I've used Fabio and his crew from this company for several years now for my annual roof cleaning, gutters, windows including all glass around my large deck area. He is always punctual, very friendly and does a stellar job while over seeing his great crew to assure all areas are completed to my satisfaction. Contracted them for air duct cleaning. Very friendly communication from first contact, professional, good follow up, day of service technician came on time, we had just enough communication, service performed with quality, another company had tried to force me into scheduling with them, supposedly because they were booked, and when I said I was looking for two quotes they disappeared, service ended up over $250 lower thanks to Sound Cleaning "charge by duct" method. I recommend.

Great communication, quick response, courteous, knowledgeable, professional. I had internal janitorial service team try to clean the restroom for our mechanics that was heavily stained with dirt/grease, they tried twice with no success, and were recommending I have the painted concrete floor repainted or covered with new flooring. Instead, I called Sound Cleaning Resources to see if they could help.

They came out and within two hours had the floor looking new again, amazing! They also gave me recommendations for proper care and upkeep to pass along our internal janitorial service. Cheaper than buying a new floor, definitely worth the money. I can't thank them enough!

Great Overall Service! Natalie was very responsive and very clear in her communication. She provided photos of before, during, and after the job making the whole project very stress free. Doug did an amazing job cleaning our dryer vents for the entire apartment building. Will definitely be using this vendor again!

The customer service was excellent. They got back to us really quick, came out to our business to clean our windows in a very high turn around period and our windows look amazing. They made sure to reach out literally right after the service was provided to make sure everything went as we expected. I could not be more pleased with their service. I would highly recommend them. Bill and Dakota did a fantastic job managing and completing my floor refinish. I had my floors stripped and refinished while on vacation and came back to amazing looking floors. The extra attention at door jambs and appliance legs was a big improvement on our 28yr old floors.

We made an appointment for Sound Cleaning to come out and clean our home's windows inside and out. A week after making the appointment we had a change of plans and had to postpone them coming out for one week. They were very nice about the schedule change. Emails with instructions for what to expect the day of and payment options were received by us ahead of time. When the 2 employees came to the house they were both wearing masks and worked quietly and quickly. Once again they did a great job!

This team was fantastic for our Christmas Light install! They showed up and got right to work lighting up our home. We had a slight electrical issue come up that eve but called and they were out the next day to fix and it's been fantastic! Already planning how we will light up the house next year with them!

We moved into a house which had a two car detached garage which probably hadn't been cleaned in 25 years. There were spider webs, rat droppings, and other unknown things. There was moss on the roof, and a tenuously stable wall and roof structure. and who knows what else. They came in and gave a quote for all the services which felt high but I have nothing to compare it to.

Regardless of that, they then came in and executed flawlessly and were complete professionals. Especially given the COvID precautions that we expected. The garages look great now and importantly we're not damaged by the cleaning approaches they took. Thanks!

We previously used Sound Cleaning for our weekly janitorial at our facility in Seattle. We had only a few service issues over the years, similar things you always expect dealing with basic human errors that usually were just missed/over-looked spots or areas on occasion. But they are great at fixing issues as they come up when they do! As with any cleaning service, you want to make sure you're paying attention to the job being done.

We changed services recently but this was only due to moving and finding a less expensive alternative. We'd happily use Sound Cleaning again in the future if we make any changes to our janitorial services. This is why we'd also recommend them as an option to anyone looking for cleaning services for their commercial locations.

My experience with sound cleaning has been great. Communication and appointments have gone well and my floors are nice and clean. Bill is so easy to communicate with and works hard. Matt has been great at getting information to me.

Bill's the best! He came out and cleaned/sealed wood floors in an Anhalt apartment I bought a little over two years ago. It's a great way to refresh tired wood floors without refinishing them. I just bought a new (old) house in Ravenna and Bill worked his magic a second time!

We have a condominium building in Seattle with two businesses and four residential units above the businesses. Mark was very responsive from the time we started inquiring until the time the job was done. Boni and his coworker did a wonderful job of cleaning the gutters and the upstairs windows. To clean the gutters they had to repel down from the roof deck.

They did the second and third story windows from tall ladders. Throughout the whole process they were pleasant, polite, and diligent. We were very happy with their work and expect to hire them again.

Outstanding service performed on our polished concrete and sheet vinyl floors in our South Lake Union office. Our janitorial company ruined the finishes on our floors by using the wrong cleaning solutions. Petru of Sound Cleaning transformed the tacky, dull and cloudy floors we were left with into sparkling masterpieces. The floors look clean and new once again! The office/sales staff do not waste your time. Their quote was sent quickly and professionally. All pertinent vendor information (tax ID, business license, insurance) was sent along with the quote.this is especially important for a business because of accounting requirements. The invoice for service was emailed to me less than 24 hours after the work was completed. I highly recommend Sound Cleaning Resources, and I will do business with them again!

I could not be happier with my service. I have a huge house with a lot of tile. Because of construction it was a mess. Thanks to Bill it looks like a showpiece! I have used Sound Cleaning for pressure washing my yard brickwork twice now, in 2014 and just recently this month. Both times the job went well and I will plan to use them again in the future. No surprises and the invoice was at or below the estimate.

Had hardwood floors, 60 years old, deep cleaned and sealed. Absolutely amazed! Petru & Tatianya did such amazing work. All the floors look so good and shiny and new and such a reasonable price. The carpet they cleaned looks new also.

Incredible Company! The various services performed by their technicians and specialists is impressive, from pressure washing the home, to window cleaning, carpet and vent cleaning, they are the best; extremely detailed and thorough.

Just had Sound Clean out today to clean awnings at the apartment building I manage in downtown Seattle. The two gentlemen that arrived were professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. They worked promptly and contacted me when they were finished so that I could approve the job they had done. I will not hesitate to have them out to my property again.

We've used this company for 4.5 years to wax the floors in our business. The communication with Matt is excellent. The quality of the floor maintenance depends upon the technician. First guy wasn't my favorite, and often slopped wax or didn't clean baseboards or behind doors. However, our current technicians, Petra and his wife, are hands-down the VERY BEST (and I'm a very picky perfectionist). They do outstanding work and I am very pleased to recommend them.

I contacted Sound Cleaning after another floor company had done a horrible job on my commercial bakery floors. They contacted me back immediately, sent someone out right away and had the job scheduled by the end of the week. The individual that came to do the floors showed up right on schedule and did an amazing job! My floors looked better than when they were installed.

In addition; all other floor companies that I have used in the past, left wax spray all over the base of the walls and book cases and Sound Cleaning did not, they left everything immaculate! Their pricing was also very reasonable. I will continue to only use them going forward and would recommend them to any other business owners.

I have been using Sound Cleaning for many years to do move-in, move-out cleanings on all of my houses. Every time they exceed my expectations in getting the job done right and on-time. One house I believed I was going to have to replace the carpets they were so stained and had years of worn-in dirt. Instead they looked practically brand new after the cleaning. Bill from Sound Cleaning cleans the floors at our office and does an awesome job. The floors look great every time, and we get a lot of compliments from our staff and patients. Matt gives me an email reminder every 5 months, and I schedule with Bill to clean our floors. Bill is friendly and shows up on-time. I haven't used Sound for any other services but would try them out in the future if I needed any help.

I called Matt to schedule window cleaning, every time my phone call gets answered immediately. Great sign they're serious about their business! Then Justin from the window crew came to my house cleaning for straight 7 hours. He's very personal and did great job! He explained what he's planning to do very well before cleaning as well. My window looks invisible now as they're so cleaning! I can not be happier with their service and will continue using them for all my future house work.
