I paid for 2 sprays and they only came out once. They gave us the run-around about coming out the second time then when we reported it to the bank they finally tried to come out the second time but it was already months later and we would have needed 2 sprays to take care of it again.

My husband and I purchased the Gold package (spray in the attic, crawl space, baseboards, and exterior perimeter of the house) because we were sighting brown recluses in our house, and we wanted to get rid of them as best as possible because we have a baby on the way. First of all, these people are very professional and kind, and the owner goes out of his way to try to provide assistance!

Wonderful customer care! The owner told us that we would probably continue to see some spiders for a little while even after the spraying, and he advised sealing up electrical receptacles with caulk (which my husband did the day he advised it) for extra coverage. However, we wish we had achieved better results. It's been a little over two months now, and we find a brown recluse in our home approximately every other day. Honestly, we think we've been finding more spiders now than before. We're open to giving them another shot because of their excellent customer care, but we hope the spiders diminish soon!

We've used Brown Reclusinator for going on 9 years now and they are amazing! Living between a pond and a nature preserve we get all sorts of creepy crawlers the beginning of every season and they keep us clean and clear. We also have pets and a toddler in the house and I never have to worry about them getting sick or hurt by the product! 10/10 would highly recommend.

We had a bad spider problem. They came out and treated the house. Keep finding dead spiders now. And the only live one I saw was drunk looking and killed over in front of me. I highly recommend them!! And I will definately call them if I have a pest problem again!

We had termites and they came right out and treated our home. They are very professional.

We paid Orchin for over 6 months and it visibly got worse (Roaches). we paid for 3 months of treatments, dusting and perimeter sprays with Brown Reclsinator and saw major improvement after the FIRST treatment. We havent needed them since those 3 months, but I recommend them to everyone I know and if I ever come across a pest issue again they will be my first call!

Hands down best customer service around! They are efficient and their methods are extremely effective. Back in August of 2017 had some pests move in and all it took was one big treatment and a follow up to rid ourselves of the problem!

We had these guys come to our house the DAY AFTER I CALLED! Before we even knew what was going on I paid and they were on their way!! They are all so super nice, totally patient, and they get to work right away. Even though its all natural they made darn sure our dogs my wife and I were out in a safe place before they started.
