I had a tech by the name of Bubba who was very professional and was very kind. He helped explain my service better than the sales person as far as the services they provide and what he was at my house to do. There is a no soliciting sign at the door, but it seems as though many people are too dumb to know what that means, so I put a sales people fuck off sign up in addition to the no soliciting sign. The new sign has been working except for the assholes at Reliant Pest Management, who felt it acceptable to ring the doorbell and knock on the door anyway. One the employees was amused to film his co-worker ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door.

Reliant has been great. Victor is very professional, showed up on time and took the time to explain options for controlling pests and rodents. Have been using Reliant for a year now and will continue to trust their services.

Quit coming to my house! I said NO we have a great pest service and I'm not interested! They can't take no for an answer!

I'd like to give a shoutout to Curtis, the Reliant technician who treated both the exterior of my house and the yard. He was professional, courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my questions and made recommendations based on my preferences. I can honestly say this is the best experience I've had with a pest management service, and I'm happy I made the switch.

WOW.So Happy! I've used several insect companies and all of them have been mediocre at best over the last 5 years. I really expected the same when I hired these guys.but they actually went above and beyond. The swept the eaves of my house, the metal fencing where there were cobwebs and thoroughly sprayed around the house, even in areas that were not right up against it. The Mosquito service as well was quite thorough. I'm sincerely impressed. Thank You!

I have used these guys for the past year. The first visit was to do some spraying inside then outside. Every month, I get a text letting me know a tech is arriving. They do such a good job outside that I've never needed indoor treatment. Living in Texas, they take care of wasps and hornets as well which is an added bonus. Their techs are always friendly, professional and good at what they do. Bottom line.no spiders, bugs or anything in my home. Highly recommend!

We've been using reliant since we move into this house and I've never had an issue. Serviced by Dillon today and he was done in a flash. I always know when they're are coming and they make me aware they are here to service my home. They've become a so routine that I Always notice bugs when I see them as they aren't very common since I've started using their service.

I've used Reliant for multiple years now. They come out every other month and I've been pleased with the service. Recently Dylan came out and did service and he did a great job. We have been using Reliant Pest Management for many years at a few different houses. They have always been thorough, pleasant to interact with, and easy to contact if needed. I like that I can request the same person come to my home ever time. Connors is who services our new home and we have been very pleased with the services he is providing. He has been helpful and informative at every visit.

Reliant Pest Management service my house in Pflugerville for the last year and a half of me living there, and they did a great job. We never had any issues with pests, and they always came on schedule. I thought their pricing was fair, and they were always available if I called and needed anything. Would still be using them if I hadn't loved out of the service area!

We are very happy with the service we receive from Reliant. The internal team is always responsive to ad-hoc scheduling needs as well as alerting us to upcoming services. We use Reliant for general spraying services as well as for mosquitos. We also used Reliant for Termite mitigation and were very pleased with pricing and follow-up. I highly recommend Reliant!

I've used Reliant for a little over 2 years. Their service has been great - timely and cost effective. We had some issues with ants in between our normal service schedule. I called and they came right out the next day to take care of the issue for me. High recommend!

Please stay away from this company. I continue to have issues with rodents, bugs and mosquitos. They are never available with my schedule to perform inside services. I continue to be billed for services not performed. This company has no integrity and very poor customer service. They do not care about their customers.

We are so pleased with Reliant! We needed some extra bug control last month. We told our person what we wanted, and he was fabulous. He sprayed everywhere we wanted and was extremely courteous. We have had Reliant for over a year and are very pleased with them. We highly recommend Reliant!

I am so upset with the service we received from Reliant Pest Management. I started to see more spiders, tarantulas, scorpions, and silverfish then we ever had before with the previous company we had. I called to cancel the service because I was so upset with the quality and I was charged a cancellation fee. When I called back to say that their fee was unacceptable because their product did not do what it said it would do.

I was told that a manager would reach out to rectify the situation but their is nothing they can do except refund my money for the cancellation fee. I was told that I should have called to have them come out to spray again. If their product didn't work the first time, how is it going to work by coming out and spraying again? DO NOT START SERVICES WITH THIS COMPANY.

This company was phenomenal and always available if and when I had questions. Wish they serviced FL and I would stay a customer for a long time. Thank you Reliant for all your help.

Sent a request for service to reliant on their portal and in person. We had several ain't mounds in our yard as well as wasp nests in the backyard and patio. They came out and I realized after they left that they didn't take care of the wasps and a couple weeks later still have major ant problem. Not worth it. Plus they want me to pay a $120 fee for early cancellation! lol

We had the unfortunate experience of our attic becoming a wild animal refuge for all the little critters in our neighborhood it seems. Daniel did an outstanding job for us! We had 2 other companies come out to talk with us about our situation. Daniel knew the most about the animals, their habits and what we were to expect. He went above and beyond.

All around impressed. I also felt the most confident with Reliant being able help us over the other companies. Reliant's bid came in very reasonable compared to the other companies' and they had the most to offer to combat the situation. Highly recommend.

We are in a new built home and began seeing fire ants 2 days after moving in. Reliant were in the neighborhood and came by. I scheduled an appointment and we got the nicest pest control gentleman (Cody). He was detailed and informative. I called to let the company know I want him each time we get our by-monthly service. Cody, if you read this "Thank you so very much."

Absolutely love the customer service I receive from Reliant Pest Control! On time, each visit for 18 months of pre-scheduled appointments! Renee is incredibly organized and on top of billing and all communications. Best part? No pests and this is Texas!

This company taught me to not trust any words when someone is trying to sell you something, unless it's written in contract. Before I signed the contract, I specifically asked the flexibility of rescheduling because we are usually away during holiday seasons and was told I should be able to push the services back as I wish. However, when I call to skip the service, I was told it's not in the agreement and therefore I can either pay the early termination fee + the fee for the service that's not even conducted, or stick to the schedule.

They even mentioned the re-service they did, like I'm trying to take advantage of them - I'd love to show photos of cockroaches, scorpions and spiders in the house after their previous service if they need proof. Not going to stay with them after the contract period, and you should be careful too.

Well all I can say is this pest-control has amazing customer service! From one moment I spoke to them on the phone to the moment that James (employee of RPM) came to my home I was amazed on how well this company is running, James took extra time to throughly go through my home and check out the Knicks and crannies making sure he got everything. He went above and beyond with explaining what he was using, and how I can prevent future infestation in my home. Also spoke with the manager, Gus and this company is by far the best experience I've ever had. I will definitely be recommending these guys. But the good work!

Our technician Billy is top notch. Before Reliant Pest we suffered from spiders but since Billy and Reliant we haven't had a problem. Billy is timely, professional and thorough. I'd highly recommend Reliant Pest.

I have been with Reliant for almost a year and have never had to call the office for any issues. The technician (Ryan) has from the start, done a great job. He has done everything the salesman said he would do.

I have been with Reliant for a while and they do a terrific job from top to bottom. Our technician Ryan does all that I ask and then some. He also informs me of bugs I should be aware of before they start popping up.

Our first experience with Reliant was good and hopefully the future visits will be good and they help our home Pest free. The technician Gabriel Cabrera was very patient and explained everything about his plan to keep the home pest free and we don't see any pests since the first visit.

I just signed up, so I am unable to comment on the quality of the work as of yet - but I do expect good things. I say this because Gabriel C, my technician, was very thorough with what to expect, what he would do and went over all the paperwork.

Gabriel Cabrera is amazing. I get quarterly pest service and he is always there to answer any questions I have. I had an ant problem in one bathroom and after one visit they were gone! Any issue I have he has no problem with me contacting him.

Have had a very positive experience from the beginning, and it has largely been due to my technician, Gabriel Cabrera. It's obvious that he cares about his work and his customers. He made the time to come to my home recently for a same-day treatment, but that's typical for the way he does his job.

Good company for pest control. Our technician Vince does a very effective job and they have competitive rates. Their price is a lot less than the big companies, and they provide a better service. I couldn't be happier!
