When making initial inquiry was told of fee and process that they would come to treat and follow up two weeks later to clean up and reapply treatment spray. After calling around for other quotes i called back and scheduled. she remembered me and my information. However didn't hear anything back and wasn't scheduled for two week follow up as promised so When calling after 3 weeks, was told there would be additional fee. I explained that i was told it was included in the initial quote with treatment being my first time and they said sorry i was told wrong.
