Jon and his team are the best in the business. We have an older mountain property which had been vacant for a time before we purchased it. We went through several pest control agencies with great reviews, but could never alleviate our problems; we felt overrun. We just assumed that there were so many nooks and crannies that critters and insects could crawl through that we would just need to learn to live *with* anything that we encountered (mice, rats, skunks, squirrels, black widows, wasps, black flies -- we were living with an embarrassing amount of unwelcome roommates). Cue Jon and Whitmore - they made the impossible happen.

We've been subscribed for quarterly maintenance for over a year, and feel comfortable and confident living in a pest and rodent-free home. They are DILIGENT at taking great care to perform long term preventative solutions, not just a patch job. Jon is also a very kind and trustworthy professional. The only thing good I can say is they are polite on the phone and quick to respond. However the quality of the service performed has been very poor. We called to have a wasp problem on our deck taken care of especially since my husband is allergic and we have an almost 2 year old who would like to be playing outside. At almost $300 later and 3 phone calls and 2 trips to our house I am still seeing multiple wasps in the area, including exposed nests at eye level. I'm not sure what they have done when they come out but I would recommend not wasting your time or money trying to get a problem fixed unless you want the issue drawn out

These guys were great. Squirrels had taken over my backyard, built a big nest in my fruit tree and were eating at the roots of my other fruit tree and years of damage to an elderly maple. They got to me during the Pandemic within a few weeks. They did what they promised and for awhile I might be squirrel free. For now I have my yard back!

Its difficult to name just one person who specifically stands out among the rest, although Katie serviced our house this morning and I was delighted to see that she was our technician, she is educated and delivers high quality service. We initially had a great experience with Whitmore Pest ridding our house of mice. The technicians were super nice and informative. We decided to sign up to have them come out every 3 months to start. We've only seen one dead mouse in our garage since they put in traps in a really systematized manner.

HOWEVER, today, I was legitimately berated by the receptionist/ scheduler, for needing to reschedule an appointment.

Though it was 30 minutes before the time slot my husband chose for us, I recognized this was late notice and even explained the personal reason it was needing to be rescheduled (I'm sick and need to go to doctor in this slot). She CONTINUED to be nasty to me to the point that I just told her to cancel the appointment, and we'd find another place to help us.

She then CONTINUED to be nasty to me while simultaneously telling me to reschedule and insisting that I was at an extreme fault for the 30 minutes notice, and, although she now knew why now, she still needed to tell me that over and over again. If this was a pattern for me after being a regular customer now for several months, I would say then I could see her continuing.

I also recognize the warning is necessary, however geez Louise, that is not acceptable customer service. It's too bad, because we did think the service and technicians were great. But, I don't need to be attacked to schedule an appointment.

We have had Whitmore do extensive work to mitigate rodents in a house we purchased a few months ago. I have interacted with many of the Whitmore team and have found them all to be both prompt and courteous. In addition, they have done a great job in getting rid of all of the rodent activity both in our attic and in the crawl space under our house. I highly recommend the folks at Whitmore.

These guys came out next day and helped us identify and get rid a big colony of bats living in our attic. Marvin knew exactly what steps needed to be taken, and respected our home in the process. It was a difficult, tricky job due to space constraints but they got it done better than we could have expected. Highly recommended for any pest control needs.

Had a squirrel nest in a vent to my attic. The first two pest control places I called didn't show up for the appointments.

Chris showed up on time and was concerned about solving the issue and keeping my house clean. He was able to clear out the nest and fix the issue in less than an hour. The price was extremely reasonable reasonable.

Used Whitmore Pest Control to get rid of some rats that had found their way into the floor joyce. They were very Timely, and helpful in taking care of that problem and getting those access points closed up so that no more rodents could find their way in. These guys are the best! This Spring was our first in our current home and when it started warming up in April, the sugar ants showed up in droves. So nasty. It took Marvin and Wilson four (or was it 5???) trips to my house to eradicate the problem. They only charged me the one, initial fee and kept coming back until the little nasties were gone. Yesterday we had a mouse problem that has been a weight on our minds for some time. By evening a plan was already being implemented and we're very happy! When I called Whitmore, Rachel was very helpful, and got us on the schedule for the same day. Technician Jon Mulder was prompt, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. He explained things very clearly and helped us realize there was a solution, short term, and to the extent it is possible, hope for the long term, too. He addressed our concerns very well, giving us choices on how to proceed.

I contacted Whitmore Pest Control through their website on Labor Day. Within 2 hours, I got a call back and my yellow jacket infestation was being mitigated. They did have to come back a second time (free of charge) to fully eliminate them but did an excellent job and were completely professional and courteous throughout the process. I highly recommend Whitmore to anyone who requires their services.
