Jon and his team are the best in the business. We have an older mountain property which had been vacant for a time before we purchased it. We went through several pest control agencies with great reviews, but could never alleviate our problems; we felt overrun. We just assumed that there were so many nooks and crannies that critters and insects could crawl through that we would just need to learn to live *with* anything that we encountered (mice, rats, skunks, squirrels, black widows, wasps, black flies -- we were living with an embarrassing amount of unwelcome roommates). Cue Jon and Whitmore - they made the impossible happen.

We've been subscribed for quarterly maintenance for over a year, and feel comfortable and confident living in a pest and rodent-free home. They are DILIGENT at taking great care to perform long term preventative solutions, not just a patch job. Jon is also a very kind and trustworthy professional. The only thing good I can say is they are polite on the phone and quick to respond. However the quality of the service performed has been very poor. We called to have a wasp problem on our deck taken care of especially since my husband is allergic and we have an almost 2 year old who would like to be playing outside. At almost $300 later and 3 phone calls and 2 trips to our house I am still seeing multiple wasps in the area, including exposed nests at eye level. I'm not sure what they have done when they come out but I would recommend not wasting your time or money trying to get a problem fixed unless you want the issue drawn out

Heath came to my home regarding a rodent problem. He thoroughly investigated the problem, found their point of access into my home, set bate traps and after his initial I did not see any rodents or evidence of any rodents. He returned to follow up a month later and carefully identified the bates that the most activity and reset them. Most companies would have removed the traps and left, but Whitmore Pest control does a great job. I've used other pest control services in the past, and my exprerience with Whitmore is the BEST!

These guys came out next day and helped us identify and get rid a big colony of bats living in our attic. Marvin knew exactly what steps needed to be taken, and respected our home in the process. It was a difficult, tricky job due to space constraints but they got it done better than we could have expected. Highly recommended for any pest control needs.

Used Whitmore Pest Control to get rid of some rats that had found their way into the floor joyce. They were very Timely, and helpful in taking care of that problem and getting those access points closed up so that no more rodents could find their way in. Yesterday we had a mouse problem that has been a weight on our minds for some time. By evening a plan was already being implemented and we're very happy! When I called Whitmore, Rachel was very helpful, and got us on the schedule for the same day. Technician Jon Mulder was prompt, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. He explained things very clearly and helped us realize there was a solution, short term, and to the extent it is possible, hope for the long term, too. He addressed our concerns very well, giving us choices on how to proceed.

Came out next day, killed some hornets, billed me later. What else do you want? I had just moved in and didn't really pay too much attention to his warning that there were hordes of spiders around the house. I have since purchased a flame thrower and full body armor.
