were very honest and told me I wouldn't need a roof for at least another few years. Honesty is key in earning my business, so I'll be calling the Carolina Roof Consultants as soon as that roof is in need of repair. Thank you all again!

CRC was the second company that I had come out to inspect my roof. I didn't feel completely comfortable with the first one, but with Mike and his team, I was put at ease. They did a great job.

I recently hired the Carolina Roof Consultants. I am very pleased with their professionalism. Dylan McCoy came home and gave samples and detailed quote with very clear explanation. I also noticed how they treated their employees (see pic). Haven't seen any roofing company providing shade for the employees during their work on top of the roof.

Really good job! The whole process was really easy and the new roof looks great. Really enjoyed working with Phil and Josh on the sales side and the crew that did the actual roof replacement couldn’t have been nicer. Job was done exactly when they said it would be (2 full days) and the cleanup was perfect! Highly recommend!

They started about 6:30am and finished around 1pm. Friendly folks. Everything they moved was put back when thy finished. Very clean in the end. They worked with us and the insurance company to get everything covered. Recommend you call them for your roof.

We just had our roof replaced this week by Carolina Roof Consultants. Let me just say these guys are amazing! We had some roadblocks from our insurance and CRC helped us to get the replacement approved through the insurance. They made it easy for me as the homeowner and were always helpful when responding to questions about the process or how to talk to my insurance company.

We had spoken to a number of other roofing companies before selecting CRC. We chose CRC because I trusted the way the explained the process and their company. They were honest and thorough from the beginning, all the way through to completion. On the day of the roof replacement, the supplies were delivered the evening before and then the team showed up early to get started. 7 hours later we had a new roof and you couldn’t tell that anyone had been in my yard, let alone some heavy equipment and all the old roof materials and debris.

Everything was exactly how it was before and not a single nail was left behind. The only indication they had been there was the new roof and their sign, that I will proudly put out front.

Carolina Roof Consultants did a great job on our roof!! They worked with my insurance company and made the process very easy for me. They were always available to answer my questions and even went the extra mile in helping me paint a very small portion of the top of my house that had chipped over the years. I chose Carolina Roof because of the great reviews, especially with how they worked with your insurance company. I was not disappointed!! John came out to be here for insurance adjuster appointment to make sure nothing was missed in the inspection. The claim was easily approved. Carolina Roof handled all the insurance paperwork for me so that nothing came out of my pocket, not even the deductible.

The crew was amazing, such hard workers!! They worked non-stop for 9 hours and came back to finish the next morning showing me that they do not just slap the roof on, but do a thorough job. From the first consultation to the roof completion, Carolina Roof Consultants were professional, personable and very helpful. They gave me a huge choice of shingle types, colors and manufacturers. Project Manager, Rob Copes, made me very comfortable throughout the process. My roof was completed in 2 days.

Had a brand new roof put on my home by Carolina Roof Consultants in late April from the March hail storm that hit our neighborhood. Mike McCoy came out and made everything so easy in working with my insurance company and going through the process of getting a new roof on my home. His fine staff was very friendly and installed my roof in one full day.

CRC just wrapped up a multi-month project re-roofing all of the townhomes in our neighborhood. The reviews from our neighbors are spectacular. They did a great job, and responded quickly and effectively to any issue raised by our homeowners. As a single family homeowner in the same community, I have asked them to re-roof our home. We watched them over a period of 2 months, and their work is their best advertising.

Carolina Roof Consultants replaced some damaged siding for us this spring, and also re-shingled our roof. We are very satisfied customers. The quality of the work was excellent, and the jobs were done quickly (one day for tear-down and re-shingling the roof!).

Carolina Roof Consultants is the best roofer in town! I called one morning to have someone come and look at my house and they were there that afternoon! No wonder I see there yard signs everywhere!
