I've used American Pest for the past 5 years. They are friendly, responsive and accommodating. I bought a house that had a sever rodent, termite and spider problem. They remedied the situation and I haven't had any problems since. I also used them when I managed several properties and they went out of their way to accommodate our crazy schedule and we're wonderful about following up. I highly recommend their services. Peggy, and the rest of the crew, at APM are great! We've used them for a couple years and they make sure our 100+ year old house stays spider-free. (Which is tough in College Hill, KS.) We requested that the tech wear a mask and they were happy to oblige. Absolutely going to keep using their business for bug removal and y'all should too.

Chad Pellor did a great job coming out and analyzing the situation we had. Very fair and said what we did to take care of an infestation on an old tree we had, would have been what he would have done and didn't charge us for coming out and didn't spray unnecessarily. Appreciate his honesty in a world full of shade.

This is a top notch company! Their service is wonderful. Curtis was kind and courteous, & very informative. These technicians really know their bugs/insects and the correct products to use to ensure the critters stay out of your home! We are extremely happy with the service Curtis has provided. Devin from American Pest Management is very friendly and organized when scheduling appointments at our apartment community. She tries to accommodate our requests whenever possible. We appreciate all her hard work! Chad was very helpful when he came out to our apartment community to take care of a few issues. The resident called the office to report he was very helpful and professional and really appreciated his service.
