Wasn't sure what to expect, yet this is one of the most responsive, reasonable companies I've worked with during my house remodel. They were flexible in terms of timing. There were some problems with the initial job (bathtub still had some rough spots). I noted the problem and they came back immediately to correct. Would definitely recommend.

The owner has amended two sets of documentation so the situation below does not happen again. a line has been added in the contract that needs to be signed around pet containment. Second, the technician checklist has been updated to ensure pets have been contained. The owner has also contacted all technicians to update and talk about this issue.

I am very happy with how the owner has handled the situation, especially with it happening during labor day weekend. I always read reviews and look for 4.5 star or better, and this company definitely exceeded my expectations! I was able to request a quote on line, received a call back within an hour, set up an appointment for the afternoon and had Amber and Dylan on site by noon. They did exceptional work and within the time they quoted to complete. There were no hidden fees, and no, "oh no, we found this and it's gonna cost you more". Shower/tub went from yuck to brand new in less than 4 hours. Budget friendly and you can use your shower in 24 hours. AWESOME!

Absolutely Amazing! Alex from Specialized Refinishing was fantastic. He took great care covering everything and sealing off the bathrooms when cleaning and refinishing our two tubs. He insured no paint got anywhere and cleaned up after himself. Our tubs looks brand new! The master bathroom had little holes in the base and he fixed it right up! You'd never know there was ever an issue! I 100% recommend them especially if you're doing a bathroom update on a budget!

I first reached out to Specialized Refinishing 2 years ago. I was so impressed with the customer service that I swore when it was time, I would use them. I'm so glad I did! They were beyond helpful and professional. Hermes was my technician. He was on time and did a fantastic job (he even removed old paint a flipper used on my tub off). I am VERY impressed with the Specialized Refinishing Companies variety and their work. They offered many things that the other companies didn't offer. I had no idea that bathtubs and counter tops could be resurfaced. I was thinking about installing new ones. It would have been expensive and I didn't want several days of demolition and headache.

The Specialized Refinishing Co. fixed my fiberglass tub in June of last year. It had a 2 foot crack down the middle and the other companies said they could not fix it or that they couldn't guarantee that the crack wouldn't come back. That is until I found the Specialized Refinishing Co. It has been almost a year and it still looks great. No problems at all.

Like most I had a small master bath that needed remolded. I had two bids, thousands of dollars, just way too much money. By Luck I found Specialized. Our tile's were reglazed to a bright white, the 1960's sink with silver band around it was reglazed, the silver band and countertop are now a stone texture as are the bathroom floor and shower floor.

I think this place is top rate. I had a whole kitchen resurfaced and it is the highlight of my home now. I wish I found them sooner. I was collecting estimates to retile my backsplash and re-laminate. The price was more then I had and I didn't have much time to get it done. These guys gave me a new looking kitchen in 1 day and for half of the price of putting in new!
