We recently made a purchase of a home. There was lots of work to get done and I had a list of plumbing concerns that I didn't know where to start. I had previously worked with Admiral Plumbing and was so impressed with their technician Miguel Castillo, that I decided to give them a call. Miguel catered to me every step of the way. He was professional from beginning to end.

He went out of his way to make sure all his work was to my satisfaction and was happy to answer any of my questions along the way. Miguel has a great set of skills. His knowledge about plumbing is remarkable as his recommendations were spot on. He is friendly and courteous and I highly recommend him. I've used Admiral twice and both times they were a real pleasure to deal with. This second time around I had Travis come by the house to fix a leaky pipe outside and to have a look at my hot water. He discovered that my water heater was on the verge of catching fire! Travis basically saved my home from disaster and showed great knowledge and professionalism in the process. Miguel is the best. He's my go to for all my plumbing needs. I've known Miguel for over 10 years and he's always done exceptional work, and he's just an overall great guy. This time he replaced two toilets at my daughters new condo. Everything went great. We are so happy. I highly recommend Miguel Castillo at Admiral Plumbing for anything you need.

Anytime I have to call for plumbing services, I cringe. I hate calling for A/C services and Plumbing Services. This is from past experiences in which I felt like I was taken advantage of and had no choice but to use the service. Well, when it comes to plumbing services, I truly found a company that I no longer fear calling and using. I have used this company now, one or two other times and each time, was left feeling like I got what I needed, paid for and did not feel like I was taken advantage of.

This past weekend, I had a leak and of course, call them for services. I needed to write this company a review as once again, I was more than satisfied with the service but also how professional and willing the tech was to help me and answer my questions. I felt he went above and beyond to help me as we talked about other possible issues and where and what I needed to look for. Justin was my technician, he was awesome.

So helpful, knowledgeable and felt like I was talking to a friend about my issues, not a sales tech. Victor was amazing! My wife and I recently purchased our home and did a complete renovation. We needed our garbage disposal installed, along with a new P-trap. The office was great and responded right away, and were able to set-up a Saturday appointment. Victor showed up on time and got to work right away. He was very courteous and professional. He got the job done quickly and, if I ever need a plumber again, I will be calling Admiral and asking for Victor.

My mother resides in Wellington - I am up in New York - we have had several plumbing issues over the past few months. We had tried 2 other companies that unfortunately ended in arguments and our being banned from the company. Lol. That's fine as I found Admiral Plumbing Services with a quick google. The call initially gets answered promptly and proceeds with knowledge and courtesy.

On both occasions they were able to schedule me the same day for service. I was texted as they were approaching and the technicians were more than happy to speak with me to coordinate and approve the work. My son is in the industry up here in NY - so we had a prior idea of pricing. I cannot say enough about how great our experience was - Cody had installed a new toilet a month ago and today we had Bruno with what we thought was a significant issue with the hot water.

They were both courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Bruno went over and beyond to diagnose our problem and is confident with his solution that saved us a considerable expense. It brings me relief to know there are still companies in existence who hire these young men of such great integrity and work ethic. I would hope management is aware of the qualities they have with these 2 employees. We will be customers for life and absolutely refer to anyone in need.

After being let down by 2 other plumbing companies I called Admiral, they were on the job 2 days later! Very professional company, they keep you updated on when the technician will arrive and once they arrive they do a very good job. I am very impressed with this company, I have recommended them to other friends, they are also very impressed with the service received and the technicians they've encountered. We will all be calling Admiral for any future work.

After placing a request late Saturday on your website for service. I was promptly called Sunday morning and given an appointment for that morning. The service truck came on time and was completely equipped with all I needed to have the job completed that day. The office and servicemen were very professional and efficient I would recommend them highly.

Anthony M. showed up with his partner and got right to work. While he thought it would be an easier job than I expected it would be, he soon came to the realization that because of the age of the plumbing, he would have to cut and gut in order to get my leaks stopped in the second bathroom tub.

From the first call on a Saturday, it was evident we were dealing with professionals who really cared. from The ladies who answered the calls, to the plumbers who did the work it was first class all the way.

The company responded to my request for an estimate quickly. Once the schedule was made, Admirals worker came to the site, performed the work needed in a timely basis and left the job site clean.

Tally (TJ) has been to my house twice this year. Once to replace my hot water heater and then to replace a busted pipe in the front yard. Both times he arrived on time, provided me with valuable information about the repairs and demonstrated a professional demeanor on both visits.

From the first phone call to the end of the job was excellent. Joe came out the next day and was awesome. He was courteous, professional, and quite simply an awesome human being. He identified our problem quickly and even gave us a lot of helpful tips on keeping our plumbing running smoothly.

As always, Admiral Plumbing was very quick to react when I had a problem. I called after business hours on a Monday, received a call back that night, and they had a technician here at 10 a.m. the following morning.
