Has your roof been affected by the recent tornado on December 26, 2015 in the Dallas, Parker, and Collin County areas or the hail storm on April 2, 2014 in the Collin and Denton County area? If you're not sure, or you have an aging roof that's been well weathered, have one of our inspectors come out and take a look.It's very possible you're subject to further damage without proper flashing installed. Not all roofs need to be replaced. Don't wait til the last minute to fix a repair, no matter how minor it may seem. The longer you wait to repair your roof, the larger the problem will get with time.Not only will you end up spending more money in the end, you are putting everyone in your home in danger due to a roof that isn't stable, or resistant to high winds and rain.

American-1 and James DeLaGarza were efficient and did a great job. They replaced our roof, our gutters, stained our fence, replaced windows and James was able to get our Pergola re-stained after the insurance company didn't want to pay for it. He was great with follow-up, always answered my questions and communicated throughout the entire process. I never had to worry about a thing.

During the last 15 months we have used American-1 Roofing on two occasions. Both turned our really well. Our first experience with American-1 was replacing the roof on a rental property we own in Allen, TX. Not long after that the roof on our home had hail damage and we again called on James Delagarza and his crew to install a new roof on our house.

James, Wanted to send a note to thank you for the superior experience replacing my roof. My insurance adjuster did not provide the estimate I expected and having you there to meet the new adjuster when I called for another inspection made all the difference in the final decision to replace my entire roof. I will not let an adjuster inspect ever again without you there at the beginning.
