I had a great experience with In-house plumbing. I had multiple plumbers come check my sewer system and they gave me way overpriced quotes. If they weren't overpriced, it was only a small section repair for over $9k. One quote I got from a plumber was for $45k for the complete sewer system replacement not including braches to the showers and outside sewer line. Chris and Sean from In-house plumbing explained everything they were going to do without "if this then the price will go up" bs.

When they inspected the old sewer, they didn't guesstimate how much digging (so no surprise charges) and they provided a sewer reroute option that was more effective. If you are frustrated with ridiculous quotes give In-house a call. FYI- complete sewer replacement (under foundation) completed in 4 days.

In House Plumbing using the technology to track plumbers and performance, the plumber arrived within the service window and completed all works before the window closed. The plumber, Sean Denney was courteous, proficient, knowledgeable and very personable. He took time to explain what he planned to do and it is amazing the technologies he was using during the visit.

Chris went above & beyond again, not only determining where the problem was but in changing out my washer hoses (the ones I had were old & he wanted to ensure that wasn't giving a false sense of a leak.but they needed to be changed anyway, he said). He also caulked around the vent stack as the prior company hadn't & didn't charge me for the visit. What other company would do that? Willie was with Chris & tried to fix my gate that was leaning & no longer locking in his downtime. Fantastic guys!

Chris has been top notch in going well-beyond in his service (caulking around a vent, providing & changing out washer hose, not charging me for his assessment ). Willie oversaw the digging & repair crew. He arrived early & stayed late, called to notify me when leaving or with updates. He explained in detail & answered questions at length. Terrific crew.

As usual In-House plumbing provided great service. Plumber was courteous and professional and took care of our clogged kitchen drain. He really did the extra work to make absolutely sure all the pipes were cleaned out and clear! Would definitely recommend this company.

I have used In House Plumbing now on 2 separate occasions - 3 years apart - for the same thing - repairing a sewer line leak underneath the foundation of my home. Tearing out flooring to dig a hole in your Foundarion is not a fun thing to have happen but In House Plumbing handled the job like pros. From initial leak detection test (which is most competitively priced in the metroplex) to isolation test to actual repairing of leak - this company is the best.

They prepped the area and staged the job excellently by stacking the dirt in buckets. The leaks were exactly where they had indicated in the isolation test and then reconfirmed by blocking off the system and filling up the lines. The site manager showed my the leaks before doing the repair work confirming what was found. Once repairs were completed, they retested system with me observing to confirm the work was done properly.

Outside of having holes on the flooring where the repair was done (which is expected), you couldn't tell they were there. Excellent job of cleaning up from all work. I highly recommend In House Plumbing for any foundation plumbing repairs or testing.

We honestly had no hopes of finding a reasonably priced solution for our plumbing repair needs. We were told we had a complete sewer system failure and were quoted a very large amount of money to spot repair/spot replace. I was advised by a neighbor to contact In House (who didn't even come up in my searches) and they proved to be exactly what we needed.

From initial quote which was sent with a video created that explained exactly what the plan entailed - to completion the entire team was prompt, courteous and professional. They did the job quickly and correctly the first time with minimal damage to the interior of my home. They left the job so clean I almost couldn't tell they'd ever been there. I would 100% use them again in the future and would recommend to everyone I know.

In-House Plumbing recently replaced the 50 year old cast iron sewer pipes under the slab foundation of our house. This project took multiple days and the crew arrived early every morning and worked hard all day long. They kept us informed about the project, were quick to respond with any questions or concerns, took precautions to protect landscaping, did a great job of cleaning up at the end, and most importantly, got the work done correctly and in a timely fashion. Their price was competitive with other bids we had. We will definitely be using this company in the future for any needed plumbing work.

Highly recommend this company for leak detection and repair. We replaced our cast iron pipes after they detected a leak in the sewage system. The estimate given to us included a video walking us through the different options for repair, explaining all aspects of the issues found in the pipe system of our 40+ year old home. The estimate was clear, concise and reasonable priced.

We had a multi day project, their employees arrived promptly and usually early and immediately got to work. The office communicated well with us prior to the work starting and the foreman was always available during the actual work. When completed they repaired the concrete that had to be removed, filled all the holes and left the property basically as it was. I'll be recommending these guys to all our friends and family.

Excellent, professional service. Gave me second opinion on leak, house call, at no charge. If I hadn't committed to the other company, (at a cost of 600.00, already paid), I would have hired this company. They are completely honest and thorough, and cost competitive. NO ONE likes to get plumbing work done - it's never easy and never inexpensive. HOWEVER, In-House Plumbing made it tolerable!! I had a broken pipe under the slab of our house. They can out and gave me a very reasonable quote. The plumbing crew can out and were very nice and explained what they were going to do. Showed up when they said they would. Job foreman was very nice and was happy to answer any question that I had. In house plumbing took a bad situation and put my mind at ease.

I was very impressed with the video and answered most of my questions. Gave several options with an explanation. I will use on house plumbing again and will have no problem recommending them to other people. Keep doing a good job. More plumbing companies need to be like in house plumbing. Thank you very much.

Rick came out to do a leak test on our plumbing system. He showed up right on time and quickly found the cleanouts that the previous company didn't even bother to look for (and quoted us 2600 to install them). Test was done in about an hour. I will definitely be using these guys for any problems we have down the road.

Great and HONEST company. They did the leak detection, post foundation work. Found 2 leaks, 2 different bathrooms. Long story short, they only found that 1 bathroom had 2 leaks and zero in the other bath. My cost went down. When does that happen?? Very polite repairmen, kept job site tidy, cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased.
