It all starts with us taking a look at what needs to be done - and usually it's not as bad as you think. We'll let you know how long it's going to take and what it's going to require. If you want everything to be really clean, we'll start by removing any of the furniture we can. There's no sense in hiding a stain with an ottoman when we can just remove it from the very start.

Your commercial carpet will be pre-conditioned with the appropriate product in order to suspend the soil for more effective soil and spot removal. Our pre-conditioner is a Carpet and Rug Institute tested and approved environmentally friendly product. Synthetic & Organic Stains may require additional treatment for removal.

Scott was prompt, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about best practices in carpet cleaning and stain removal. We had a stubborn vomit stain on our white carpet, and he was able to completely remove it.
