This is my second home to use BBWS for and I am just as pleased with my first house they did! I was made aware of the shortage of window supplies at the time of order and the sales representative was very thorough. Great customer service and it was worth the wait to get my new windows in. The crew was courteous and efficient on the day of install and I am SO happy with my new windows. They make my home look and feel so much nicer, was happy to replace the aluminum 1968 storm windows with these beauties! Will definitely use again.

Had five windows installed on 02/21/2022! They've been excellent! We knew the cold and storms of last week were coming and we wanted to see how the windows held up. Those two rooms were warm like we knew they should have always been. The heavy downpours did not cause any leaks and we are overly satisfied with the workmanship of the windows and their installation.
We were told the project would take 5 hours minimum and they were done in 3.5-4 hours! Reuben & his assistant crew member knew very well what they were doing! Great job Best Buy! We will be placing another order soon! Thanks so very much! Greatly appreciated!

We shopped around and received several quotes and BBWS was not only the best price for high quality windows, they were the most responsive. We appreciate good customer service when we see it and Shelly as well as the installers went above and beyond. They took down our blinds, reinstalled them, and cleaned up nicely. Payment wasn't due until the very end. Very pleased and highly recommend!

Windows are great quality, made by Mi Windows, staff friendly, installers were very professional. I didn't do 5 stars because they supposedly have a superintendent that never made any site visits, never return calls etc. when I called the salesperson, all he said was for me to call the main office. Never followed back up to ensure we were happy with install etc. Best Buy is great, but sales staff needs some training on ensuring the customer stays happy throughout the entire process especially when it's 49 Windows.

This company was fantastic to work with from the salesperson, to the installers to the business office. The windows took a long time to get in but it wasn't Best Buy windows fault. Everything takes longer in this day and age of COVID. As soon as my windows came in Shelly in the office called and set up my installation appointment for the same week.
The installers were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They had all my windows installed in one day. I would highly recommend Best Buy for you window and siding needs. Great Company!

This company is a class act. The first meeting with the sales rep was very friendly and helpful. There was no pushing to buy, instead very informative. The prices were very reasonable and competitive. I have two arched windows (see picture) that another supposedly high end window co, wanted to have us frame the arch, in order to mount the window. Not to mention their astronomical price.
Best Buy Windows and Siding have the best prices and a great quality window as well. Their installers were very professional, friendly and did an amazing job on the install. There's much more, but I don't want to take to much text space. Bottom line, great company, great product & pricing and an amazing staff. Thanks again and God Bless.

11 20 2021 Update. I finally got my screens several weeks ago, still no missing window. Still waiting on the refund for the sliding glass door they cannot supply. Buyer beware. I purchased replacement windows and a sliding glass door from Best Buy. Windows were installed in May except for one Window. A screen was missing and one was damaged. Almost 4 months later, no response from them on the missing window or screens.
They do not respond to phone calls. I understood the sliding glass door was not available but again no response for months. Today I filed a complaint with the Dallas BBB as well as the Texas Attorney Generals office. You will hear their adds all day long on the radio. Do business with them at your own risk.

Ray, I couldn't have asked for a better sales representative as you listened to my needs and didn't try to pressure me into anything. Shelly, you coordinated my install to perfection and sent me an install crew that did a stupendous job.

My experience was nothing short of horrendous with this company. My wife and I hired Best Buy Windows and Siding in June of 2019 to replace all windows in the house as well as a sliding door. The salesman Mark King appeared to be trustworthy enough and responsive until they got our money. After that it took it was like pulling teeth to get somone to return phone calls and to get on the schedule.
After they finally did show up to complete the job it was done half a$$ed and they left with the job incomplete. They left one window boarded up for over a month until they finally decided to return to complete the job and the sliding door handle and lock was installed broken. That took an additinal 2-3 months for them to come back and finally take care of.
They only reason anyone came out to fix these issues is i was able to locate the owner of the business's personal cell phone and complain to her. I decided to not write this review back in 2019 becuase i was exausted from having to even deal with this company. I am writing this review today because i am having to have my hardwood floor replaced from water damage that is occuring from water leaking in through the base of windows they replaced in my living room.
They did an absolute horrible job and i would reccomend anyone to not hire this company. If you do hire them i would not pay them a single dime until the job is completed in full and have it thoroughly inspected that the job was done to your standards. Oh and don't be fooled by their "lifetime warranty" Nobody will return a call after you've paid them. 0 Stars if that was an option.

From beginning to end, Best Buy Windows and Siding surpassed my expectations in guest service, communication, and transparency for a first-time buyer like myself. His estimate on the when BBW&S would be able to install was reasonable given the present day circumstances of global recovery and supply chain challenges. On the day of installation, the gentleman provided a 30-minute call ahead, and arrived exactly on time. They were very courteous and patient, listened to my concerns and took great care in both the removal of the old windows and installation on the new ones.
I had all 10 /single story windows replaced and they completely finished the entire job, including any touch-ups and clean-up in about 3 1/2 hours, wow! Outstanding! The house is so much cooler, quieter, and cozier now! I love, love, love, love my beautiful new windows! Already three of my neighbors have noticed and complemented on how great they look! I highly recommend Best Buy Windows and Siding for any window replacement! Thank you so much! Please keep up the great work!

These guys really do provide a good value for their customers! I had them replace all the windows at my cabin & 1 had a small issue. I bought my house 4 years ago and it was built in 1985 and had the original aluminum windows and some screens on the outside that were bowed and let bugs in easily. The windows were hard to open and from the foundation shifting through the years there were gaps and cracks for air to get in. Best Buy Windows was one of 3 quotes I got. Jim Rudolph was the salesman and he was very informative about the product.
I got a quote for 10 replacement windows MI1620 series. I like the energy efficiency, the look and simple style of the single hung units as well as the security of the aluminum reinforced center bar. They completed the install in less than a day and Rafael and his crew Angel and Elmi were fantastic! I was worried about my flowers and irrigation system but they did a good job of being careful and didn't damage any of them.
They sealed the windows and got everything trimmed out and gave the house a facelift. Now I can open the window with one hand, slides easily, and the screens fit perfectly. My view is better and I am so happy with the quality of product and service that I received. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone! A few before, during and after photos:
