We became acquainted with Absolute Pest Control when we had a mouse problem. They took care of the problem and continue to check the bait traps. .we had Absolute Pest Control service our yard prior to the winter months. We had a very bad problem with Voles. Ray explained to us a product from Absolute that would remedy the situation. My husband and I were skeptical since we had so much damage from the Voles. Sure enough, just as he said, our yard this Spring looked great! NO Vole issues at all!

The first time I used this company, I had a great experience. They sent someone out who inspected the house, evaluated the situation, and gave me lots of great information in addition To placing traps. When we had mice return 9 months later I immediately called them. The service on our second use was terrible. Someone showed up and asked us where we wanted the bait traps, laid 4 of them down, and left.

I offered to pay up front and they said they had my information. When I didn't get a bill, I assumed they must have had some kind of a "guarantee" from our previous service since they didn't charge me. 5 months later I got a call stating I had an overdue balance for $163 that needed to be paid. I expressed that I didn't feel that providing 4 bait traps was worth the fee, and was told that that didn't sound like the person they sent out to the house because he is usually "so good".

I received No apology or explanation for why I was not billed until then, and was also charged a "late fee" with interest. They definitely lost my business due to their poor customer service and I'm looking for a new pest control company to use in the future.

We just met Nick and had some vole service as well as bugs and other service. Anyway my husband and I are so beyond impressed with how professional and knowledgable he was. Thank you so much!

They did a great job for my family. We had spiders coming in just about everywhere. I had them come out for the past year and I have not seen a single bug. They even took care of a nest of bees or yellow jackets. Same guy each time. Love em!

Excellent company. No one wants to have a pest problem, much less admit that they do. I called and they had someone out to my house that afternoon. My technician, Parker, was fantastic. He was polite, listened to what I had to say, answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable and thorough. To top it all off, their price was very reasonable! I hope I never have a problem again, but if I do I will call this company.
