I've used Dust Bunnies move out service several times. I love the convenience of one phone call that arranges home and carpet cleaning. They are professional and do a great job. Service: Moving-related cleaning

We agreed for move in ready cleaning. They told my wife descriptions of what is iincluded. What is described orally was wonderful but we did not see even half of it in action. Clean day, two cleaners were sent. One who came from Hampton road arrived early and likely did fair job. But the other cleaner arrived late and most of the area she was covering, was not even touched.

My wife called their office, . The person working at the office seems helpful and two cleaners sent. The workers were nice but still, there are multiple areas which are not cleaned, including part of closet shelves. I am not sure if they need some one from their management, who can visit the house being cleaned and verify if the job done is up to the standard they promised.

Based on the awesome reviews, I contacted the Dust Bunnies of Hampton Roads to clean a house we had moved into. The service is prompt and the receptionist explained the process to me, however the cleaners were late and did not throughly clean the house. The fridge was not cleaned though I paid for it, the cleaners did not scrub the toilets and I found hair and urine under the seats, the blinds were not dusted, and the front door was covered in smudges and dog-nose marks.

It almost seemed like they vacuumed and left, which is not what I expected from a deep clean and especially not for approximately 300 dollars. When I called, I was offered a refund for the fridge being cleaned and I was offered the option to have the cleaners come back out. Given that the cleaners didn't do a good job the first time and were not very professional when they bent my window frame trying to clean it, I opted for the refund but still paid over 300 dollars for the service which I didn't think was worth it.

I chose this service to make my move easier and wound up cleaning up behind the cleaners. The customer service from the office is great but the actual cleaning service is not, so I wouldn't recommend.

Hired Dust Bunnies to do a move out clean on a rental house I had. The cleaner locked the key inside the house and I didn't have a extra key. Called the company and they sent out a locksmith within the hour to unlock the door for me at no extra charge. Staff was very courteous and the clean they did looked awesome. I would recommend Dust Bunnies to anyone looking to hire a professional cleaner for their home!

We've had the "Bunnies" over to clean probably 14 times in the last 6 months. They've always done a great job for us, the workers are always polite and on time. They don't steal our spare change (lol) and in general we've been very happy!
