In summary, I highly recommend Coffman & Company. They installed a new furnace and AC at our home. I chose Coffman & Company after extensively researching providers in Denver metro, making numerous calls, and having a "short list" provide me estimates. Coffman & Company was chosen for multiple reasons including the following: 1.) Every touchpoint was positive (team included John [GM]; Cole, AJ and Kyle [installation]; Ally [office]; and the installation manager) 2.) They were thorough - during the estimation process, the scheduling, the installation, and the education on the systems - and I have optimism the same will be true for the follow-up. 3.) Their pricing is very competitive. 4.) They worked with me - around my schedule, my questions, and my requests - and they were consistently responsive, pleasant, and professional. Candidly, early in my research I had some concerns because I knew they aren't one of the more well-known brands in Denver metro and from experience I know some of the smaller companies can be a bit "fly by night". Coffman & Company quickly put any concerns I had to rest.

They were world-class from my first interaction through today. If you're looking for a new furnace and/or AC, I encourage you to actively consider Coffman & Company. BTW, you may be interested to know I don't generally leave reviews online but thought highly enough of the Coffman & Company team that I wanted to give them my support. It's a stressful time, especially making sense of the many providers available in our Denver metro area. My positive experience to-date with Coffman & Company gives me confidence they are a go-to provider and stand out among the pack.

My salesperson John was very personable and spoke to me in simple terms. He was punctual, professional, polite and very informative. Coffman carries Carrier which is a brand I respect and trust. My install lead Eric was nothing short of amazing! He and his helper AJ were both effective, efficient, polite, and VERY clean! When the project was complete, Eric did a great job explaining the installation they performed, how everything worked. He answered all of my questions respectfully and thoroughly. I highly recommend this business. I hope you are as fortunate as I was to work with John, Eric and AJ.

Just had AC installed. These guys were so great to work with the last four days. Very professional. Anything I asked they responded kindly. And the ac is working perfectly. I got 4 quotes for this job, this was one of the better quotes. The sales person also did not taunt me with scare tactics like some of the other companies did. Anyway overall very positive.

Purchased a new HVAC unit and installation from them. Unfortunately the electrical inspection did not pass and it seems the electrical contractor won't be able to address the tagged issues any time soon. We have other electrical issues to address in the home, but cannot proceed until the building code violations are addressed from the electrical inspection which I'm sure will happen eventually. Overall, a very "meh" experience so far.

The unit functions and we're generally pleased with the quality of the HVAC unit, but I'm concerned about the level of support we'll get going forward. Time will tell when dealing with a company and we will see.

Coffman and Company was an excellent choice. These guys came out to assess our needs for our furnace that had failed to work during the coldest days of the season. We were quoted a very reasonable price for a furnace replacement and they were on the job immediately. The guys were courteous, efficient and professional. When we had a slight heating problem after the install John was out without hesitation to get us back up and running that night. Coffman and Company is one you can trust for accurate information, timely repairs and dedication to the customer. We appreciate them and will return to them in the future for all of our hvac needs!

Our furnace went out and the temperature in our house had plummeted. We called Coffman and they sent a technician out within an hour. Aaron arrived, quickly determined the problem, gave us a very reasonable quote and installed a new ignitor that got our furnace heating our house very quickly. We were extremely impressed with Aaron's technical knowledge, his ability to explain what was wrong with our furnace and how he proposed to fix it, and his efficient workmanship in checking the entire system to be sure he had fixed the problem.

At all times, Aaron was an ultimate professional, very friendly, and so helpful. We are grateful for Coffman's prompt response to our furnace problem and technician Aaron's superior service and assistance is getting our house warm again.

I've used Coffman before to install a new furnace and AC unit, this time around I had a mini split unit installed and they did another great job. They arrived at 8am and finished a little early. They cleaned up well and were considerate of the house in being as clean as they could. Thank you to Eric and Cam for doing a great job installing the new heating and cooling system!

I called Coffman saying my furnace was broken, and I needed to either repair or replace it. Coffman sent a guy out who decided to clean the unit. He charged me $400. I explained I needed Coffman to repair or replace my furnace, not clean my broken furnace. The next day they sent out another guy who confirmed my furnace was, in fact, broken, and needed to be replaced.

He said if I use Coffman to install my new furnace, he'll subtract the $400 from the total price. So in short, no thanks again Coffman, for charging me $400.00 to clean my broken furnace. What a waste of time and money. I went with Cooper Heating and Plumbing, and had no further problems.

During a service call, Sales Manager John fixed a crucial mistake that was done by the original installer, not them, at no extra charge for my elderly aunt. He just asked for a good review. Here it is! Friendly, professional, helping an elderly person just to be rewarded with a smile. A rare find. They deserve more business.

Contacted Coffman & Company initially related to a Flyer received in the mail. Jake Reynolds came out to provide the initial bid (1 of 3 received) on our AC + Furnace project. Jake's 20+ years of industry experience (with most of this time at Coffman) coupled with his insight-filled proposed solutions set him and Coffman apart from the other companies.

In addition to working with Jake, additional conversations with Teresa and Cliff from Coffman re: product specifics and financing options demonstrated outstanding knowledge & customer service. Installation was on time and on budget. Outstanding!

Tom Black did an excellent job cleaning and certifying our HVAC unit. He was punctual, professional, and considerate. He answered any questions I had and left me feeling confident that my unit was in good working order. He did a great job at a great price. Thanks Tom!

The service was great. They did a great job installing both furnace and A/C. The price was the best out there. If you do have a problem they will get it fixed. I would recommend them if your looking for a new furnace and or AC. Thanks Denise for everything you did.

We have been using Coffman and Comapny for years. We purchase the Silver Club plan yearly and are happy that we do. We have worked with Tom, Todd and Jake. They all are very competent and do incredible work. We are very happy we can call on them when we need help with our furnace, hot water heater and for plumbing issues. Tom is a wonderful plumber. Very good customer service. My heater went out and I called them and they came out that morning. Office staff was friendly and professional. Technician arrived when he was expected. Technician, Cliff, was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be fixed.

Gentlemen, I love the new heating system and the quality of the installation. James and Steve even went so far as to remove rock so the pad for the compressor matched the grade of the landscaping. We appreciate those types of details.
