2 Horrible hurricanes came through our area and caused a lot of damage. We had a few estimates to get a new roof but they never called back to do the job. I posted on fb needing help finding a reliable roofing company and a dear friend of mine responded with the company he used which was American Pride and recommended Mr Craig Sloan. We gave Mr Craig Sloan a call and he showed up ready to take care of our needs.
He was very helpful and courteous as he discussed what we needed to get the job done. We called him and set up a date once our house was leveled and he was here with his crew the next couple days and got the job done. Update: 11/14/21 We found a leak where they replaced some rotten wood under our carport a month later. We are still waiting for a call back.

After a recent storm, and talking to several roofing contractors with very strong references from the neighborhood, found American Pride Roofing to be the most honest and reliable company to work with. Their upfront and unbiased pricing was definitely awakening to the scams that the roofing industry is plagued with. Tim Cary was extremely responsive, transparent, attentive, and reliable to deliver as committed.
Highly recommend working with Tim. While the decision and comfort level of every individual is different, would definitely give Tim a chance before a final decision. Would definitely hire them again.

American Pride and Craig Sloan installed my new roof this January and I was extremely happy with the entire process. American Pride Roofing gave me a bid before the insurance claim was finalized, and they gave me a very fair bid for an upgraded shingle also. Planning ahead of the job was done well and because there was so much rain in the forecast they put a double crew on my house aimed for a rain-free day and knocked the entire tearoff and re-install in a single day, including fixing a furnace vent at the very end of the day.
They even helped me get my insurance company all the documentation they needed to pay out the depreciation check to meet new Texas rules. I've always had to deal with missed nails in the driveway on previous jobs, but I've found virtually none this time also. It was a very good experience working with Craig and he took care of everything for me. Couldn't be happier with the whole process.

American Pride Roofing definitely exceeded my expectations in helping us after we were hit by massive hail storm. Tim did an excellent job in communicating with me and kept me informed throughout the process. He went the extra mile in making sure everything was completed correctly and in a timely manner. We had a our roof, windows, garage door, gutters, cover over patio and fence repaired or replaced. I would definitely use American Pride Roofing again in the future.

American Pride and Tim are without a doubt the best contractors we have ever dealt with. The workmanship and communication was outstanding. This company and especially Tim will be recommended by my wife and I for roofing needs to anyone we know or meet from now on. The crew protected all landscaping and A/C unit. Yard was spotless when finished. During all work the roofers were very professional, no raucous behavior and very polite. Someone was available to answer any questions I had during the process. Truly fantastic experience from first estimate to finished job.

After being denied by insurance over and over, we found Tim with American Pride Roofing and he helped us finally get approved for a new roof! (Along with gutters, patio covering, etc.) He took extra great care of us and made sure the whole process ran smoothly. This company has a lot of integrity and really cares about their customers. Gave upfront estimate without looking at insurance paper work. The process was very clear and simple. Everything went as expected without any hiccups. The crew did a good cleanup after their job. Worked with Craig and Steeven and very satisfied with them. Steeven was on the site and was very detail in checking things before, through and after the work. I would recommend American Pride Roofing to any one.

We recently had to have our roof replaced and decided to use American Pride Roofing again, since the 2 previous experiences were so positive. This 3rd time we got to work with Craig. He was awesome from the beginning, always professional, kind and very understanding. This time around we had a pool and I was extremely worried about it. Craig had his project manager at our place the entire time and he made sure to cover the pool and patio, along with all our pool equipmemt and AC units.
He was meticulous about cleaning as they worked and our Pool cleaner was completely shocked that we even had our roof replaced. He said our pool was spotless and had never seen a roofing company take so much care around a pool. I highly recommend them!

This company above anything is honest! Not only did we get an amazing quality roof, we received referrals for gutters and siding and even a little free counseling to deal with another roofing company that tried to bully us into a bad situation. I was very pleased with my experience with American Pride and with Jeff Jenkins. He showed me the price upfront, so I knew exactly how much it would cost. Other roofers wouldn't even give me a quote before finding out how much my insurance company would pay. The roof is excellent quality and much prettier than the one that was replaced. The workers were efficient and cleaned up well after finishing the job.

They came at 7AM, were done by 6:30PM, the roof looks great, no nails or scraps in the yard, and they gave us a very affordable price! Not to mention, their Operations Managers come before and after the site visit to ensure everything is up to par. I know roofing companies are a dime a dozen living in Texas but you never really know unless you go through it or can use someone as a reference.
Use me all day because I'm super happy to be done with it in one 12 hour sitting with minimal disruption for my two-story moderately sized home. Also, make sure to ask for Kyle Kassim as he is one of the most upstanding, straight-forward, and hard working people I have ever met.

Kyle at American Pride Roofing was referred to us by our neighbor and now I know why. I've met with several roofers and Kyle has been by far the most helpful and professional! I had my roof changed with American Pride Roofing and I loved the complete work they did. From beginning to completion they held a great satisfaction effort and superb customer experience. Craig was very helpful in all process and Antonio look care of the all the job and very helpful. Larry too inspect the work upon completion. it was a great feeling to work with them. Thank you ALL.
