My wife and I hired Monster Clean as we are in the process of selling our home and can not be happier with the level of service we were provided. Our cleaner was prompt and professional, guided us through what he was going to do, and was fast while still being supremely efficient. We will hire Monster Clean for our next home, and I highly recommend them!

Monster Clean was awesome! I do not often write reviews of places, but I felt like they deserved one. I was moving out of my apartment and needed to get the carpets cleaned, and I called a few places and no one answered, but when I called Monster Clean they answered right away and got me scheduled for the same week on my requested day & time. The tech John was right on time at the beginning of my time window, and he was very kind and professional.

He was quick and efficient and did a wonderful job! What really impressed me was that I was in the process of still cleaning the kitchen area for move-out and had a lot of trash to take out and he offered to help me with it. I did not take him up on the offer as I didn't want him to have to do more than what he came to do, but I greatly appreciated the offer as it was unexpected and very kind. I 100% recommend this company, and will be utilizing them for future carpet cleaning services.

Had a great experience with Monster Clean. They were on time, communicative, professional, and did an exceptional job of cleaning the carpets in my apartment prior to my move out. Called them and they came out the same day. I had just got brand new carpet and my dog had a Huge accident. They got the stain out, where professional and friendly. Doug was INCREDIBLE! He helped me schedule my appointment, made it fit into my extremely tight timeline. He gave multiple confirmations about the appointment and a reminder! I even got a message when the tech was on his way! Funny enough my tech was also Doug who turned out to be the owner. You can tell this company has a heart of gold, stands behind their work, has competitive pricing and truly enjoys what they do! I would 1000% recommend them to everyone! Fantastic job! We have used Monster Clean for years and the difference between their carpet cleaning and other companies doesn't even come close. We will continue to use them. They came out to clean the stairs that another company could not clean and just stated it was a high traffic area and the fibers being worn, that was not the case at all. Great job as always!

We had 3 sofas cleaned by Monster Clean today and are very happy with the results. The grandkids and dogs have really done a number on our sofas but they look amazing. The team was on time, efficient and very nice. I would highly recommend them.and we'll definitely use them again!

I hate writing negative reviews, but every time I look at my couches, my blood pressure rises. I had my sofa and love seat "cleaned" on September 28, 2017. Thought I'd try and support a local business, rather then go with the big name company. Long story short, my couches look worse then before and I'm out $200. Whatever soap they used left a film all over the surface of both couches.

Now if a drop of water gets on the couch, it leaves a huge spot. The areas they focused on for cleaning look worse then before. I imagine it's because of the soap residue left. There is a black streak on the arm of the couch that was never there before. (Not to mention the soap residue left on my laminate floor and wood furniture from spraying the couches.

They came back to "clean" that mess up with vinegar, but it looked the same when the left.) When I called to ask for my money back, I was treated nicely at first. But in the end, the owner basically blamed me and the age of my couches. Not good. Not true. Not happy. Definitely would not recommend this company.

I used Monster Clean to steam clean 4 areas in my house. I chose this carpet company over the rest because of their great reviews and because they're Military owned. I was not disappointed! John was my carpet technician, along with his father (I didn't catch his name, he was helping out temporarily). They were nice, professional and efficient.

My carpets were not necessarily filthy, but it had been awhile since I had them cleaned last. My family room had high traffic areas and a spot where orange soda was spilled -- all nicely removed. Same with the high traffic area on my stairs and the puppy pee accident spots. It took them approx an hour and a half to do 3 large rooms, stairs and a hallway. They offer a military discount and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely hire Monster Clean again.

Monster Clean did a whole house carpet cleaning for us today.6 rooms & a hallway! Thomas & Austin did an awesome job & their teamwork was evident throughout the process. The carpets look & smell great!

Had my carpet cleaned. The two men were very professional. I have no complaints about them. It seemed like it was a good job but when the carpet dried all the dirty spots reappeared. I sent two e-mails. One asking for a refund then one to ask them to come out look at the job and recommend a solution. I got no response. In good conscience I could not recommend this company. They were quick to respond to do the job but did nothing to respond my problem.

I was told when I called they did not move bedroom furniture- after the guys were finished, I was told they would have moved if asked them to. Had to have them return because my carpet was still damp after overnight fans and heat, especially upstairs. Also, a couple of spots in the master bedroom needed to be done again. When they came back for the touch up, practically argued with me that the carpet was NOT damp when I clearly put my hand on several areas where it was. I'm an RN and know when something is damp or not. I called because the business advertised it was veteran owned and local, plus the price was right. I will not be calling again nor will I recommend them.

So my hoodrat kids left bright red footprints all over my house on Halloween night. These guys managed to get the stains out and make my carpet look brand new. They're not what I would call inexpensive but they're fast, they came on time, and they were friendly. Will definitely use them again.

I am super thrilled with these guys. I called this morning at 8:15 and they were at my house by 8:30. It's now 9:40 and they're finished and my carpet and couch look amazing. Even the house smells better.

Awesome job! While visiting at my son's home in Virginia Beach, Jim got out a permanent black marker art project by my 2 year old grandson on off-white carpet using various spray products, brushing and rubbing the area well over an hour while down on his hands and knees. Then using the steam cleaner did magic getting it out, you can only see a hint of it left but have to know where to look. Jim's attention to detail was amazing and very professional. Jim showed up on time, was very pleasant and did a spectacular job, the carpet looks amazing. I like that a military discount was given as well, thanks. Janet

We had our living room, office, stairs, master bedroom, and hallway carpets cleaned and were not satisfied with our service. They cleaned about 1200 sq ft worth of carpet and from arrival to departure it took 1 hr.1 hr for that much carpet! It takes longer than that to vacuum it! Not only that, after inspecting my rooms there was a stain in the middle of the floor in my office.

I have no idea how it got there but it wasn't there before they arrived. Their website and techs quote 4-6 hrs to dry. My first room was dry after 10 hrs and that was with the heat turned up, ceiling fan on and multiple floor fans. All the other rooms took a whole 24 hrs to dry. I called and spoke with the owner about my service, dry time and the stain.

He apologized, sent a crew out the next day for the stain and refunded 1/2 my fee. He said cleanings should take 1 hr per 2 zones so my service call should've taken around 2.5 hrs (my math). They went too fast to clean thoroughly and didn't suck all the water out of the rugs. The guys who came the next day did an excellent job. The stain came right out and the carpet felt fluffier and softer than the rest of the house.plus it was dry in 3 hrs!

If this crew had shown up originally I would've been very happy. This is the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars. We prefer supporting local small businesses but I won't hire them again.

Great service. The owner showed up himself to cover my appointment because they were shorthanded that day. My carpet had been neglected and abused by my toddler, and now it looks fantastic. They have the best equipment and the most fair prices in the area, I don't know why you would go anywhere else.

My wife and I own a rental home in Virginia Beach. After our tenant unexpectedly moved out, we inspected the property to find the carpet in dire need of a thorough cleaning. We were only in town for the weekend and needed to have the carpet cleaned before we left Sunday night.

Called to get an estimate for my office building, said they would be out the same day & then never showed.

We have used this company for two years now and as long as we live in this area it is the only company we will use to clean our carpets. Their machines clean so well and the carpets are dry within a few hours.

MonsterClean did a great job, Our carpet is old, and weI thought NO ONE could get some of the stains out, but after MonsterClean managed to bring it back to life, and the stains are barely discernable now. We are VERY happy with the job done by MonsterClean!

I have used Monster Clean for more than 5 years now to clean the carpet and tile in my rental properties and home. Several times I have had Monster Clean come out and re-clean the carpets after tenants have used other companies that did not do as good a job.

Fantastic, my carpets NEVER looked so good. Jim made time for us on VERY short notice and went out of his way to get keys to my house. Will definitely use him time and again!
