We have been Premier Comfort Club Members since 2018. Back in November, technician Jason came into our home for service. Within days we had substantial water damage. Another technician came over that evening to inspect the air handler and pump. I don't know what he did, but he said maybe the pump had been plugged into an outlet in the attic that didn't have power or that shut off with the attic light.
In any case, everything was working fine until Mr. Smith did his maintenance and then we had a major water leak in our attic. Ceiling, walls and carpet had to be ripped out. Our emails and phone calls were not returned from Sofia Lewis. Premier Comfort Service, Inc. never took responsibility for the damage, only offered a small amount of money to defray our costs.

My service technicians James & Bevin, were professional the time they walked in, they worked efficiently and didn't rush on the install of my AC.they explained work that was being done along the way.thank you James and Bevin I highly recommend Premier Comfort. So impressed by this company. They sent photos and profiles of techs before they arrived. Chris was the most professional tech we have ever had. Spent a long time evaluating our ductwork and took photos. Explained all our options and bested the other estimates we received by a substantial amount. This will be our go to HVAC and water heater company from now on.

Contacted them late at night and my text was responded almost immediately. I was placed on the schedule for a next day morning appointment. Prior to the technician's arrival I got a text with a pic and bio of the technician along with a phone call. Extremely informative and professional! My experience with this company is they want to be pajd for their work but dont pay their vendors for services they receive. Called into owner who either never got message or just doesnt care to address problem with Chris. Sad that Chris represents their company in the fashion he does by cursing threatening and canceling payments for services due

My husband and I have had a membership with Premier for almost a year and half now, and thus far, they have been good until this past visit. The company reached out to us to let us know that we were due for our 6 month maintenance check and tune-up. They came out on a Wednesday. The technician left around 530pm & around 4am our AC system froze (we. had no prior issues and our units around 4 years old).
We called the company first thing Thursday morning. The tech said he would be out between 10-12pm; he did not show up until 2pm without any phone call or notice. He was here for about 3 hours. The tech said the unit was frozen and that he had to come back the next day to do diagnostics. Our.

Very unprofessional on every level from technician to management! Every appointment I've made with company got overlooked and service technician always showed up to my house at WRONG date and time. Technician was suppose to count my air ducts and missed counting the ducts of my master bedroom somehow so tried to up-charge me on the day of service. for 12 air ducts instead of 9 that was miscounted on the day of price estimating- and tech was extremely RUDE and unapologetic about the error!
The minute I questioned the miscount, he packed up and left! Tech was very rough with removal of vents to where some of the paint around vents now require retouching after vents were removed to prepare for.

Jason had the opportunity of replacing my Old AC unit and it was a huge upgrade of this new AC unit He and his team were most Knowledgeable, pay attention to details, and were very reliable. He has done a superb and most outstanding. Just to add he went about their business; courteous! I was excited to come home to see the difference.

Had Premier Comfort Services come out for an AC Tune Up. Technician Jason Smith came out for the service. He called me before showing up and was on time. When he came to the house, he was extremely polite and respectful. He wore some PPE equipment while inside the home to preform the service. His customer service is exactly what you'd expect from a professional that you hire.
The job was done very efficiently and neat. At the end, he offered some recommendations. And they were just that, recommendations. No pressure into preforming additional services and surcharges. Price they quoted me was the price I paid. Outstanding job! Thanks.

Adrian was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I appreciate the time he dedicated to ensure that we were given the best service, product, and experience. He is by far the best Project Manager that I have seen and the service was fast. I would recommend Adrian and Premier to anyone! Additionally, Howard Hall came out to purify our new system and was also very knowledgeable. Lucas Perri came out to finalize the system for inspection and he did an awesome job. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous. The whole team came through at the worst time. My A/C stopped working and I called them at 9am and the crew was there at 11am. They installed a new system by dinner time. I cannot thank them enough. Everyone from Sophia, Chris, Jeremy and Don were outstanding. I highly recommend Premier to anyone needing help.
