Elevated Roofing

Contractors of any kind with reliable integrity are hard to find. Are 6 stars possible? Elevated Roofing gave me a great inspection, good insurance coverage advice, a good repair instead of a new roof, and good advice for the future. My roof leak and inside ceiling damage were repaired at their expense. How many contractors do you know who will do that? I can confidently recommend Elevated Roofing to anyone who needs honest advice, repairs, or a new roof.

I would like to share that my experience with Elevated Roofing was best that I have ever had from any contractor. From the time I called them until the last task was completed the project manager was professional and very attentive to my specific request. The PM John Luttrell was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining every detail of the process and the quality of work and material was immeasurable to the previous roof replacement that we had at this same property. I would highly recommend Elevated Roofing to any of my family, friends and neighbors. I am sincerely glad I selected Elevated Roofing for our needs.

Without a doubt, the best experience with any company within the building industry that I have ever had and I work in the building industry! Specifically John Luttrell - he walked us through the entire process and gave my wife and I the amount of attention you'd expect if we were his only client! But we were just one of many - you'd never know it, though, from the amount of time he dedicated to us.

Our home was damaged from the 2/22/22 hail storm that rolled through the area - John and his team took care of everything; not just the roof. Speaking of, I attached pictures of the finished roof - looks amazing! If you're in the market, there's really no reason to shop around. John Luttrell at Elevated Roofing should be the only call you need to make.

Not new to the process of getting a roof replaced, overall I'd say Elevated Roofing did a good job. Very little debris of the old roof was left behind. (The old tar paper did not appear to be replaced with the prior roof job as it was disintegrating when being pulled up. I occasionally find a bit behind the bushes.) What stood out with Elevated was Ryan.

When there were issues, Ryan was very quick to get them resolved. What was really helpful was how Ryan presented various roof tile colors overlaid on an image of our house with some recommendations. We found those recommendations very helpful, and ended up choosing one of those. Elevated was also really good at working with us on scheduling because we decided to get the exterior of our house painted in the process.

I appreciate Mike & his team for being so diligent at replacing my roof and gutters. He took the time to explain the process and turn-around times. he even offered an upgrade @ no cost. It also passed inspections. Would use them again if ever needed. 4 stars because he was a bit pushy for the 5 star review. Otherwise worth the 5star.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. First time having to replace a roof and I was at a total loss as to what to do. Hours of research led me to reach out to Elevated Roofing and I was put in touch with Mike Witte. Words can't describe how incredibly thankful I am for Mike and his team. Not only was he prompt and professional, he made extra effort to make sure I was at ease with the whole process.

You could tell his years of experience has made him knowledgeable in the materials, the right people to hire, and how to navigate the insurance claim effectively. He and his team worked to get the insurance company to give a fair settlement. Left to try to figure all this out ourselves, we would not have explained our needs nearly as well as they did.

His crew worked quickly and efficiently, making sure to clean up after themselves. Mike was in constant contact with me with their timeline and schedule. The only surprise was how easy Mike made this whole experience. We now have a beautiful new roof and I could not have asked for a better team.

Last year, during an overnight storm, straight line winds caused our roof to literally roll up. We contacted Elevated as soon as they opened the following day. John Luttrell and his team came out immediately to do temporary emergency repair to protect our home until the rain stopped. John coordinated the whole process including working directly with our insurance company to get as many repairs done that they could and they had their own employees doing the work.

The reason I chose Elevated Roofing was due to their reviews on Google (very important). We were well taken care of and will recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work done.

John Lutrell, project manager, came to us the same day to inspect the roof and took time to explain details about his plan for our roof, the product he was going to use and warranty. John also worked with our insurance company and provided a transparency of paperwork. John and his team have provided excellent service on our new roof and gutter replacement. These guys do a lot of work in my community, and I know why. They are VERY honest. They do excellent work. Great communication. On time for jobs. They replaced my roof 6 years ago on my home that we just sold. After many storms and hail, it's still as good as new. On our home we just bought, they were able to make some small repairs without needing a full roof replacement. Good guys all around!

Great roofing company. Their work is great and clean. I have called them out to look at two rent house roofs. They determined the roofs did not need to be replaced. It is refreshing to get honesty from a company. They could easily tell me I need a new roof and make a lot of money. Honesty makes this company a favorite. David was helpful and respectful. Had Elevated Roofing do a replacement of the attic fan that a different roofing company installed (I do not want to call them again, 'nuff said). Elevated quickly came out and performed the installation and all was well. Then, a few months later, I thought I started hearing the fan be a little louder than it used to be. Elevated again came out promptly and took care of it no questions asked (David and Jonathan came out today). I think I know who I'll call in the future when I have roofing needs.

After we were damaged by the tornado in october, Daniel has been amazing at making sure he is in constant contact with us. He has made sure the outside of the house is secure for our dogs. He has made sure that we are taken care of in a time when no one else responds promptly or even seems to care. 100 stars

JD Witte and his crew did an amazing job with our repairs and beyond. Not only did they quickly repair the roof and paint work, they also took care of new carpet installation and outdoor misc work (trees that fell down) saving us the extra trouble of calling other people. Throughout, they were extremely professional, fast, and friendly. Give them a call, they won't disappoint. We are very impressed with their work and going the extra mile to accommodate us. Will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors who still need roof work done!

This is all my opinion. I would not trust Elevated Roofing for any job at your house. The owner acted like a con artist. When I asked for the detail of what they were going to do with the roof, they could not provide a detail that was found with most other roofing companies. The owner would just say over and over again, "We'll take care of you." Well no way. Went to another roofing company, they did a great job and even provided gutters at a reasonable cost.

Just because you think someone is related to a local church like Elevate Life, don't believe any con artist. Get quotes and make reasonable decisions. This company does not tear down the old room to the wood before they replace your roof. They are a joke.

I'm updating my review. I was contacted after this review and they were fast to react. We should have escalated our request to begin with. The owner came out himself and worked with us and will be retuning again to make sue everything was done right. Elevated roofing replaced my existing roof. Virgil came out to inspect the roof and gave me a quote. Once the quote was final the owner mike came out and I picked the color and went over the contract. The roof replacement was scheduled and the roof was done in the same day and city of Frisco came out and said the roof was acceptable. From the day elevated roofing came out to replacing the roof was a smooth process they made it an easy process. What they quoted was exact price. I would recommend elevated roofing to people I know I was very satisfied with the process and work.

We had our roof done by Elevated in 2017, absolutely excellent job. Daniel Donaghu was wonderful and was over several times a day to inspect that everything was going as planned. Before we had even chosen Daniel and Elevated he cam over and put tarps all over our roof to make certain we had no leaks. What service. Well today October 2018 we text Daniel that we had a leak from our upstairs window. Today on a Sunday he came out to fix it on his own time and would except no money. 100% customer service. One of the best service experiences I have ever had. I had Elevated fix leaks on two occasions and couldn't be happier with the results and the experience. They were very responsive, came when they said they would, assessed the situation and made repairs quickly, and were kind and courteous in the process. Fidel and Adrian were amazing, and I would highly recommend you call them with any roofing issues you have.

The entire team was great and responsive. Plenty of communication throughout, and quick turn around. The no nonsense quote made the difference. They were here to meet with the insurance company adjuster too. Thank you for your attention to details, it meant a lot.

We were extremely pleased with their work. We hired them to not only install the new roof but to paint and stain the entire exterior of the house. They were efficient, timely, responsive, clean and very polite. Several neighbors used Elevated as well and we were all very pleased with their work and how easy the process was.

Had them paint, repair some wood damage and replace roof on my house. They had to come back several times to fix sloppy work before getting the job adequately done. The manager complained that the house was in disrepair. Isn't that why I was having this work done?! Also heard from a friend that had a similar experience with this company.

Tried for two months to get Elevated Roofing to schedule my roof replacement. This was after getting initial estimate which they were very prompt to provide! Unbelievable! You would think they would want the $8000! Would not return phone calls- Disorganized Staff- Made several follow up attempts to schedule job (3). Seems to indicate lack of business acumen at the top.

I would not trust them to put on a roof if they can't even handle good customer service getting the job scheduled. Very Sad. If I could give you Zero Stars. I would. AVOID.

Great company! They came out and inspected my roof after a recent storm and were completely honest with me in telling me I didn't need repairs. I know nothing about roofs and they could have easily told me I needed repairs and I would have believed them. However, my neighbor did need repairs and I was so impressed with the workers. Very nice, always cleaned up afterwards, and the roof is beautiful! I highly recommend them! We need more trustworthy business like this today!

We contacted our insurance company after our roof and fence was damaged in a hailstorm. The insurance company agreed to only partial repairs, stating that the damage wasn't severe enough to replace the entire roof.
