Outstanding service from start to finish. The owner, Dan is a very honest and caring person. Found Air We Go on thumbtack after my outside unit stopped spinning randomly. That same day Dan came out to give an estimate and helped get it running and offered to come out again if it stopped. I chose to order a new unit through them and since they were on back order, they came out whenever I needed them to keep the old AC going, most times within the same Day!

Finally got it installed and everything went well and I am very pleased at the overall product. This is a very reliable and respectable company, who delivers what they promise and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for AC service they can depend on.

This our second purchase with this company. We had to purchase a new ac unit prior to selling our home a year ago. Great service then. The AC in our new home started giving out so we called Daniel and he was available within a couple hours to check it out. We decided on purchasing a new unit and Daniel was able to work with us in finding one to suit our needs and budget. Installation was quick and easy. Very satisfied with the services. I was not in a real hurry to have my HVAC system replaced since it was working effectively; however, it was 16 years old, so I knew the time was coming. I figured it was best to be proactive and upgrade the system especially since freon is not readily available, if at all, and it was not very efficient. I learned about Air We Go via mailing. I normally do not use these advertisements and tend to go straight to word-of-mouth, Google, Nextdoor and Angi/Home Advisor. Turned out that Air We Go had fantastic and recent reviews.

I contacted 4 different companies for estimates. Air We Go was a competitive price compared with the others. In contrast, the proposal listed each of the items included/tasks for completion unlike the others. Also, the use of internet to schedule appointments, receive reminders, etc. is much better for those that work and have limited phone access.

Our initial call began with Daniel, who was fantastic. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He explained everything and answered any questions up to the point of the scheduled install. I highly recommend Daniel and Air We Go for your air conditioning needs.

Fabian the owner was professional, honest and knowledgable, I feel I have found a great company for AC issues. He could have easily said I needed a new compressor, but said, not now lets try a few other things, so I spent 500 instead of 5000 due to his honesty and persistence. Don't go anywhere else.

We realized our unit wasn't working around 6 pm. Fabian responded immediately and was at my home before 7 and we were up and running by a little past 8! . They knew the problem, had the necessary parts. He inspected the rest of the system and cleaned both the compressor and the unit in the garage without an additional charge. I can't speak directly to the overall price, since he was the only company I contacted.

But the speed and professional way they provided service was a very important factor. An extra bonus, which is important to us, is the fact that this is a veteran owned business and Fabian is a veteran.

I loved the fact that this young man was articulate, personal, and a perfect gentlemen. The job was done in a timely manner and I purchased the service agreement.
